Great frames to choose from the only problem is I often have trouble picking just one. Try before you buy eliminates the anxiety of ordering “blind” and the turn around is really quick. I love the fact that I don’t have to walk into an uncomfortable sales-situation with bad lighting pushy sales people trying to get you to spend $800 on a pair of frames. WP has great variety, great prices and the process is nearly effortless.

Bought my first two pair of glasses, they had an incredible deal too hard to pass up (buy 1 get the second half off). From the choices and styles available on the website (offers virtual try on) to going into the store to make my final decision, everything was seamless. I spent maybe a total of 30 min there including trying on so many pairs to ordering them. I even returned a pair to replace with a different style, zero hassles.

Amazing selection of frames in store and online. I love that they will send you five frames at a time to try at no cost. Very affordable compared to most other brands, with just as high of quality.

You pick out five frames and get to see what they might look like on your face through computer simulation. Quick shipping. Excellent customer service. They send you five frames to try at once -- which is AWESOME! The only thing that was a bit frustrating was their small selection of options. Which if I'm being honest, sometimes too many choices is just as frustrating. I do recommend working with Warby Parker.

i’m a loyal warby parker customer now! i’ve had such a great experience with selecting new glasses. i love the at home try on program so much especially since it’s so hard to shop for glasses online. they make it so easy and dare i say fun shopping for new reading glasses. all of their options are such good quality and straightforward.

I had no idea that Warby Parker sold contacts but when I needed to get another supply, I was looking for an online retailer I could trust, that would have fair prices, and wouldn't take forever to get my contacts to me. The prices were much more reasonable compared to buying my contacts from my eye doctor. I would absolutely purchase my contacts through WP again.

I want to love their glasses. The price point is right but they don’t go far enough with the designs (colors, glasses could be chunkier for my $) and they never seem to fit my face. I finally bought one pair but i their my least fav and rarely make it into the rotation. Their glasses cases are not great — they aren’t terrible durable and it’s hard to jam the glasses in.

I bought sunglasses from Warby Parker about 7 years ago, and have had to go back to the store to get them re-adjusted every time I'm in a city with a store! It's been frustrating, but I think because they're so easy to mold and adjust to your face, they seem to change shape on their own too. Some of the times may have been accelerated by leaving them in my car on a warm day, but after a few times where they became lopsided, I stopped doing that and they still seemed to deform in that way while sitting in the case. Not sure if this is a one-off experience or not, but they're never surprised when I come in for an adjustment, so it may be common. In that case, best to only buy if you have a store local to you!

I’ve been wearing glasses from Warby for year and have loved them. They are always high quality with multiple options that you don’t always get a petite woman. I love their try at home options and have always had great customer service in store. Right now I’m really digging the Felix style!

Love their shapes, sizes, and styles. I have always had such positive experiences with all Warby Parker glasses and have never worn them without getting tons of compliments. They’re very accommodating to returns, repairs, and their try on system is so great. Also love their in store experience.

This review is for the frames only. I'd give Warby a 2.5 if possible, but I'm going to round down. There's not a lot of options for people without nose bridges. The frames are also very narrow so in a store of hundreds of options, when I went in, I was left with a very small selection. That was disappointing, because I'd heard so many great things about Warby Parker. I don't know if their selection has been updated in the past year, but when I went in for frames, it didn't seem like a good choice for Asian faces. The frames that I did wind up picking also felt surprisingly flimsy. The first night I fell asleep with the glasses on, the nose pads bent out of shape and the frames sat crooked. I was surprised because of how expensive they were and because I hadn't done anything crazy, just fell asleep on my side! I was hoping to be wowed and to come away with a great pair of new glasses, but the product itself was just underwhelming. I won't be buying from them again in the foreseeable future. Alternately, the customer service there was great. All the reps that I spoke to were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was just a shame that I don't love the glasses!

I had a good experience with Warby Parker - you're able to test out frames and ship them back very easily. They're also pretty affordable and have a HUGE collection to choose from. My prescription sunglasses are from Warby Parker and they've lasted 6 years!
