  • Noisy high fan operation
  • Finicky off-button controls
  • Bulky, less-adjustable showerhead

Canopy earns mixed reviews: many say its humidifiers and filtered showerheads work—quietly hydrating dry rooms, softening hard water, and improving sinuses, skin, and hair—while others report modest humidity gains and scent diffusion, noisy operation, flimsy-feeling parts, and hard‑to‑use controls. Reviewers praise dishwasher‑safe cleaning, tap‑water compatibility, sleek design, and easy installations, but flag off-button glitches, frequent refills and filter changes, large showerhead size and adjustability issues, decreased water pressure, and weak aroma output.

  • The Canopy shower head makes me excited to shower again! The different pressure settings are a game changer (since I'm in a rented apartment) and I do feel like the water feels softer. Loved the diffuser oil they included - feels like I'm DIY-ing my own spa experience. Also props to the mail packaging designers, one of the more innovative boxes I've seen!

  • the Canopy showerhead came in beautiful & well-designed packaging and was very easy to install. Unfortunately the essential oils really don't hold their smell on the little insense hanger so that is a bit of a bummer. The water pressure it great and other than that it's a pretty standard showerhead. I'm hoping over time we will notice the different in our hair and skin! Overall I recommend, but unsure I would pay full price for this quite yet. Need to see a difference first!

  • Super easy install! I absolutely am in love with the Canopy showerhead - I don’t know how I did without it before! My hair is shinier, smoother and even my natural waves are more prominent! You can tell the difference right away when you shower. The look is sleek and would look great in any shower - I went with the matte black but also loved the other color options. I tried the aromatherapy piece as well, personally I needed to add a lot of drops to notice a scent but it does add a nice spa like touch to the shower :)

  • Sleek, simple humidifier that I keep at my bedside. I like its minimalist design. No fancy features. Probably a little expensive given its simple function, but since I'm looking at it daily on my nightstand, it was worth it for me.

  • Love the product in general and that you don’t need filtered water. Also really like the scent addition option. One downside is that they don’t sell replacement scent pucks so that you can use your own oils or use what’s left after the puck stops absorbing/dispersing scent.

  • I used Canopy humidifier in my tiny and old city apartment that used radiators in the winter. I would position the smallest humidifier right on my night stand and wouldn't wake up with a scratchy dry throat as I used to before I bought Canopy. The devise is easy to use and clean. My only complaint is that you really cannot move the device if there is any amount of water in the base- it can spill easily. Also you do need to update the filter seasonally. I don't use this in the spring or summer so its not too bad. The scented oils to use as a diffuser are great and added a lovely fragrance to the room and some of the scent combos from Canopy are divine. I would buy this again if mine broke.

  • I’ve only tried the bedside humidifier and have to say the whole experience has not been a winner for me. The unit was described as whisper quiet. 🤫 It is…not. If you like a white noise machine, this might be great. It’s quite dry in the winter where I live and the tank empties out in the middle of the night even on the lowest setting. The gurgling sound is irritating. The scents are not…high end but have high end prices. And the filter doesn’t seem to do much for air quality at all. It was extremely difficult to cancel the subscription. Solidly meh.

  • Wonderful product a bit pricey

  • Purchased this humidifier for my niece given she lives in a dryheat environment. I was told the product works rather well and it helped greatly with her breathing!

  • I have used the filtered shower head for about 3 months and I do find that it helps my hair and skin feels less dry. I do live in an area where the water is considered hard water so the difference was fairly noticeable for me once I switched over from a regular shower head to the canopy shower head. Installation was easy and shower head gives three options for water pressure. The only (minor) drawback for this product is that you cant tilt the shower head at all once installed.

  • I tested the Canopy shower head. Super easy to install in my shower. They give you all tools needed in the box. I haven't changed out the filter yet, but the directions are simple to figure out. The water in Florida is hard and filled with chemicals. This filter has given me soft skin and hair again! I don't smell Clorine when showering anymore! And My shower is cleaner too!

  • I have been using canopy for a couple of months now and I am loving it. I love that there is an UV light and automatic filter replacement detection as I have had issues with other humidifiers smelling of mildew in the past, absolutely not an issue with canopy. My skin is on the drier side and I have noticed a huge difference in my skin and how moisturized it’s been throughout this Midwest winter. My only complaint is the frequency of needing to refill, it doesn’t go through a full tank in a 24 hour period but if I don’t refill it every night it runs out in the middle of the night. Not a big deal but wish it would last a full 48 hours

  • I finally got a chance to install mine after making my move, and I'm obsessed! It was so easy to install, and the water pressure got so much better because of it. My hair has been so soft, and I've had fewer breakouts after using it for two weeks. I do wish it came with an extender attachment for the showers that are super low down, but I totally understand why it doesn't. I'd love it if they made a sink attachment, too, because now, every time I want to wash my face, I feel like I should shower to get the filtered water.

  • I have used my Canopy humidifier for well over a year now. I swear by it!! I have it constantly running and just bought one for my living room!!

  • I love my little humidifier. It is simple and small and attractive. It empties rather quickly, which makes me know it is working. I also wake up feeling better and more hydrated when it's been on. I fill it every couple of nights. I like the gentle sage color and like the gentle noise it makes too. It's not silent, but the sound isn't unpleasant.

  • I bought the humidifier from Thing Drop luckily! Initially, I was really disappointed because the product itself felt very cheap and too light for the price point. I expected something sturdier. I moved it from one room to the next and made a huge mess because it spilled really easily. (There is a note that says not to move it while there is water in tank!) However, since I've used it for a couple of weeks now, I'm starting to love it! The different settings are great - the lowest one is quiet enough where it doesn't disturb my sleep. The fact that it's really light makes it easy to refill and move between my office and my bedroom. There's an auto setting that will adjust according to lighting. I'm glad I made this purchase! I still would not pay full price for this, but worth it with a discount!

  • The filtered showerhead is mixed for me. For one, it's hard to evaluate. Living in the Bay Area, I don't find the water to be damaging to my hair or skin, but I thought this would be nice to try out anyways. While I haven't noticed any substantial benefits, it was easy to install and has more water pressure and adjustable flow patterns than my old showerhead. The main issue I have with this is it's not adjustable. I was lucky in that the angle and height works with my set-up, but for anyone taller than me using my shower, it's uncomfortable and too short. A huge point of their marketing is also the essential oil felt hangers. I doused mine in essential oils, and have not once smelt anything. It definitely feels like an add-on the increase the price without providing any value. I will say the essential oil in a diffuser has been working great though. Overall, it's a nice product, but if I hadn't gotten it on steep discount, I would not have purchased nor do I think it's worth any more than that.

  • I have been using the bedside humidifier for a few nights now and have really enjoyed it! The sound emits a relaxing white noise, you can add essential oils for a nice smell, and I wake up less congested than normal. My skin feels softer, which is a bonus in the dry Colorado winter air. I don't know that it's worth paying full price for, but there are many elements that I like and I plan on continuing to use it.

  • I love canopy! This humidifier is a game-changer for parents who need to whip one out constantly during the winter. I love that it can use tap water and is dishwasher safe. I didn't realize that the reason it doesn't mold is because it runs continuously until the water is gone but that's ok. It's a touch noisy which isn't too bad since my kid sleeps with a noise machine anyway.
