Ritual earns largely positive reviews for well-sourced, traceable multivitamins, easy-on-the-stomach capsules, and a mint or citrus essence that makes daily use pleasant; many users report steadier energy, less bloating with Synbiotic+, and prenatal tolerance. However, reviews also flag strong mint/fishy aftertaste, mixed efficacy (some feel no difference), occasional bloating or reactions, and sustainability gripes over recurring plastic bottles and hard-to-modify subscriptions.

Ritual is a great daily vitamin, my fiancee and I take it daily for about 2 years now. I really appreciate the minty flavor because daily vitamins can taste so gross. The only thing that can be improved is the packaging. I appreciate the eco friendly packaging but its SO messy. If you rip it just slightly off the dotted line this paper dust goes everywhere.

I love this brand! One of the only daily vitamins I can take on an empty stomach without feeling nauseous. Simple, real ingredients. Easy to swallow without a nasty aftertaste. The subscription is super easy to manage/delay/cancel and very sustainable packaging. 10/10 brand and product!

It’s perfect.

Used ritual all throughout my pregnancy and nursing journey. Love the simplicity of the subscription and the fact that I can see the inside of the capsules. I'm not the most consistent at taking my vitamins, but this has helped. Love the subtle flavor on the Prenatal and Choline. Not a huge fan of the mintiness of the probiotic. It helps to mask what I'm sure is an unpleasant flavor, but I find it leaves a tingling/burning sensation in the back of my throat every time I take it that feels almost like acid reflux :/ Keep it by morning coffee.

Can’t live without these!

I really love their women’s multivitamin. It didn’t leave a gross taste in my mouth and the mint flavor was refreshing. It’s definitely the best I have tried. I wish I could have taken their prenatal but I live in Europe. All my friends took it and loved it. I’m excited to try their other products like the protein shake too once I’m back in a target!
I honestly only buy these because of the sleek packaging and cool capsules, but after about 5 months of taking them my daily life is definitely improved! They are all sourced ethically and traceable and I am a huge fan!

I think this brand should definitely explore specialty supplements… like Energy and Sleep. I’d buy it in a heartbeat!
Bought the OG "Instagram Vitamins" subscription because I was impressed by how well researched & sourced all the ingredients were. The mint tab they include makes the pills very palatable and easy to take everyday. I also loved the monthly updates they gave you - "You've been taking Ritual for 2 months now so you're now experiencing x health benefit"

Just like all supplements, difficult to actually say if there was a noticeable impact on my health. Wish that the monthly refills didn't come in yet another plastic bottle. Price point is high so ended up cancelling after a few months.
I want to be a vitamin person and I tried the mens version for 2 months. Unfortunately I just didn't feel any impact to make it worth the cost. I will say that if you take it on an empty stomach, it won't hurt make you feel sick like some vitamins.

Energy boost would be nice.
I love that the womens multi vitamin is completely vegan and that the company gives full transparency for where they source the ingredients in the product and they also explain what each vitamin they include is for and why it’s important. I also really liked that the mint flavoring capsules masks the taste of the vitamins while you are taking them. Unfortunately I get all vitamin flavor in the inevitable after burps.

More flavor options, and a lower monthly price point would make it more justifiable to take them as a everyday all year ritual.
After using it for about 2 years, I can't say with confidence that it's "totally changed my life" or anything. But it did get me into the good habit of taking a multivitamin daily. I've tried that many, many times in the past but hated the taste, the texture, the way they often made my stomach feel. This one is great! Can take it at any time of the day, don't have to take it with food, and doesn't taste horrible.

Obviously, the price is somewhat obnoxious. I get that they're pretty, but is it really that necessary? Thankfully, they offer a lot of discounts, some referral rewards, but it's not something I would pay full price for for a month.
I tried ritual for three years off and on. The first year I felt great but over time I started getting lazy and didn’t take them. I think they are fine.
I've long been a fan of the Symbiotic, one of the first supplements on the market combining a prebiotic, probiotic, and post-biotic into one. My digestion feels the improvement when I'm taking it versus when I'm not. Since then, I've added the Multivitamin and Hydracera (an early consumable Hyaluronic Acid supplement) into my daily routine. Ritual remains a brand I trust, from its ingredient sourcing to third-party testing. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a trusted supplement.
I was taking the multivitamin before (keep meaning to order more) I like that it has something minty in it so you don’t have weird burps or get indigestion from the supplements.
I really enjoy the scented pills, but I think the best part about Ritual is that they're the only multivitamin for women I've found that also has magnesium and iron, as well as vitamin D. I'm anemic so the iron helps, and magnesium isn't typically included in other multivitamins.

1. Please offer international shipping 2. Vitamin B complex could be more complete 3. Some iron compounds increase appetite, so some clarity on this or an improved version which does not increase appetite would be great. 4. Make it easier to unsubscribe -- one-click without having to email customer service
I tried ritual for a while - I think it’s important to know where your vitamins are sourced and what ingredients are used to create the product - the packaging was cool and the capsules themselves are very interesting! However I really couldn’t get over the taste. Minty + Fishy don’t go well together. I know ultimately it’s gonna be swallowed and go inside my body, but the experience to get to swallowing was slightly dreadful.

I would love to experience ritual again if only the taste experience was improved!
Use the daily multivitamin + daily shakes. Really enjoy the shakes on my end and recommend mixing the protein powder with a bit of oat milk (comes out delicious and can be a snack or meal replacement).

Wish there could be a better way to manage my subscription as my mom and I both often times have too many vitamins and have to keep updating our orders on the site.
Ritual vitamins are clean, simple, and easy on the stomach. I appreciate the transparency in sourcing and the delayed-release capsule. The minty aftertaste is a welcome surprise, and they’ve become a part of my daily ritual.
I’ve used these for prenatal and postnatal vitamins. Packaging is cute and delivery is very convenient.
I like their daily multivitamins, but the protein powder gave me a weird reaction where I started getting eczema on my face. I get this reaction from whey protein, which theirs is not. It made me a bit concerned and the rash went away when I quit using the powder.
I have been buying the Essential Protein for over a year now and it is my go-to protein powder. It's a very mild flavor, making it the perfect base for adding fruit or other flavoring. But it's also great on its own, and isn't overpowering. My biggest gripe with protein powders is the fake sweet taste from stevia and grittiness and I love this powder because it has neither! If you're looking for a plant-based protein powder, I'd recommend this one. I'd say the only complaint I have is the auto shipping. If you want an extended pause you have to write into customer support, to have them do it for you which is an annoying extra step.
