they have a good variety of designs, not just aesthetically but in terms of width, nose bridge height, etc. i think there's at least one style for everybody, but the quality is lacking.

The frames are my style which is great, but it's also helpful they take insurance! I got a new pair of frames for my copay. I've gone in multiple times to get adjustments as needed, and once when I even had a scratched lens I got a whole new pair of glasses for free. Great customer service!

It was hard to get my prescription from them and idk why I even went.

I wish they made glasses for small heads/faces. All of those glasses are way too big.

So insanely worth it. Warby Parker offers affordable eye care with high quality. My glasses have lasted years and I always get compliments on them.

The various shapes and colors available at Warby are so fashionable and keep me feeling stylish-- my current fav is Simon in Gold. I'm pretty pleased but I would definitely say a couple months in you get scratches on the lens and the finish wears off easily~ plus, even when you keep the glasses tidy and clean them every morning, it's hard to prevent a green dirt from settling into the corners and within the temple tips.

It's been hit or miss for me. Got my first pair during the early days of WP and they were great. My second pair, however, had a couple issues. First, there was a hairline crack in the lens. Fine, got that repaired. Then they weren't cut correctly, so the center of the lens (there's a word for it but idk) wasn't matching with the center of my eye. Kinda turned me off.

This place I got to go to in person and they had amazing customer service and found me the perfect glasses and fit. So quick and easy and so many options to choose from.

I’ve had two pairs of Warby Parker glasses and they’ve both held up pretty well! I love how easy it is to take in your prescription and purchase a pair. It is so nice being able to try on as many pairs as you want at your leisure, and the price is great for glasses in my opinion. I would definitely get more glasses from here in the future!

Couldn't find size of frames I enjoy. Lots of options, not really styled well.

I love Warby Parker glasses. The showroom is so chic and gives you a boutique experience that you don't get in an optometrist's office. They have an incredible selection of frames that come in different widths to accommodate everyone's face shape. My favorite part is that they have several glasses with plastic frames and nose pads - a must if you have a strong prescription like myself. The salespeople are incredibly knowledgeable and have always made great suggestions. The opticians are always quick to fix any repairs with my glasses and are great at fitting them to my face. Thanks for making eyeglasses stylish and fun again!

Not only did I walk in with no appointment and get a thorough eye exam for $85, but I got to choose my glasses, try as many as I wanted on with no issues and customize my lenses and shipped to me in less than a week! I have astigmatism in both eyes and I’m just really happy with the quality and customer service of Warby Parker!
