Ayoh! wins praise in reviews for chef-y, boldly flavored mayos—standouts include Dill Pickle, Hot Giardinayo, Miso, and Tangy Dijonayo—that elevate sandwiches, fries, and salads, and the squeeze-bottle packaging feels fun and practical. Reviews also flag weaknesses: occasional separation and chunky, less-spreadable textures, uneven flavor intensity (Original and Dijonayo read bland or broken to some), sugar in the recipe for purists, and refrigeration-before-opening expectations that surprise buyers.

I got the variety pack and really dig the Hot Giardinara and Dill Pickle flavors. I will likely buy those again -- they are fantastic on wraps or sandwiches. The Original Mayo tastes good, but I don't feel like it is much different in flavor to other Store Brand mayos. The Tangy Dijonayo is interesting and a nice option if you like dijon + mayo together, but I don't find myself reaching for it as much as the other two flavored ones.

I bought a sampler "the works" pack so that i could try a few different flavors. The hot giardinayo and the tangy dijonayo were both separated when they arrived. I shook the bottles before using, but they now have a greasy sheen when using them. I am not a fan of the tangy dijonayo, but the dill pickle mayo is outstanding. Imagine a tuna or egg salad sandwich upgraded by adding mayo alone!I think the hot giardinayo would be perfect for an Italian sub. Fun to try, and an easy upgrade for lunch!

I have tried the Dill Pickle Mayo and the Tangy Dijonayo, both purchased at Whole foods. I loved both but would give a slight edge to the Dijonayo- the dill was a little too dill-y, but that may be a bonus for some! The only reason it's getting 4 instead of 5 is the price, 10$ a bottle for mayo (even though it's delicious!) is hard to justify in today's retail landscape. That being said- I'm dying to try the Miso Mayo and will purchase as soon as its carried at my local Whole Foods!

Was very excited to try these! got the 4 flavors and very happy that i got the variety pack since the flavors are very strong. I really like all the flavors, the HOT is quite spicy. But overall wish the texture was a bit more spreadable as there are large pieces that make the sauce quite chunky. I've mixed in extra mayo when needed.

Ayoh makes sandwiches fun again, the flavors and the squeeze bottle is so fun and different than what’s out there. I think because of the bottle design you use more than other condiments so I feel like we run through them really quickly.

Really delicious and versatile. I especially love the Got Giardinayo and Dill Pickle Mayo in pasta salads or to dip veggies in. There are veggies included in both of these so there's a nice, flavorful crunch/added texture that many sauces don't have. I haven't eaten in a sandwich as I don't make them at home, but they would be amazing in sandwiches also!

They are really great sized bottles and I appreciate the variety of flavor! I threw the spicy one onto a BLT and it was very good with a great kick! I am disappointed I forgot to grab the regular mayo but will have to get it next time!

I first heard about Ayoh as a Molly Baz stan. I’m not usually someone who’s big on mayo. Still, I was curious enough to try it, and I’m glad I did. The first batch of bottles I received in my set did have a little bit of oil separation in the emulsions (see Dijonayo) due to the boxes traveling through the recent heatwave. Totally safe to eat, but the Ayoh! team went above and beyond to send out replacements ASAP to ensure I was experiencing the ideal consistency. For me, the dill pickle mayo is what BLTs have been waiting for, and the miso is a solid new addition to my dressing-making lineup. All around tasty flavors and great customer service.

I LOVE mayo. Like cannot eat a sandwich without it, That said...not all mayos are created equal. Ayoh! Hits it out of the ballpark. Like each flavor, even the dill, which is a flavor I do not normally like, is a grand fing slam. 1000/10 recommend

These are SO GOOD. The spicy is my favorite but my favorite I just mean it matches best with my flavor profile favorites. I’ve used them all at least one almost every day since I got them. I will 100% buy these again

Fun packaging, easy D2C experience and delicious flavors. I will say I am a loyalist to a major CPG brand's mayo but the flavors were delicious and I found that some were even toddler friendly. We used the tangy with chicken tenders and fries and i put the dill pickle on a BLT. Ordering from the D2C you could send straight to someone as a gift given that it is branded boxing and great packaging.

Tried the Tangy Dinonayo on a whim when I saw at it a local liquor store / food goods store. I’ve had it on a an Italian sandwich (amazing) and also a chicken Sammy (great). I think my next attempt will be the hot version!

I bought a two-pack with Original and Hot Giardinayo. The Original has a little vinegar bite to it that I have been enjoying on sandwiches, and the Giardinayo was the perfect addition to some brats in a blanket at my Eurovision watch party. I’m excited to try the other flavors!

Unfreakin real man. I love all of these. This was one thing I did not want to give into with the Instagram spam but dayyummm I'm glad I did. If you are thinking about it - TRY ALL FOUR. They are unreal.

I've been following Molly Baz since her Bon Appetit days and had to give her mayo a try as soon as I heard about the release on social media! I'm pretty traditional with my mayo usage, basically on sandwiches and french fries, but I do go through a decent amount of it. Of the 4 I tried, The Dijonayo and Dill Pickle Mayo stood out as the superior variants, but all 4 were super solid and a step above Best Foods and other more common mayos!

I'm not a mayo person, but I am a miso person, and I have to say I do like the miso mayo. It does slap on a late summer BLT 😋 I think for all those who are ambivalent or even a little weirded out by mayo, these extra zesty Ayohs are a good entry.

My entire family adores Molly Baz and her recipes. As a birthday gift, I ordered the Ayoh set for my mom and have been loving recreating recipes and even crafting some of our own with the unique mayos. They taste extremely luxury and high quality and the set makes for amazing gifts. Our favorite way to enjoy so far has been toasted sourdough, a trio of the mayos and topped with thick slices of heirloom tomato.

I love every-single-flavor of this stuff. I'm so stoked it's at Costco now. Makes everything it touches that much better!

Dill Pickle Mayo rules! We tried this, along with other Ayoh! mayonnaise and it is not only very tasty, but also truly unique. It has a lovely balance of mayonnaise to dill pickle bits, and adds a nice pickle experience to any sandwich (and especially burgers!) without needing to have separate mayo and pickles. It also makes the eating experience easier, as pickles can sometimes slide and not be present in every bite, since this sauce incorporates just the right amount of pickle bits, you get pickle in every bite and never have to worry about pickle slices going astray.

Love the taste - hate that it has to be refridgerated upon purchase! The flavor varieties are great, and make for an easy dipping sauce without additional ingredients, but the fact that it's not clearly disclosed that you have to refrigerate it before even opening is a bummer. Mine have separated and I'm short on fridge space!
