  • A friend of mine recommended Zenni and I figured I’d give it a shot as I usually spend $400-$600 on high end progressive lenses and another $250-$300 on upper mid-range frames. Zenni progressive lenses with scratch resistance and blue blocking coating were about $135 including a first time 15% discount code I got from my referring friend. It took about three weeks to receive my glasses which was fine. Once they arrive there’s a fourteen day trial period for a full return. Despite not being able to do a segment height adjustment, the lenses are fine. Not as absolutely sharp as my usual Zeiss lenses but this is to be expected for the price point. My main complaint is they look and feel cheap, which to blunt, they are. The bridge piece across of the nose is large and ungainly in comparison with the rest of the frame. I had tried on a similar pair of acetate Modo frames which looked better. Knocks offs are close, but there’s always that something that gives them away. They tend to slide down my nose and in general fit a bit off. I decided to keep them as a back up pair of glasses.

  • I am primarily a contact user, so shelling out hundreds of dollars for glasses I wear maybe an hour a day is not for me. Zenni's price points are much more my speed and their selection is vast. I have purchased blue light and regular lenses from them and both times had a great experience from selection to delivery.

  • I love Zenni because they make prescription eyewear accessible! I have been using them for many years and have never had any issues... I plan to buy a second pair soon. Shipping is super fast as well!

  • I love my glasses from zenni. I got an all clear pair, with UV and blue light protection. They are my favorite pair! Zenni is the best glasses website by far that I’ve found.

  • Zenni does a pretty good job with offering a selection of frames that are okay quality and style. I like the various lens tints they offer, and I like that they don’t break the bank. I am able to get a few pairs vs a single pair of pricier glasses. They do a good job with the prescriptions as well. Shipping and production is a bit of a long lag at times, and sometimes I wish they’d be a bit more adventurous in the frame selection, but they have become a go-to for me just the same.

  • Wonderful styles. Decent quality for the price point. I could tell they weren’t quite as high quality as my glasses direct from the optometrist, but I suppose I didn’t select as high end of options. You can make your own choices to compromise on price vs quality. I’d recommend these to anyone looking for stylish specs

  • Love the prices, love the styles, and love the lens options. I have multiple Zenni frames and wear them all.

  • Zenni is my go-to for stylish frames, they were the first non-brick-and-mortar I ever purchased sunglasses from and sealed the deal for me ever going back to high prices and hard-sell. Okay selection, easy to use, and they constantly update. I usually order a couple of pairs because they are really affordable.

Only downside to Zenni is they can’t offer the confidence you get when you hold the item in your own hands to test the quality. Having a generous return policy doesn’t achieve the same thing.

  • I purchased frameless trifocals online and love them! This company was the only company I could fine that offered sooo many frameless glasses for me. The vision was made perfect and they was very comfortable glasses. Good choices and great price.

It would be great to have just a little better quality case to come with these glasses.

  • Fast turn around time for glasses! The quality is much better than I expected. Highly recommended.

  • Zenni has loads of frames for very good prices. Lenses are much less expensive compared to going to the stores. they don't use insurance but don't let that scare you. I was able to get regular glasses and sunglasses for around $100. Returns are easy and they give you measuring guides, and the measurements of all the frames for comparison. I ordered a pair that were too small for my enormous head and was able to swap them really easily for free. rewards program is pretty good too!

  • I have a very large head and have never been able to find frames in the size I need. Now with the ZenniXDavid Ortize frames I can find the size I need at prices that are affordable. I got three pairs of glasses in clear, tinted, and anti-eye fatigue all for the price of one pair of glasses at my local opticians'.

  • After spending a small fortune on glasses over the years, I was recommend Zenni by a coworker and am so happy I tried it! Although I was hesitant ordering online, the process of uploading your prescription was very simple and I am so impressed with the quality of glasses I received for a great price. I have had my glasses for over a year with no issues. I can’t wait to order again!

  • incredibly simple to order - although i was underwhelmed by the fit of my pair. furthermore, somehow, my zenni prescriptions seem off compared to some of my other glasses.

    better fit guidances?

  • Zenni offers stylish, customizable, affordable eyewear and accessories with great customer service. The rewards program offers the chance to earn cash discounts, free shipping, and more. You can create the look you want that meet your optometrist's specifications with affordable addons like $3 matching clip-on sunglasses and night driving glasses. I have been absolutely thrilled with all my choices.

  • I ordered a pair of prescription progressive lenses with a really great frame from Zenni. The lenses are a disaster - to look thru the far vision portion I have to tuck my chin into my chest, the closer vision portion provides a very narrow portion of the lens with zero prescription on either side, the reading portion I have to tilt my head backwards. I used the customer service chat feature and it was heavily implied I don’t understand how progressive lenses work. I have been wearing them for over 20 years, so actually I do have a pretty good idea of how they work. I have even had progressives from Zenni with no issues. The best they can offer is a store credit, which does me no good if they can’t get the lenses correct. Zenni’s position is that this is the way they have always done progressives so the problem just simply can’t be theirs. I will never order from Zenni again and I’m out $150.
