Nice, easy to use formulation and I like the blue color, but I can’t tell if it’s any different than other magnesium citrate powders. Dissolves easily - I dissolve in hot water to ensure better absorption. A little pricy for what it is.

The blue magnesium powder is the best i have tried! I much prefer this over the Moon Juice both in terms of taste but also how my stomach reacts to it. I get alot of muscle cramps in my legs and this really helps. I deducted 1 star as the lid is very flimsy and easily breaks.

I recently discovered Wooden Spoon Herbs at a local clean beauty shop in Nashville, Lemon Laine. I purchased the Rose Colored Glasses - eases the mind and lifts the mood and the Tranquility Tonic - soothes nerves and calms stress. They’re easy to consume from the dropper and I have used throughout my day based on my stress level. I enjoyed so much, I went back and purchased the Magic Magnesium which tastes great (I enjoy over ice) and works well to calm the nerves. I purchased the packets which are great for travel and have now purchased the jar for in the home. I am excited to try the Brain Bloom and Stress Savior capsules. It speaks for itself that I am a repeat customer and am buying more from the brand. I would also purchase as gifts for those in a stressful work environment or in general juggling a lot as we all tend to do in life.

Wooden spoon herbs is a terrific brand. I discovered them through thingtesting years ago and have used it ever since. The magnesium powder is great and I actually do notice a difference using it. The flavor is pretty subtle so I often mix with another drink or add it to smoothies. Be careful not to drink too fast or you may experience the negative side effects of magnesium!

I originally bought Wooden Magic Spoons Magic Magnesium for myself to help with sleep, and I found it pretty helpful. The real surprise came when my mom was visiting and had sudden, intense leg pains.. I gave her some of this magnesium, and her pain went away almost immediately. I ended up buying it again as a gift for her because it actually worked for both of us, and I’m excited to give it to her!

As someone who struggles with chronic period pain, wooden spoon herbs cramp control tincture has really helped. It does not fix everything but it makes my mood and pain a bit more manageable. Plus I really appreciate the brands values.

The Lemon Ginger Immune Toddy is my absolute favorite. I used to take all sorts of vitamin C powders and hydration packets to try to deal with living in a germ-y city and juggling stress and not getting enough nutrients, blah blah blah. (You know what I mean.) These are beautifully packaged and most importantly, they do not taste disgusting! They actually taste good! I love them! I will be buying more as soon as they come back in stock.

I take this brand’s Brain Bloom, a blend of nootropics and adaptogens to support brain health and cognitive function. I love the ethos of this herbalist brand and they seem to only use high quality ingredients. Would recommend and repurchase.

I tried the Magic Magnesium and absolutely love it! I noticed some people not liking the strength in taste, but I personally like it. I'm somewhat of a health nut, so I am used to drinking/eating things that are potent. But it was refreshing to try something new that was on the weaker side. I don't like the taste of spirulina and would have had no idea this product contained blue spirulina. I have been using this product consistently for about two weeks and can't say I've noticed any changes to my energy/anxiety level (that's why I didn't give five stars). But I do find myself craving a glass of this blue magical liquid because I do feel hydrated after I drink it.

I didn’t think I’d notice a difference adding this to my nightly routine, but I do. I even took it in the morning when I had my first day of my period which is always the WORST and it made my cramps go away almost immediately. Also who would love the pretty blue color it makes the water and the sweet lemon flavor.

This dissolves really easily, it tastes good, and is a lovely color. I really like most of the ingredients. Packaging is really appealing. I can't actually tell yet what the effects have been for me but hope to update the review after more time using it.

This review is for their Magic Magnesium. I'll start by said it came packaged really well. They claim is tastes like blue lemonade, but the flavor is pretty subtle. It's not bad, and is definitely doable. I would use the recommended 8-12 oz of water. It is a very fine powder, and so it does mix really well. There is also plenty of powder in the jar, so it will last a long time on just one teaspoon a day. WARNING: This stuff will "clean you out." I recommend starting out using it in the morning when you don't have anywhere to go for the day. You'll want quick access to the bathroom if your body isn't used to taking something like this. Luckily you only have to take it once a day to get the full benefits, and it doesn't have a bad taste.

the magic magnesium is my favorite nighttime ritual.... melatonin gives me the weirdest dreams, this just relaxes me and helps fade into sleep. the blue lemon flavor is really nice too. as someone who can't do caffeine, i appreciate the herbal coffee. it's definitely not coffee, it's missing some of that bitterness and nuttiness, but to me it scratches the itch of having a warm earthy comforting beverage and mixes really well with coffee creamer. anxiety ally (i believe it's called something different now) is an absolute staple for me. i had an herbalist friend recommend skullcap and this product is what got me hooked on WSH. you don't feel the effect immediately, but it's like your body slowly releases the pent up stress and you're able to flow a little easier. it's really comforting for busy days or times of overwhelm. i haven't had a chance to check out light ray yet but would buy anything from this brand and trust in its efficacy.

Purchased the Starter Kit and I've really enjoyed everything I've tried (fire cider, mushroom tincture, magnesium, herbal coffee). The packaging is completely adorable, the shipping was quick, and the aesthetic of the website is immaculate.

I've wanted to try products from Wooden Spoon for the longest time so was excited when the Magic Magnesium dropped. My favorite kombucha flavor is the sacred life flavor from GTs and this reminds me so much of it! (there's just something special about blue drinks, no?) For me the most noticeable effect of this was how hydrating it is - which makes a dramatic improvement in how I feel especially during summer in New York I think its well worth it and the price is very good compared to other similar supplements on the market. I also trust their sourcing and composition way more than other brands

Magic Magnesium has quickly become a staple in my wellness routine! The taste is very subtle and not too sweet at all (which I was scared of!). I feel calmer and have an easier time falling asleep/staying asleep. It also helps me stay hydrated! Shoutout to Wooden Spoon Herbs for making their products more affordable!

fast shipping & other than the sticker holding the lid & jar together being a little wonky, packaging was good. they email with different recipes you can make with the powder other than just mixing w water (mocktail) & provide a lot of info on the product. i’ve tried a lot of powder drink in my day & this was by far the best taste wise! i have been taking it early evening (i take capsule magnesium closer to bed) but can’t say i notice any difference good or bad. think probably need more time figure out best time, dose etc. i do think a little spoon just the size supposed to be used would be a nice addition.

I love this product and haven’t been disappointed by any purchases. I’ve bought for one of my friends as well. My life is so different since I started incorporating magic magnesium by wooden spoons into my daily ritual.

Bought from a local spa in town for $35 so far nothing negative to note. A bit pricey for the size. Would recommend
