I have three pairs of Warby Parker even though I'm an employee of the largest eyewear company in the world. That should say it all! I like the experience in the store, the eye doctors and the easy to understand pricing. It makes me feel like I can have different glasses for different days vs only having one pair that costs over $500. The quality is on par with major brands, which I can say as someone that has done resiliency testing on major brands and warby. They aren't as durable as something like an Oakley, but if you are using them for your average day-to-day use, they are great. I plan on trying the prescription sunglasses this summer.

I like the flexibility of try on and variety of products they offer. I primarily have purchased their wayfarer style sunglasses. I've shopped both online and in store and had great experiences.

I had a great experience with warby parker. I took my glasses prescription to the store, picked out a pair and they were shipped right to my home.

Love Warby and shopping in store experience. Great designer looking frames for a fraction of the cost. Lost one paid to my dog eating them.

Love Warby Parker! The ease of ordering lenses to try on at home, and the simplicity of the stores makes shopping for new glasses less stressful. They always have trendy, yet classic frames that will stand the test of time. I have had mine for 6+ years now!

Funny story. I needed glasses and now that Warby-Parker’s are all over the place, I popped into one and got myself a pair. Felt pretty good about myself, because I managed to buy anything since I get overwhelmed by too-much choice. Turns out, my oldest son comes for a visit and he’s wearing the exact same style as me - and they look great on him too. Guess he was attracted to these for the same reasons - they are nice quality and the prices are hard to beat. Also- plenty of stores in his neighborhood as well. The up-shot is although they looked great on both of us, think it freaked out my son that we were wearing the same style so he wound up exchanging his. At least they have a great return/exchange policy for his sake. Overall, respectful and helpful service, decent selection without being too overwhelming and affordable, good quality glasses.

I found their frames are limiting for wide, round faces. Customer was helpful, but just did not hit the mark in quality. There are plenty of other, lower-priced for the same quality, options out there.

I have only bought sunglasses from Warby Parker, but I have absolutely loved both pairs I have bought! My first pair is several years old and still in great shape, and I haven't even been super careful with them. I only bought another pair because I loved a new style they had out. I have ordered online and in the store, both were wonderful experiences.

Game changer. Before this I used to order my glasses exclusively from fancy stores or my optometrist. I lost my fancy care glasses and needs replaced them quickly. I was able to find a great pair of Warby Parker, that I use to this day, using their online try on app.

The only glasses compony I will use now. Their prices are reasonable and they have stylish products.

Warby Parker has the best glasses. They have so many cute styles at great prices. They also have some of the best customer service.

I came across Warby Parker years ago when my brother was living in NYC.

Easy eye exam process, nice if not cheap frames. They’re designed to have multiple pairs and be replaceable. I really like my current pair, but I went to the store and asked them to buff the lenses and they said they’re not meant to be buffed. I asked for a new set of lenses for the current frames I have, and they “don’t make this frame anymore”. They showed me an almost identical pair that I could buy new instead.. My frames are a year old. So they basically made a micro-adjustment to an old model to make replacements difficult, to turn more profit by getting people to replace the whole frame instead of just the problem lens. Sustainability who?

I love the affordability of Warby Parker. There is no physical store where I live but the at home try on kit lets me try on 5 pairs and I have had no problem finding a frame I like. I have regular glasses and sunglasses and they both are great. They fit comfortably and the optics are perfect.

I love my sunglasses. They are quality, durable, and stylish without completely breaking the bank. Tons of options on sizing, color, prescription or no prescription, etc. I plan to purchase a new pair every year or so to grow my collection of different quality sunglass styles that will last for years!

I've only worn Warby Parker glasses for years now and just got my first pair of prescription sunglasses. LIFE CHANGING! Their at home try on is fun, but I also live conveniently near one of their retail locations. Having my prescriptions on file makes ordering super easy and the process for getting insurance reimbursement is fairly simple.

Warby has, of course, changed the glasses game. They are my go to and I now find myself cringing every time I consider buying glasses over $100 because I know I can probably get something just as cute and high quality from Warby. I have purchased many glasses from them over the years. I love that they have a warranty and are so friendly whenever I go in for a re-fitting or lens cleaning.

I loved their daily contacts until I went to the eye doctor, and they said my eyes had inflammation. They told me these flat packs are an old patent that Warby Parker picked up and the reason they aren't used today is they aren't very good for your eyes (the lens is pretty thick I guess)

I have had two pairs of Warby Parker glasses over the last decade and I highly recommend them. The glasses and lenses are of high quality and they are reasonably priced. The selection they have is extensive, on trend and chic. I will continue to use Warby Parker for my eyewear in the future.
