Ghia earns polarized reviews yet proves effective for bitter, botanical non‑alcoholic sipping; many praise its complex, Campari‑adjacent flavor, chic packaging, and canned Le Spritz (especially Ginger and Lime & Salt) for recreating a cocktail ritual, while others find the taste punishingly bitter, murky, or one‑note and say it works better mixed. Reviews also note standout unboxing and gifting appeal but call out inconsistencies across flavors, short shelf life once opened, and sediment/cloudiness in the bottle.

The salt and lime was very salty, definitely an acquired taste but I really liked it. I've tried a couple other flavors and they've all been tasty as well. Great branding. Would recommend if you can spring for it.

I find this drink absolutely gross — was tough to take a single sip! Wanted to love it because of the super cute packaging and other reviews, but found it incredibly hard to drink.
I've only tried Le Spritz and while I love the concept, the flavor wasn't as good as I wanted it to be. I think it was too heavy on the star anis? I could be wrong, but usually I love aperativos and want a non-alcoholic version so I'll try mixing it with a few other things and see if I like it better. I'm still giving them four stars because I love the concept and the quality of the product. I'm looking forward to trying other flavors.
As I continue to explore non-alcoholic drink options during the week days, Ghia has become a staple in our home. I'm mot a big fan of the ginger option, but do enjoy the le spritz with a slice or orange over ice. I tried these for the first time through Foxtrot in Chicago and will continue to buy the product.
I tried the lime and salt tonic. It was a little funky but definitely enjoyable. The color was unexpected but pleasant, and the lime flavor came through. I was glad it didn't only taste like lime soda water. This is definitely something I'd have on hand for friends who don't want to drink alcohol because it still feels fun and fancy.

The price for this in stores is pretty high.

I was excited to try these but was not a fan. The flavor was very strong for my palette and made it hard for me to breathe. The price is pretty steep for the can size but I can see people justifying it if they like the taste and make it easy to bring non alcoholic beverages to other social settings.

I tried the lime & salt flavor so maybe I'd like the other variants but I was taken aback by how strong the herbal flavor was with this drink.

Not really my thing: I'm not a huge fan of bitter, but that's a me problem. The product is great at being what it is! It's a great replacement for alcohol in a spritz since it has that same "bite" quality. It's a little expensive, but it's still my favorite thing to bring instead of a bottle of wine if I'm visiting someone that doesn't drink!

I liked the flavor of the regular Ghia. Of course, I do feel that this could be priced slightly cheaper but that seems to be the game with all of these non-alcohol brands.

Love making a Ghia Spritz with extra bubbly sparkling water ~ perfect for our party vibe :)

A little pricey! Must be in the mood to drop a little coin
I love it so much! I've been trying to cut drinking cocktails or wine and I couldn't find good alternatives even at the bars trying to get good mocktails. I usually don't like very sweet mocktails so Ghia is perfect for me. It has a bitter side and freshness to it too. I especially liked the salt and lime one. I'd definitely keep ordering Ghia and stock them up.

Nothing!
I'm not a huge fan. I think the ingredients could be better along with the flavor. I think this brand nails it with their branding though!

Beautifully thoughtful, just wasn't for me. I tried the Ghia cans and unfortunately was underwhelmed. I think the product is great quality just has a required taste.

Had the lime and salt flavor. Really enjoyed its flavor and would be open to trying other flavors

love the ghia “le spritz” flavors—so delicious and great alternatives to a traditional aperitif. the branding & design is also incredibly cohesive and beautiful. i feel that ghia is worth the pricepoint, but i can understand that it may be too pricey when compared to competitors.

would love to see a larger size in the spritz cans

I was skeptical cause I’ve never done the whole expensive fancy booze-replacement thing before. But these lil guys are so good. I had the Lime & Salt which taste vaguely like every summer cocktail you’ve ever had. They totally chill me out and I would like a lifetime supply.
I ordered the classic bottle & am super enjoying it as a weekday evening treat! Love this as a way to have complex flavors, sans alcohol.

I've been adding a touch of sweetness to my seltzer & Ghia — I love bitter, but it leans pretty heavy into that side of the flavor spectrum
For some reason the packaging/branding made me think this would be a bit more savory, but it’s actually a gently-sweet aperitif-ish flavor that pairs as well with vodka as it does with soda water. I absolutely love the brand’s nod to a nostalgic Italian feel and the products are all delicious.

I think they could communicate the flavor itself better. The brand uses a lot of marketing words to capture the “vibe” but not a lot of flavor words. I found the single serve sodas to be a bit potent — I actually wound up using them with soda water.
While the branding is beautiful, the can itself was overpriced for the quality of the beverage. It tastes wayyy too fragrant (Ghia Soda - purple can)

Price, flavour, and size.

The ginger one is tasty, but the are cans are very small and totally over priced in my opinion. Maybe the full bottle is a better option where you dilute it with soda water (?) but to pay nearly $5 a can for an already diluted grape juice feels like a rip off.

Can size, price point

Good tasting with fun packaging. The cans especially are fun! Unlike Kin Euphorics, is tested and marketed as a drink, so I feel safer ingesting it. Despite that, I can't recommend it because there are too many good and healthy sodas out there (like Ollipop) that are less than half the price and have more variety in their flavors. I would not be upset if someone served me this, but I don't think I would ever choose it over other available drinks
