Glossier delivers effortless, natural-looking makeup that many reviews praise—standouts include Boy Brow, Cloud Paint, Lash Slick, Stretch Concealer, and the “You” fragrance—while frequent critiques cite sheer coverage, short wear, and hit‑or‑miss skincare. Reviews of Glossier highlight intuitive, finger-friendly textures, flattering shades, iconic scent, and chic design, but also note reformulations (You and Balm Dotcom), packaging breaks/leaks, limited shade range, and products that feel lightweight to the point of barely there.

I love Glossier. My favourite products are the bow brow and cloud paints. I have purchased both in multiple shades for myself and also as gifts for my friends and they have become staples in my makeup routine. I don't think the skincare products have worked quite as well for me, I also don't find the perfume lack staying power. I also like their deodorant which I've started using recently.
Cutest packaging ever. Love the balm dot calm !
Glossier's Lip Balm Dotcom is my go-to for keeping my lips hydrated and looking glossy without feeling sticky. I keep one in every bag for its subtle tint and effective moisturizing power.

glossier you is my holy grail layering scent and i will always pick her i miss the 2014-2017 glossier vibes
I LOVE Glossier. From their lip products, to their face products, to their skincare, Glossier seems to be committed to quality. I have tried the stretch concealer, the futuredew serum, and their gloss balms. All of these products are amazing and interact nicely with sensitive skin. The price tag is also very affordable for the quality of these products and the clean ingredients. Love Glossier!

The aesthetic of the brand is so appealing, and the products are incredibly simple and clean, ingredient-wise, which I adore! However, not all of the products preform in a particularly innovative or effective way. That being said, they still offer quite the luxury experience.
It was just okay; I don't really understand the hype, though. Mascara was super underwhelming and didn't lengthen/volumize.
I love the bomb dot com! I use it everyday! The birthday cake, mango and coconut are great!

if you get the right product from glossier you’ll use it for the rest of your life. their good products are holy grail level (i’m thinking cloud paint and their perfume as two examples) while some of the other formulas and products fall flat. and any of their shower products with the neroli scent are sooo luxurious. all in all can be hit or miss as a brand but just go in sephora and find the products that work for you!

Excellent products at an affordable price point!
Boy brow is a great product. Very easy to apply, does not smear. I keep a bunch of Balm Dot Coms on hand as little gifts for friends. When I first started using it I thought it was so thick and didn't love it. I made myself finish the tube and now I really like the texture - it feels deeply hydrating.

Love it!
I’ve tried several products from Glossier before and honestly love everything from there, especially the you perfume. I‘ve been wearing this perfume since 2017 (when it launched). I love the smell, and always get so many compliments on it. However, I’m sad that the new formula for this perfume is no longer long lasting.

I was super late to the Glossier train, as I wasn't interested in its initial hype, although I have been to its original NYC store/office and wasn't really that impressed or interested. Since that first visit, I do use a lot of the products and a few have become my HGs, for efficacy and uniqueness. I've used everything from the body products, to skincare and makeup. I would probably rate them 3 stars now since they have reformulated so many great products, some of which I won't buy again (PMR, Milky Jelly cleanser, Gen G), etc. Things I really like include the Body Hero collection, Futuredew (so good to mix with their foundations), the new Stretch foundation, Stretch concealer, and the old liquid tint foundation. The foundations are all very wearable and easy to use for seamless coverage and no fuss. The Ultralip is easy to wear and moisturizing; I prefer the old Gen G formula with the smell, and won't buy it again with the new formulation (it smells like crayon in a bad way, and the product doesn't smooth on the lips the same). The lip gloss is sticky, but moisturizing/stay-put in a northern winter climate. I don't wear a lot of makeup and just want my skin tone to be even and have a bit of a glow. Boy brow is 'ok' too, although I now use a different brand. Glossier You, the perfume is hit or miss - I have the old formula and the new one. I probably wouldn't buy it again since the longevity is so short, but it smells cute for 2 seconds, and why not. I miss the old eye cream (bubble wrap) as well. The Balm dot com reformulation is gross (I don't use it, will never buy it), and I only use the OG formula. The new matte lip product G Suit is ok, and actually comfortable to wear for a more polished look (I got the Cranberry xmas set). Overall I do like many of the products, but I think they can be hit or miss now, since they sell at Sephora/globally, reformulations take place which mess with the formulas that fans know/love. The brand is losing its way, as is inevitable, but, there are still tried-and-true (and new) products that are great. Your mileage may vary, though!

Bought several times before but stopped because I started only using products with 100% ratings on SkinSafe dot com. Highly recommend that website if you have super sensitive skin. If they fixed their formulas on the serums, I would buy again if they went to 100.
Mixed feelings. I loved the Ultralip, I absolutely hated the Generation G. It dries my lips out to an almost painful level - never had that with any other brand before. Their branding is cute but the products are a bit hit and miss - and at this pricepoint I'm not willing to test that many more.

I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve tried from this brand and I love the simple, natural aesthetic. It fits how I want to look and feel.

Their balm dotcom is an everyday essential for me. Perfectly hydrating without being greasy or sticky.
This perfume is WILD to me! Some days I love it, but some days I don’t. It is definitely one of those perfumes that smells different on everybody and I recommend trying it in store before you buy it.
