  • Stylish, contemporary frame designs
  • Seamless home try-on experience
  • Helpful, knowledgeable staff
  • Durable, long-wearing options
  • Easily smudging, scratch-prone lenses
  • Loosening screws and hinges
  • Inconsistent fit for low bridges

Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. Reviews also flag recurring weaknesses: lenses that smudge and scratch easily, frames that loosen or feel flimsy, limited fit/size variety (especially narrow, wide, and low-bridge), and occasional prescription or complex-Rx fulfillment issues—plus some durability concerns and mixed feedback on Scout contacts.

  • I've been wearing Warby Parker glasses since I was in high school, about a decade ago, and have been really impressed by the quality, ease of purchase, and affordability of the brand. Lately I have been less interested in their glasses because of their ubiquity--I like to wear really out there frames and don't love running into other people in the same glasses. That said, the brand is such a staple in my life and their products and customer service so good that I often wear their frames even despite my yearning to be ~different~. Lately I have been wearing their sunglasses, which have held up really well for several years (and probably need a new prescription at this point!) and are cute enough that I don't mind bonding with people wearing the same ones!

  • Such a fun way to try on glasses! Convenient and comfortable experience to try on at home! I do wish there were more “trendy” and unique styles.

  • Great glasses at more affordable prices that are more in line with the fashion trends of the glasses world. Good customer service and it's easy to ask for home try-ons before having to commit to any glasses. Love that you can get your pupillary distance measured in store and have always loved Warby Parker. I do wish they could be a bit cheaper so they could compete better with some of the other direct to consumer glasses brands. Unfortunately not a ton of options for low-nose bridges and bigger heads.

  • Great value and selection! I found the online options to be overwhelming, but went to one of the stores and was able to try on nearly every pair. The staff was helpful as I narrowed it down to one. Cute styles, unbeatable prices, good quality. Can’t miss!

  • Love that they have low nose-bridge options - wish they'd have more frame styles in that option! High quality for a reasonable price.

  • As someone with The Worst Vision on the Planet, being able to buy fashionable, light(ish) weight glasses is never easy. Until...Warby Parker completely changed the game on wearing glasses, normally something you DON'T want to do, now it's got all the 20/20 vision normies out there wearing fake glasses! I love their models, the variety, and the customer service is great. I tried a trial of their contact lenses, and they were decent, nothing to shake a stick at.

  • Affordable and good quality glasses. They have good designs that are classic and can fit many styles. Also super easy for prescription glasses to pick your frames and get the lens done by them, all in one service and it's pretty quick.

  • Love Warby Parker glasses! I’ve gotten sunglasses and readers from them. Cute styles, easy to try multiple pairs via mail, and great customer service.

  • I've purchased glasses from Warby Parker for a few years now. Super easy to order ! And I love the try on at home option before you buy.

  • The experience of buying from Warby Parker is great, but honestly I found the quality of the frames a bit disappointing. They stop stay in shape after some time. One pair that I have actually became unwearable.

  • a beautifle sore with great service. plenty of options in sizr, shape, and price

  • A longtime fan of all things Warby! The mission, branding, concept, customer service, store layout and books, and frames too.

  • Even after owning two pairs of Warby Parker glasses for a while, I still get compliments. My go-to for maintaining their clarity? The original microfiber cloth that describes the company in 100 words—a timeless touch in brand marketing, just like the glasses themselves.

  • Best looking glasses I found, and way cheaper than competitors.

  • The best glasses. I have had two pairs for over 3 years and get compliments every time I wear them. Lightweight, durable, comfortable. Always a good customer service experience in-store as well.

  • They are great and cheap but also not a very long life and lenses will get scratched.

  • I bought glasses from Warby Parker using their app. The app shows what certain glasses would look like on your face using your phone camera. The glasses are cute and high quality, they just don’t fit my face the way they probably would if I went to an eye doctor. I still wear them everyday though! They’re the only blue light filtering glasses I’ve found that don’t make my screen look yellow too.

  • I got some sunglasses and have had them less than a year and they are already misshapen. I wear glasses on a regular basis so I am no stranger to taking care of my sunglasses. My prescription ones from an eye place just feel sturdier. The designs and variety of colors are nice but probably would not purchase again unless for a trendy pair.
