Reviews mention

  • Chic, luxurious packaging
  • Complex, bitter flavor profile
  • Versatile mixing options
  • Convenient, tasty canned spritzes
  • Punishingly bitter aftertaste
  • Murky, cloudy appearance
  • Short post‑open shelf life
  • Inconsistent flavor distinctness

Ghia earns polarized reviews yet proves effective for bitter, botanical non‑alcoholic sipping; many praise its complex, Campari‑adjacent flavor, chic packaging, and canned Le Spritz (especially Ginger and Lime & Salt) for recreating a cocktail ritual, while others find the taste punishingly bitter, murky, or one‑note and say it works better mixed. Reviews also note standout unboxing and gifting appeal but call out inconsistencies across flavors, short shelf life once opened, and sediment/cloudiness in the bottle.

  • Their Le Spritz is super tasty and refreshing! I really like to have it as a nightcap.

  • The good: the packaging, the experience of opening and preparing this product feels luxurious and special. I'm sober and I'm always looking for something special to drink in celebratory moments. This checks all of those boxes for me except that the taste simply doesn't work for my palette. The flavor, for me, was punishingly bitter. I've never known myself to be sensitive to bitterness but no matter how I mixed this I just couldn't make it palatable for myself. My boyfriend had the same problem. The bottle comes with a book of recipes which is great (again, none of them worked for me but I think it's just personal taste!) It also comes with a bunch of coasters. I loved the experience of opening this package and I was sad the product didn't work for me but I'd encourage someone to try this if they're looking for a zero proof option for summer sipping.

Somewhere on the website needs to be a SUPER clear description of flavor profiles. I had no idea this was going to taste the way it tasted and I was just willing to gamble but it was a losing bet for me.

  • It's great! It tastes very herbal-ly so if you do not like that, this is not for you.

  • A great mocktail. Can add alcohol if you prefer but it's about time the mocktail community saw some innovation.

  • My favorite evening treat. If it's your first time trying Ghia I would recommend you start with the 'Le Spritz' before trying the 'Ghia Ginger'. I love them both equally, but the ginger takes some time getting used to. I think the bottle is a nice gift, but I personally prefer the ease of just cracking open a can and taking a sip.

  • Ghia makes enjoying alcohol free beverages fun. The packaging is interesting, without giving too much away. Enough for other people to ask you "what are you having?".

I think Ghia has quite a strong herbal flavor, making it easy to enjoy in smaller doses but I can see how that might deter people from consuming it on a regular basis.

  • I don’t know what it is that everyone loves about this drink. I have fomo at the fact that I don’t like it… I can’t get past the bitter, floral flavor. I’ve tried it countless times, chilled and at room temp, and each time I’m disappointed. Just not for me. Amazing that is nonalcoholic! I wish there were more “cool” and pretty drinks that were nonalcoholic.

  • The packaging and branding are really cool. The marketing really drew me to the product and made it stand out in FoxTrot so I bought it to try.

I'm just getting into the sober-curious/non-alcoholic space so trying to find brands that I like. Unfortunately, this one was too bitter for me and it left a bad aftertaste.

  • Tasty and perfect for sober people looking for fun and exciting non-alcoholic drinks. Packaging is 10/10.

    Price point, Ghia is expensive.

  • I love all things bitter, and this is perfect for nights that I want a pre- or post- dinner drink without alcohol. I’ve mixed it with plain and flavored sparkling waters and it was great with both.

  • Out of all the NA spirit or aperitif replacements I’ve tried, I liked this best. It had great flavor on its own, which feels like the hardest thing to tackle for NA brands. Also, the packaging is so gorgeous.

    Nothing!

  • LOVE Ghia. Especially loved the canned spritz. I mix with grapefruit flavored sparkling water.

The price is a little high if you buy from a retail store.

  • I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, and their customer service was SO helpful in getting back to me asap. The drink was tasty, but I have a hard time wrapping my head around the price to volume ratio. Also, it starts to settle after awhile, so I felt a rush to finish it in a short amount of time

    The volume of product.

  • I've tried a few non-alcoholic cocktail alternatives, and this has been my favorite by far. I've been blending it with apple cider + some frozen fruits (bananas, pineapples, etc.) to make a really tasty tropical mocktail. Looks pretty in the kitchen, too. GIFTING: I should also add that over the holidays, they made very cute, affordable (!) gift packages that include edible flowers + little coasters. Recommend!

  • Ghia is helping to change the idea that 'if you aren't drinking, you're not cool'. Because let's face it. Ghia is fucking cool. (no surprise being linked to Glossier alums). It's fun to have around for mocktail night.

Not sure if the actual product is worth the $ for me. It tastes FINE. just fine. I hate to call it a glorified juice, but... 🤷🏼‍♀️

  • they all taste like a little bit of ginger and bitter but I think they're good, a little getting used to and that's okay! I don't want something super sugary but don't want it to be gross. better than a white claw to me! I love that the brand also has a mixer for alcohol. the packaging is cute

  • Great over ice as a non alcoholic option for party drinks.

  • So many NA drinks lack the bitterness that make you slow down while drinking them, but Ghia has the perfect amount along with stellar flavor. The best NA choice!!!
