Glossier delivers effortless, natural-looking makeup that many reviews praise—standouts include Boy Brow, Cloud Paint, Lash Slick, Stretch Concealer, and the “You” fragrance—while frequent critiques cite sheer coverage, short wear, and hit‑or‑miss skincare. Reviews of Glossier highlight intuitive, finger-friendly textures, flattering shades, iconic scent, and chic design, but also note reformulations (You and Balm Dotcom), packaging breaks/leaks, limited shade range, and products that feel lightweight to the point of barely there.

I started shopping at Glossier when I fell head over heels for the You fragrance (now my go-to). I'm also a fan of the Cloud Paint blush and matte lipstick.
Feedback
I do think some of the products are a bit overrated—cult classic Boy Brow doesn't do anything for me, nor does the Stretch Concealer.
If I ever put on makeup, best believe that I have cloud paint on my cheeks. Dusk is such a flattering color across skin tones and shades for a my cheeks but better kind of look. It's not aggressivel a berry, peach, pink, or mauvey color. It just is a natural glow. Also, I sweat and touch my face a lot, and even if it fades, it fades in such a natural way. Not patchy, streaky, etc.

It's glossier canon now, but the packaging for cloud paint fucking sucks. You squeeze it a little too hard and half the tube is on your hands. You will get the hang of it, fret not. Also it's insanely pigmented and lasts a long time, you will not face a loss from losing a bit of product, trust me.
I loooveee Glossier! I'm not a huge makeup person, but they make makeup feel more accessible to me. I've been wearing the perfume for years and am a loyal devotee to their concealer and foundation.

Nothing!
Overpriced, average quality products. Glossier is just pretend beauty products for people who already have a perfect, beautiful face. It’s basically like slapping a “supreme” logo on drug store products. The facial cleanser doesn’t remove makeup, the concealer doesn’t conceal anything and comes in a very narrow shade range, the lip products are drying, and boy brow is probably the best product of theirs I’ve tried but it works the same as a $3 drug store product.

Everything should cost less than half of what it currently costs. Poor quality products!
I've used most of Glossier's products and I think there are better alternatives out there with an exception to their perfume. The brand definitely had a cult following due to branding and packaging, but after employees came out about the company's racism and toxic work environment, I find it hard to support them.

They need to actively show that they have learned and grown as a company before I jump back on the bandwagon.
Glossier is expensive and I was definitely hooked by an Instagram ad and the millennial pink/minimalist aesthetic. That said, I've been using their products for years at this point, and I'm happy with my experience. I started with Solution to help clear up my skin, and over time it has helped massively, and it helps me keep my skin from breaking out and keeping breakouts minimal. I do have to say I couldn't tell if the Zit Stick was doing anything for me, however. Glossier You is now one of my go-to scents. I don't wear a lot of makeup, but Glossier's line of products probably has made me more interested in experimenting because it's approachable and user friendly for the most part.
I have quite a few items from here, and I love them very much. I wear the lipstick almost every day, and the eyeliners, eyeshadows, and fragrance are some of my most complimented things I own.

I'd love to see more products dropping more regularly!
This brand was my obsession for a long while. I really like their perfume and their skincare products. My absolute favorite are the milky cleanser, the birthday cake balm dot com, and the glossier you perfume! Worth a test if you are into more of a minimal style brand.
Glossier has a few gems. Their packaging design is cute and they have good customer service. Their skin care is not the best. Their exfoliate broke me out horribly and their serums didn't do much for me. The Jelly cleaners was not memorable either. Their makeup is a hit or miss. Love their mascara, blush and their perfume.

Skincare formula needs to be improved

I don’t really think there needs to be any improvement
I've purchased from Glossier mulitple times. I like almost all of their products -- some more than others. I like that it's easy to apply, but it doesn't last all day for me.

More fun colors and mascara that stays on all day!

I have been a Glossier user for several years. The milky jelly face wash is the best for my skin and I LOVE lash slick. Their body products are great and I really like the products I have!
I’ve only ever tried their moisturizer. The packaging is so cute and that’s what got me to purchase at first. But, product wise, the moisturizer didn’t really wow me. There are definitely some drugstore dermatologist approved moisturizer that I would choose over glossier’s. This being said, I have a few friends who are huge fans of glossier’s makeup line and I definitely need to give them a try before giving a review.

Never a dull experience with Glossier - have been using the products for ages; currently lash slick and lip gloss are a part of my usual routine. Brand stands the test of time.

Always looking for brands with less plastic.
Some Glossier products have really stood the test of time -- their tubing mascara and their boy brow, for example. I recommend those without reservations. Others seem a little overhyped and overpriced like their skin tint and some of their lip/ eye products). I've never tried their skincare, so I can't speak to those.
I’ve tried just about every product from this brand and I genuinely feel that this is such a great brand for people who want to wear minimal makeup and have light, clean coverage.
Bubblewrap eye cream is hands down the best eye cream I've tried. Love everything from their packaging, products, and in-store experiences.
Beautiful marketing, color shades, but a bit disappointed with products quality.

My favorite cream blush ever. I use it year-round, sometimes on bare skin, and sometimes with more of a full face of makeup. Also works on lips and eyes for an overall glowy effect. Also a big fan of their eyebrow gel and concealer.
Body wash -- super smooth and good for sensitive skin Exfoliating solution -- helps keep my acne-prone skin clear Balm dotcom -- I prefer the non-tinted ones and find that the balm is good for chronic chapped lips I love the pink zip lock that the products are shipped in
