I’ve had this brush for 3 months. Charged it before we left on a 16 day vacation. Been back a couple weeks, used it 2-3 times a day and still haven’t charged it again. I am guessing their claim of 40 plus days on a. Charge is correct. My teeth feel very clean. The weight and size of the toothbrush is nice. The colors offered are nice. Shipping was fast and they communicated well. I did not need to contact customer service, so I can’t speak to that. I ordered replacement heads and they came in a few days - with a return envelope for used heads. I purchased the travel case. My only complaint about the whole thing is the UV light on the travel case can’t be used unless it’s plugged in. I still like it so much I’ll keep the 5 stars.

Love my SURI. Make sure you dry after each use or it can damage charger.

I really love this. I had been searching for a sustainable electric toothbrush and am so glad to have found one. It also is no where near as loud as the Phillips Sonicare which is nice! They include a prepaid shipping label to send back brush heads. They really couldn't have made it easier or more sleek!

While I really loved my Phillips Sonicare the waste that came from the heads really bothered me. After my second toothbrush died in a matter of a few years I wanted something more sustainable without compromising on the clean and found SURI. I love that almost everything can be recycled and that the heads can even be composted. The UV cleaning case is also fantastic. No regrets.

Been on the market for soooo long agonizing over which electric toothbrush to buy (lol). Was going to go with Quip until I saw this one. It works so well, looks great in my bathroom, and is easy to travel with.

EDIT: Updated my review to 5 stars. I LOVE this toothbrush and even convinced my partner to get one too. This is by far the best one on the market in quality, size, charge time, battery, functionality, and sustainability. ORIGINAL: I've been following SURI for a few years and wanted to purchase their toothbrush back in 2020 but they hadn't launched in the US yet. Cut to 3 years with a BURST toothbrush and I felt like it was not only pretty large (especially when packing for weekend trips) but kind of wasteful since their replacement heads can't be recycled. I decided to follow back up with SURI and I'm so glad I did. SURI is made of all sustainable and plant-based(!) materials which is super unique, has a thinner (but still a good weight in the hand) toothbrush, a UV light-cleaning case for the brush, simple and thin (think: portable) chargers, and a magnetic mirror mount. Plus, the aesthetic is gorgeous; definitely hitting that minimalist vibe with a sustainable and earthy-feel. The brush itself has a few different vibration settings and the bristles are medium firm. The replacement heads are fully recyclable which is just the icing on the cake for me. I give it only 4/5 stars because I've only been using it a few weeks so far and can't tell the longevity of the product yet, but I do recommend it so far!

I do not enjoy brushing my teeth. Most nights I postpone it until the last possible second. However, brushing my teeth with the SURI toothbrush has been a much-needed improvement to my nighttime routine. The toothbrush is so elegant and looks fantastic on my sink. Coming from a battery-powered electric toothbrush, the SURI toothbrush is significantly more powerful and leaves my teeth feeling very clean. The fact that this is a sustainable toothbrush further adds to my appreciation for my new oral cleaning device. The design of SURI spans far beyond just the toothbrush. From the travel charging case to the magnetic wall mount, everything about the SURI toothbrush is sharp and easy to use. Lastly. I cannot end this review without mentioning the packaging. SURI has thought about the end-to-end experience from the second you receive the package to the instructions on how to start using the toothbrush. It is all around, a very enjoyable experience. Think Apple meets dental care...

Previous to Suri, I used the Gobi toothbrush. Their toothbrushes kept failing so I chose this one because it is recyclable. I charge it about once a month, so the battery life is good. Like most electric toothbrushes, it has a timer to help you brush for a full two minutes.

This is a GAME CHANGER in the dental care space. I've been an avid user of electric toothbrushes due to having invisalign and braces. My OralB decided in the middle of the night to go off and the battery company died. After a long search, I finally found a sustainable option that has recyclable heads, functional packaging for travel, and quality materials. The toothbrush heads last for as they should (1 month is recommended for any electric toothbrush head to last) and the UV case makes sure it's clean and safe for my next brushing. The reason I made my switch was for one very small, but impact part of sustainability this company takes on. They provide you a return label to send back their toothbrush heads to be recycled with every toothbrush head order. EVERY company should be responsible for the waste they produce and I'm proud to put my money towards a company that does just that.

One of my favourite products and brands I've bought from, I love having a sustainable toothbrush not made of plastic. The metal gives it a great feel and it's so aesthetic. I've used sonic toothbrushes for a long time and prefer them, but they can take getting used to. All the accessories are so well thought out and designed, I use the travel case all the time. My first toothbrush stopped charging after less than a year of use, customer service were incredibly helpful and replaced it quickly. I recommend Suri to everyone

I LOVE MY NEW TOOTHBRUSH! The best thing about this is that it is SO much easier to clean than Soniccare! toothpaste does not cake on it ever! I love that the company is environmentally friendly and the magnetic mirror holder makes sure I always put it back in its place.

Beautiful product, first of all, with a premium feel and sleek design. The two cleaning modes are powerful and leave your mouth feeling clean. It's delivered in wonderful packaging, and the whole product line is replaceable or recyclable, which is a great feeling. The included wall mount is a great touch, and frees up some counter space, and the carry case is a useful add-on, though it is strange and slightly annoying that the case needs to be plugged in (USB-C) to use the UV light. Battery life is also great. Well worth the asking price.

SURI is so slick and modern. Like no toothbrush I have ever used before! Not only does it feel nice to hold the battery life is the BEST yet. The product is ahead of its time definitely going to take over the market. I have converted family members and colleagues to use SURI and it has been a great success. The sage green is my favourite however the black and white are super classic. Over time maybe an ice pastel blue or pink would be good to add to the options. The packaging is so eco friendly and minimal. Charging devices is so easy to use and quick to charge. Totally worth the money 💸

Finally! I saw an ad for this SURI brush and decided to investigate further before committing to buy. In the ad, they mention that 'every toothbrush you ever owned still exists'. This in itself is a powerful statement and reason enough to buy a sustainable toothbrush with recyclable heads so I took the plunge and bought one on Amazon. Suffice it to say that I was not disappointed. It is actually beautifully made, elegant, and quite thin. I have had it now for over 6 months and took it on a 30-day work trip to southern Africa earlier this year. Amazingly I did not need to recharge it till I got back home! In terms of performance, it stands its ground with the most expensive electric toothbrushes I've owned and leaves my mouth fresh and clean after use. The case has a snazzy ultraviolet light that cleans the brush head after every use, a really nice touch! I highly recommend this brush for your teeth and our planet!

Finally a teeth brushing routine that I enjoy doing. The slimline sophisticated design makes handling the brush easier than ever for me and produces a clean gentle refreshing brush of the teeth that does an impeccable job. The UV light to clean adds a nice touch of reassurance for my hygiene and the mirror mount is an awesome convenient addition to my bathroom. Midnight blue is stunning and the price to purchase more heads is reasonable and sustainable for the pocket! I would gift this to my friends and family because I really believe everyone would benefit from moving to a SuRi brush this Christmas and ESPECIALLY the world. Did I mention amazing customer service too?

Doesn’t clean well compared to my Philips Sonicare. Tried it for weeks and the plaque build up was ridiculous. Tried to return with their 90 day policy but they will only reimburse you if you provide a provide a tracking number with your return. I’ve never had an issue with a return not showing up with a company so I’ve misplaced the receipt somewhere in my house. So keep your tracking number handy if you return or they say their “fulfillment team” can’t find it conveniently.

Why did I buy a Suri? Because I appreciate excellent industrial/product design.. Was it worth it? Yes. Everything about the product itself is appealing, from the weight of the unit, to the feel of the materials, to the color. It performs up to par, equivalent to my prior Sonicare - my teeth get very clean, and my dentist says so. It did come to me via air shipment from the UK, which seems a bit inefficient from a fuel-use perspective, but given that nearly everything an American buys is shipped from the other side of the planet, this can't really be a comparison point.

Please try this toothbrush. Best I have ever purchased and I truly mean this. It does exactly what SURI says in the description. The additional factor is the sustainability which these days can not be ignored !
