If you love sichuan chili flavors with a slightly numbing feeling, this is your sauce. I had the chili crisp and personally to me it has no heat so go for the xtra spicy if you like sweating!

So, I’ve only tried the Szechuan chili crisp, so this review is just for that. I thought the flavor was good, though I personally could’ve used more heat (maybe the extra spicy version would’ve been better for me?). Anyway, at $14 a pop I’m not sure that this will replace Lao Gan Ma for me, but it was nice to try something different to change things up. I might purchase this or one of their other products if on sale, because as I previously mentioned, the $14 price point is a little bit of a deterrent for me, personally. That said, I got this jar free via thingtesting’s sampling program, and I’m glad I did because it’s a tasty product.

Great flavor and just the right amount of spice! I've had it on dumplings, eggs, and rice noodles so far. Worked great with all three.

This was my first product I’ve tried through the thingtesting samples and I’m so pleased with this! I’ve tried other chili crisps before but none were nearly as tasty as this one. There is a really nice depth of flavor achieved and the spice level is not overpowering. I put some on a scrambled egg breakfast sandwich and it was a game changer.

So much umami! Great with a simple rice dish and fried egg.

I love chili oils but I'm not the best with heat! This was great, not too spicy and the Sichaun crisp was also so fragrant!

They're right, once you have these sauces, you literally start to put them on EVERYTHING. The chili crisp is my favorite, and I swear to god it tastes good on anything you put it on. Pizza. Ice cream. Veggies. Name a food, and this sauce will up-level it. I am obsessed.

The second chili oil I have ever tried, and I'm absolutely sticking with this brand! It is super flavourful and, in my experience, works well on literally everything. I even put it on vanilla ice cream (as recommended by the text on the jar) and it has been a game-changer. 10/10, would recommend.

Big fan of their chili oil and zhong sauce! I've never tried their frozen dumplings. I think this chili oil has a nice complex flavor, and the price isn't bad. I've had more expensive ones that I liked better and cheaper ones I don't like as much. Shipping is easy and I like the website. It's exciting seeing them in grocery stores now, and from what I've seen, it looks like the price is comparable to buying direct.

I loveeee this chili oil!! It goes perfect with everything and I've gotten so bored of Sriracha so this is the perfect new obsession. It elevates every ramen I make whenever I'm lazy to cook real food and is just so tasty.

Received a jar of the chili crisp as a gift and it was so good I proceeded to buy 7 large jars of it. This product checks all the boxes with great packaging, story, ingredients, and best of all, the taste. It has become such a staple in my house and has been put on everything from ice cream to pizza. If you order online you also receive a booklet with recipes and the story of the company.

The Fly by Jing products are all incredible. I bought the sichuan chili crisp and the zhong sauce, both of which I loved. I used both in cooking and also as drizzles/toppings and they work so well in both versions. They make seasoning much simpler than dealing with a lot of different things and trying to find the right balance.

This is a great chili oil, definitely top 3 for me. I wish it was just a bit more chili and less oil but great nonetheless.

Absolutely love the Zhong sauce, whenever I purchase I end up putting it on everything for about a week straight. It can transform the simplest of foods into something delicious.

Absolutely love Fly By Jing, love the claim that is not traditional, it is personal... awesome flavor especially the Zhong Sauce, not too spicy super umami, has lovely packaging whit plenty of cool details, cant wait to try more on this brand.
