Reviews mention

  • Bold, chef-driven flavor profiles
  • Versatile, sandwich-to-dip utility
  • Distinctive dill pickle pieces
  • Convenient, fun squeeze packaging
  • Occasional separated, oily consistency
  • Inconsistent, chunky spreadability
  • Original flavor feels unremarkable
  • Dijonayo divisive flavor intensity

Ayoh! wins praise in reviews for chef-y, boldly flavored mayos—standouts include Dill Pickle, Hot Giardinayo, Miso, and Tangy Dijonayo—that elevate sandwiches, fries, and salads, and the squeeze-bottle packaging feels fun and practical. Reviews also flag weaknesses: occasional separation and chunky, less-spreadable textures, uneven flavor intensity (Original and Dijonayo read bland or broken to some), sugar in the recipe for purists, and refrigeration-before-opening expectations that surprise buyers.

  • I have only tried the original version and overall it was ok The packaging is much easier to use that a jar but the ingredients could be better. Sugar has no place being in mayo! Personally ill stick to my OG Kewpie mayo.

  • Molly Baz did her big one with this one!! Exceptional taste, up-levels every meal I pair it with. I’ve had it on sandwiches, as a dipper for proteins or veggies, as a sauce on quesadillas, the options are endless. So great to reach for it quickly when I need to unlock flavor in something pretty bland.

  • I tried Ayoh! and got The Works set. I wasn’t a fan of the regular mayo, I’m more of a Duke’s or Hellmann’s person, but I did really enjoy the Dill Pickle and the Miso Mayo flavors. The hot version was a little too intense for me, so I passed it along to a friend who loves spice. Overall, some hits and some misses depending on what you’re into.

  • I love every-single-flavor of this stuff. I'm so stoked it's at Costco now. Makes everything it touches that much better!

  • The dill pickle flavored option was kind of mid - nothing to write home about. I'd be intruiged to try the other flavors, but wouldn't have too high of expectations based on the first and best-sounding flavor. It sounds like a good idea but it the consistency felt like more of a vinaigrette with non-unified ingredients (dill, oils, mayo all seemed to not congeal together). The dill flavor wasn't very strong or differentiating when I tried it on a turkey sandwich.

  • I've been a fan of Molly Baz, but was skeptical about her new line of mayo. However, through Thingtesting, I was able to try and I chose to get the variety pack. It does elevate any sandwich or salad, such as an egg salad, because of the extra ingredients that can add a layer of complexity. Is it life changing? Not really. Is it something you could create on your own at home? Yes, but it would be extra work or purchasing ingredients. Therefore, I would recommend purchasing Ayoh! if you're looking to elevate your home cooking as it skips that one extra step. The website and bottles have recommendations on how to use them and I could see each household having one to try out. My favorite so far has been the dill pickle as it's versatile and I always like dill in an egg or tuna salad.

  • They are really great sized bottles and I appreciate the variety of flavor! I threw the spicy one onto a BLT and it was very good with a great kick! I am disappointed I forgot to grab the regular mayo but will have to get it next time!

  • Wow, flavor bomb! These mayos are delicious on sandwiches but also as dips for fries. I haven’t tried the original one but the miso and the chili one are delicious! Will definitely be buying again. The mayos tend the separate a little and the packaging comes in warped and dented, but at the end of the day it’s all about the flavor.

  • So i got The Works. First off love the branding and the squeeze bottle is truly the ideal vessel for condiments. Thus far I've only had the Tangy Dijonayo one and i've really enjoyed it with chicken and potatoes.

  • I enjoy the variety of flavors but the texture is chunkier than what I was expecting and I feel like it’s split/separated (oil from the mayo)-not sure if that should happen, still split after trying to shake it. Other than that the flavors are a nice one stop shop if you want a more interesting mayo option

  • I'm a big fan of Molly Baz and have been wanting to try her new mayos for a while since she launched! Love her cookbooks and her approach to cooking. I understand the brand is pretty new, but the Ayoh mayos were a bit of a disappointment. The mayos arrived broken (the actual sauces not the bottles or anything) and even after refrigeration like is recommended there is still a lot of separation. I'd wait until they get some of the kinks out of the product before ordering again. (And maybe just buy these in Whole Foods because potentially it was the shipping and temperature fluctuations that broke my mayos.)

  • I first heard about Ayoh as a Molly Baz stan. I’m not usually someone who’s big on mayo. Still, I was curious enough to try it, and I’m glad I did. The first batch of bottles I received in my set did have a little bit of oil separation in the emulsions (see Dijonayo) due to the boxes traveling through the recent heatwave. Totally safe to eat, but the Ayoh! team went above and beyond to send out replacements ASAP to ensure I was experiencing the ideal consistency. For me, the dill pickle mayo is what BLTs have been waiting for, and the miso is a solid new addition to my dressing-making lineup. All around tasty flavors and great customer service.

  • I picked up three flavors to try with my sandwich-loving partner, Dill Pickle Mayo, Dijon, and Hot Giardinayo. These are really fun! They're bold, creative, and pack serious flavor. The Dill Pickle Mayo is my favorite of the bunch, tangy and herbaceous, perfect for sandwiches (I especially liked it in my egg salad) or as a dipping sauce for fries. I'm not much of a chef, so these sauces really do the heavy lifting on simple dishes and make it way more fun and easy to make food delicious! 🧑‍🍳 🥪

  • Added the giardinayo mayo to simple heirloom tomato and mayo sandwiches to create a memorable and impressive meal! Love the branding and general addition of excitement to the mayo options out there.

  • I am a loud and proud mayo lover so was super excited to try Ayoh! I got the sampler pack and love the diversity of flavors. Some of these mayos are thiccc and more like an aioli/spread than a flavored mayonnaise. Which is cool too! I just sometimes will add some extra mayo to the Ayoh to get the consistency I’m looking for (loud and proud, like I said). My favorite so far is probably the Miso, which is also the most like a flavored mayonnaise. Miso Ayoh on a tomato sandwich was a truly transcendent experience that I can’t recommend enough.

  • TLDR: Try to find it in store vs. ordering it online; skip the Original and Tangy Dijonayo I think the Ayoh line is fun, but pricey and hard to access. I have ordered "The Works", once when it contained the "Original" flavor and a second when it included the "Miso." I love the "Hot Girardinayo", "Dill Pickle," and Miso. They're amazing as sandwich spreads and as dips. The "Original" and "Tangy Dijanayo" are blah and not worth the price and effort. I did have a lot of issues with separation, and I'm not sure if that is because they took a long time to be delivered and it was sitting on a truck in the summer. When I ordered my boxes, it also had the option to order 3 bottles of one flavor on the website. It's now down to two bottles, which I think is better. It's a lot to have to commit to 3 bottles of anything if you've never tasted it. I saw they are now going to be sold in Whole Foods, which is great. I know it was fine (aka, I tried it and I haven't gotten sick) but receiving a box of warm mayo spreads was not ideal and I would like to avoid that in the future if I can.

  • The Dill Pickle Mayo turned my sad leftover-turkey sandwich into an incredible deli-worthy sandwich, right in my own kitchen! My only complaint is that it's hard to find, so if you are in a bodega that carries this, GRAB IT WHILE YOU CAN!

  • As a family of 6 we all have different taste which is why I chose this 4 pack (the works set). I knew it would be a good way to try variety pack with different flavors. Funny enough my boys loved their sandwiches with original mayo and dill pickle mayo. My husband loved the hot giardinayo and we can't wait to introduce it to my father in law who loves spicy food as well. As far as for me, I fell in love with Tangy Dijonayo. I seriously can't get enough of it and so delicious in sandwiches with chicken, buckwheat, or rice! I'm afraid I'll need another few boxes of just this particular one!! I've never been a fan of mayo but this takes me to a whole new level!! Great taste but not overpowering.

  • Ayoh is great. The ingredients are pure, the flavor profiles are perfect. I love the way each one has a briney element. They are great accompaniments to sandwiches, salads (like tuna or egg salad), and even salad dressings. I've only tried two so far, but am on the hunt for the rest of the flavors. Very impressed.

  • I am a willing skeptic of "influencer" launched products, but I have to tell you this one really worked for me! I have only tried the Miso Mayo (I'm a Duke's fan for standard mayo) and it was tangy and punchy and an excellent addition to my sandwiches. Started with a dressed up BLT. Going to be EXCELLENT on a salmon burger or katsu sando. Looking forward to trying the others as well. Bought at whole foods, glad I waited and didn't pay for shipping.
