Everything about this brand is stunning, with the caveat that it costs an arm and a leg. That said, the bottles are beautiful to display and a truly luxurious experience to use. Everything smells user-friendly, yet unique; opinionated, without being too overpowering. I'm basic and just love the Bal d'Afrique. I will say though, I've found dupes that allow me to smell approximately the same without spending nearly as much. When I do occasionally splurge on Byredo though, I never regret it.

Once you go byredo you aint going back right? It is just a step above most else in packaging and smell. It is sophisticated without being too complex, it is simple without being basic. This is the move. It is sexy as all hell and if you go into a cool person's house they have some of around for sure. The body wash also slaaaaaaps.

F*ck I love Byredo! Stopped by Nordstrom to check out some Le Labo recommendations from my hair dresser, ended up leaving with two perfumes from Byredo instead.

I have no notes. I love my Byredo perfumes and can’t wait to buy more. I have Pulp and Sundazed.

I smelled Peyote Poem in a store in New Orleans and immediately took a picture so I could buy it as soon as I got home. Incredible candle that lasts a long time and carries throughout the house. Definitely a luxury candle but a nice treat!

Byredo has so so many wonderful products. They are absolutely worth the price point, if you can afford to treat yourself once in a while. also make great gifts. I've had several of their perfumes and am obsessed with their vetyver hand cream atm. I will be a customer for years to come!

I can't wait to get more smells! I just wish some scents would last longer

Byredo is incredibly pricey but...I think it's worth it. The scents are refined and sophisticated and the scent lasts long on your skin ( I didn't feel it but people told me they could still smell it on me at the of the day) I first got as a present "Eyes Closed" and was smitten with the scent. Afterwards, I got "Black Saffron" which is very much a winter scent for me. I also got the "Mojave Ghost" hand cream and their lipstick in "Feverish". I think it makes a great gift and you get obsessed with the scents. Also stylish packaging and in-store service. For me, it's a yes!

I love fragrances and have heard very good things about Byredo, I bought a discovery set with high expectations and was extremely let down. Compared to Le Labo and Boy Smells, I found that their scents weren't very unique and they didn't last long at all. I would say the only stand out scents from the discovery set were Rose of No Man's Land and Mojave Ghost. Can't say I will be moving forward with purchasing a full size perfume.

Such a waste if money. Bought their lipstick because of the packaging, but the quality was just bad.

I have the Bibliothèque and a generic pillow mist and while the fragrance smells nice the projection isn't very strong. The candle has lasted a very long time though.

I hold this brand close to my heart because the first time I encountered it was in the Galeries Layfayette, Paris. I knew I wanted a scent that reminded me of my travels and that is what I found. I tend lean toward more masculine scents, so I settled on “Slow Dance”. Top: Opopanax Heart: Geranium, Labdanum, Violet Base: Patchouli, Vanilla

This brand is top notch in my opinion. From the branding, to the packaging design, to the thought design, to the marketing. It takes you through a journey, and they truly do bring memories back to life with their scents.

Everyone wears Byredo; your friends, your parents, your dog ---- and despite it's popularity, Byredo remains a cool brand. Fantastic scents that lean "unisex" with a new makeup line that leans art, Byredo remains a brand that everyone should look at when deciding on their first "luxury" fragrance.

Heavenly fragrances. Gypsy Water is my all time go-to fragrance. No matter where I go I get compliments on it. Minimal but beautiful packaging, the unboxing is really luxe.

Would love to be able to buy samples of the other fragrances to test them out before buying.

A friend gifted me a candle as a house-warming gift. The packing and scent were luxurious. I kept the glass container after the wax was all gone - makes for a great brush or pen holder. It's pricey but worth it compared to other candles at the same price level.

Love Byredo scents. They are complex with brilliantly layered notes. I’ve tried 4 different scents and they’re all different but share similar complexities and quality. Many of the scents can be unisex. The bottles are simple and elegant. Price point is higher than most fragrances but worth the money for a quality product.

I absolutely love the different scents from Byredo, particularly Blanche. It gives a very clean but deep scent.

Byredo has been the first start of mine in the serious fragrance world. As saturated as the regional market got with the use of Black Saffron, it brings me back to California and early college days. Blanche is also a classic clean fragrance, simple but mesmerizing. I loved Accord Oud as well, more than their Oud Immortel. I have recently grown a liking to tobacco mandarin, 1996, and super cedar, but they’re undergoing testing. I attach a lot of significance to fragrances, and I think one of those would be my new era’s scent. I have tried both the hair mists and fragrances, the hair mists run out quick and have less longevity. I would go for the fragrances & hand creams if you’re looking for longevity and projection.

Obsessed with Bal d'Afrique, but man is that price tag a bit of a shocker! I do have to say, you can tell that their scents are more complex and luxe than those of lower price points. But it will always be a splurge purchase for me.
