I’ve had two pairs of Warby Parker glasses. Here’s the good: they are cheaper than getting anything at the optometrist. Also good: they have many stylish frames to choose from. I like the try on program at home and the in person stores. The negative: the frames feel a bit cheaper than others. You get what you pay for. Style but lacking the quality of some other brands. I would order from them again and liked my old frames. But when vision insurance gave me more, I chose designer instead and they feel more quality.

I didn't end up purchasing from Warby Parker, but loved the discovery process. The shapes they offer are beautiful, but I wish they had a few higher quality items, especially for wire frames.

Great quality and so convenient to never have to leave my house to try on new glasses.

So easy to access and great customer service, such a wide variety of frames. So grateful for them!

My entire family gets their glasses from WB

These glasses have been useful to me for nearly 10 years. My only complaint is that the frames (if you get the clear ones) can sometimes yellow. I also would love it if it was easier to get eyes checked on-site (more available optometrists). But overall super happy with quality and longevity of the product. Oh! My other feedback is they really need more lenses for wider faces. The selection for wide is super lacking.

Going on my third pair of Warby’s now. Definitely good value and have always been happy with the pairs I’ve ordered through the app. Great service also when I have stopped by the Toronto store for an adjustment. Nice to also have a more curated selection of frames to choose from, honestly.

I have a pair of glasses from Warby parker and they are SO CUTE. I don’t look good in glasses but these are great. Awesome customer service and the employees are always so nice. Also just a fun overall vibe

They have the cutest styles and their customer service is unmatched! After having a pair break on me after a year of daily wear I reached out to their CS team and they kindly offered to replaced the pair free of charge.

I want to like warby parker. I like the styles and colors and the idea of buying glasses at home is great. We got some for my daughter when she was younger and my children still use warby parker. My issue is that I have a small face and they don't make adult glasses in a size that fits me. Kids glasses fit my face best, but the styles often look silly on a grownup and the sides aren't long enough. I would love to see smaller frames for sale. I know I'm not alone in this, I have friends who would also like smaller glasses frames. I find a style I like but then look like a bug when they're so oversized on me!

I've bought 2 pairs of Warby Parker glasses in roughly 10 years. That is to say they're a timeless style and are great quality! I also hear their new contacts are really innovative although I have not tried.

Have been buying glasses from Warby for about 10 years now. I feel like the price for the quality is unmatched. They're always coming out with beautiful new styles and I actually bought another pair 2 months ago.

For ease of use, this gets stars but the glasses do feel "value" and the frames aren't as cute as I want.

I've ordered prescription eyewear twice from Warby Parker and had positive experiences both times. The try-on frames arrived pretty quickly both times, ordering and renewing my prescription via phone exam was quick and easy, and the staff at the store were happy to adjust my frames after they were shipped. The glasses are great quality - I've been wearing one of my frames daily for 2.5 years straight and they are still holding up well. I won't buy glasses anywhere else!

Great glasses at great prices. I like the variety of frames and very much enjoy not having to shop for them in person.
