I swear by Mario Badescu's drying lotion for those pesky, irritated breakouts. While I don't love the rest of their product line—I find it ineffective for my dry, red skin—this one product keeps me coming back.

While I was super stoked about the branding and the fragrance selection of Boy Smells, I had two candles (purchased at different times) explode! Quite the hazard.

Stronger, tempered glass is a must.

While I'm behind the brand's mission and it's inclusive representation, I didn't feel like their products were effective as much as they were nice to look at.

Once you have a Levain cookie, it's hard to imagine anything else topping it. Gooey and crunchy, fluffy and rich, it hits everything you'd want in a sweet treat.

Far and away the best fragrance I own. I love the personalized labeling and how the brand photographs every component inside.

Price always hurts with this one.

While I enjoy this brand so much—I was a user when they were just a web-based music app—I don't feel like the product beyond the fragrance is very effective.

    Feedback

The consistency and effectiveness of the sunscreen were sub-optimal. The cap allowed for leakage and the texture on the skin was thick and tacky.

The epitome of luxury! Their brick & mortar experience, digital experience, and product experience all are in sync—effortless, elegant, and confident.

    Feedback

I don't feel there's enough benefit variation in the skincare line—as someone with dry, sensitive skin, I found most items too harsh for repeat use.

Great as a dipping sauce! A little too overwhelming for much else, though.

    Landkind

Landkind's product experience is as luxurious and aspirational as their brand—a world where we can be kind to our bodies and the earth in one purchase.

    Feedback

I think an area of opportunity for Landkind would be to create some educational content around how Pure Salidroside, at least, fits into someone's routine who is still intending to keep caffiene in the mix.

    Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams

There's not a whole bunch to say other than Jeni's continues to be my go-to icecream brand. Flavor, consistency, optionality, and novelty all take the cake.

    Feedback

I'd love to continue to see more non-dairy alternatives rolled out with the same Jeni's vigor as the rest of the product line—possibly even non-dairy alternatives to some of the classics (like Salted Peanut Butter and Chocolate Flecks).
