Glossier delivers effortless, natural-looking makeup that many reviews praise—standouts include Boy Brow, Cloud Paint, Lash Slick, Stretch Concealer, and the “You” fragrance—while frequent critiques cite sheer coverage, short wear, and hit‑or‑miss skincare. Reviews of Glossier highlight intuitive, finger-friendly textures, flattering shades, iconic scent, and chic design, but also note reformulations (You and Balm Dotcom), packaging breaks/leaks, limited shade range, and products that feel lightweight to the point of barely there.

The mask that I purchased did its job. The quality was great.

Bit hit and miss depending on the product. Loved boy brow and lash slick.

Such a fun brand with packaging that makes my heart swoon! I always have their cloud paint, not brow, and a bottle of You perfume on hand. I haven’t been as impressed with their other products I have tried, but the ones that I love are staples I will have on rotation for years to come!

I have the perfume, eye shadows, eye brow gel, and have tried the blush. The perfume has become my go to work scent. It’s fresh and powdery soft. I love the blush in the little squeeze thing and use it on lips too. Eyeshadows were ok. Eyebrow gel is a lot like other ones and didn’t repurchase.

the products are decent and stores are very cute, but the reformulation of the balm dot com has caused allergic reactions in a few friends which has made me nervous to try it
I have used the Milky Jelly Cleanser since 2016, off and on. I love how it emulsifies, it doesn’t ever feel too soapy, and it leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturized!
Went in person to one of their stores and really enjoyed the product testing experience. However, the makeup shades are extremely generic that any other brand can offer you the same product, and better. I bought their mascara, lipgloss and boy brow, and don’t really understand the hype. I’d need more time than just on my hand in a store to really formulate an option on their skincare (a take home sample??). And haven’t seen anyone truly love their skincare enough to justify buying it to “test”. Also, unrelated to product: any brand that has a racism/bullying issue in their culture that gets unaddressed immediately gets some real 🤨 from me. Maybe it’s time to step away from the white feminist, girlboss millennial pink branding that also reflects in company culture.
I love the glossier website and the fact that they've moved to more sustainable packaging options. The products are all high quality and work as advertised.
Their skin products are very light and not heavy at all. It's also just the basics and they do not have any crazy anti-aging creams which I like. They often have sales, discounts or package deals that puts them in the reasonable price range. I'm in love with their lip balm since it's very light weight and provides a hint of color.

Overall - i love glossier. Love the branding, the website, the in store experience, and the products. I haven’t used every product but i have used their skin tint, lip balm, perfume, fash wash, masks, etc…and overall i love it. I like their makeup more than i like their actual skincare products. The perfume is one of my favorites. I wore it for 3+ years and received many compliments whenever i had it on. For now, their prices are pretty unbeatable for what their products are.
I don’t have many complaints about this company. Super fast shipping. Good expletive with customer service and I really like their products. My favorite is the brow flick. Makes it so much easier to do them and have them looking natural
For someone like myself, Glossier is a great brand. Their makeup is minimal coverage with a natural finish and their skincare is really just the basics. Their online storefront has excellent customer service, their shipping is fast, and their website is streamlined. Given the quality of product you're getting, the prices are also incredibly reasonable.
I am a repeat customer of Boy Brow from Glossier. The product is well-designed and gave me the fuller brows I wanted.
Best eyebrow pencil and gel! Great choice of shades and it got me going for months. Good value for money!
Always finding the best minimal makeup here. Super easy and made for people who love a glowy no-makeup, makeup look!
I love the cloud paints. Easy to blend, great colors, and fun to mix. The skincare is a bit lackluster. I’ve had reactions to every skincare product I try, but I am very sensitive.
The balm dot coms, lip glosses, boy brow, and body hero are the items I restock. Have tried almost every product, but those stand out the most and are unique to the brand.
This brand is incredibly hit or miss, but I give it 3 of 5 stars because their original, unscented Balm Dotcom is unparalleled. Nothing, not even Biologique Recherche's $70 BioKiss balm, can help with year round chapped lips like it can. Overall, it seems most people have one standout Glossier product they love, but the rest falls short. I also consider the brand overpriced for what it is.
