BIRKENSTOCK earns strong reviews for comfort that improves as the contoured cork footbed molds to the foot and for durability that can span years, with icons like Arizona, Boston, Mayari, and EVA slides praised for everyday wear. Reviews also flag drawbacks: a painful break‑in for many, sizing confusion and wide fit, soles and cork that can crack or wear quickly (especially when wet), occasional odor and chafing in heat, and mixed experiences for flat or very high arches.

I just bought my first pair of Birkenstocks and am in love! They are comfortable, supportive, and great for my feet. They are versatile and come in many different colors.
Extremely comfortable, but they do get dirty quite quickly, which is my only issue
Birkenstocks are god's gift to people with feet. Been wearing various Birks for 15 years and I don't see myself stopping anytime soon. The Arizona Evas (the foam ones) were an amazing launch, sooooo lightweight and love that they are waterproof so now we finally have birks that are good for the pool/beach and camping or other activities that require cleaning afterward.

i've had my birks for ten years now and i feel like they are going to last forever. the first few weeks of wearing them were honestly painful. but in the long run it worked out and my feet feel comfortable. they are easy to walk in, my go -to's when it comes to post gym attire, and are durable as heck. the only downside is that the sizing is different than a regular sizing, like it is naturally a wider fit.
I have a pair of slip on sandals. I love them they are my go to!
shoes I will continue to go back to. they last for years and through all weather. I spray waterproof spray on the suede ones and it makes a huge difference.
I have been a huge fan of these shoes for years and definitely recommend them. I love the styles and they are so comfortable. These are great shoes for going anywhere and a brand I definitely recommend.
Love this brand. comfortable and easy to slide on.

I’ve been wearing Birks for 20+ years but even with that they offer more and more stylish variety every season. I’ve loved all their products and really appreciate that they offer well priced vegan options as well.
Not a fan !
These didn’t fit my feet at all and I unfortunately had to return. I put the leather straps’ buckle on the furthest in hole but they still felt a little loose, which I knew wouldn’t work for me long term considering the leather will in time stretch out. They were flopping off my feet! I can tell they’re decent quality but not worth the cost for me unfortunately.
I am so glad Birkenstocks are making a comeback! They have some really cute styles. I will say, you definitely have to break them in, but once your past that, they are extremely comfortable.
I have wanted a pair of Birkenstocks my whole life. I finally found a pair with a great modern style, and wore them for a few days. The way the footbed is shaped caused me extreme foot pain. I had to pass them onto someone else. I don’t have particularly flat or arched feet.
I am a birkenstock girly<3 my fave is the waterproof rubber ones for the summer. The original ones get gnarly with ANY moisture .

I love my Birkenstocks but was disappointed that the heel began wearing out after only a year. They are comfortable and cute but for $100 I would love for them to last a little longer!

One of the comfiest sandals I have. Although they’re not very stylish, I love that mine have gold straps with silver finishes. It brings some glam to my outfits. I can walk in these 5+ hours comfortably.

I have the pair from them for over 5 years now and it’s still look just as new. The leather is pristine and the cork is still intact. The bottom of the shoes have worn but nothing too major. I love them for summer as they are comfortable and fashionable and airy!
Had a pair of the OG Birkenstock sandal design with the cork bottoms (Arizona?), the women's sizing is super weird, if I'd ordered online without trying them on in store I would've gotten the wrong size. I sized down, and even then they were still a bit big. They're also heavy and clunky when walking, so they ended up not being my favorite sandal, although I did end up wearing them quite a bit. TBH they made my feet look huge and I have average feet. They didn't make the cut for what to keep when I had to move states. I left them in a donation box.
I meaannn. Classics forever. Had these in red and brown they were my switch from heels back in college. I wouldn’t dare get white back then. Now I just wear them everywhere cause what else is there to wear? Can’t wait till I’m rich so I can get them in all colors. My brown ones are pretty sad now but luckily still pretty sturdy b/c they take a long time to wear out!!!
The classic hippie style... after many years of not wearing them I love the new styles and colors...especially the ones made out of EVA
