Just tried this for the first time (Peach Ginger flavor) a great option if you like sparkling water but want something just a tad sweeter with some extra adaptogens in them. Wouldn't probably go out of my way to keep this stocked but wouldn't turn it away if it was offered to me. Also a company that does a great job and brand merch (check out realitywear on their site)

I wanted to like this, but I can’t see what the hype is all about. Didn’t have much flavor and had no effect on me at all. Will not purchase again for these reasons.

Really like the concept of Recess' mood-altering products. I have tried the original Recess drink and mood powder. My favorite drink flavors were blackberry chai and peach ginger. Recently I tried the mood powder as well. The taste was great, it blended really well but I didn't really feel the effects. Will have to come back to this review after a couple more tries! I'd give the drinks a 4/5 and the powder a 3/5

I tried the strawberry rose flavor of recess. I didn't notice any of the mood boosting benefits it said it had. It tasted fine, but if the main purpose is to boost my mood, I would go with something else.

I love recess! I have only tried the lemon citrus powder and I'm obsessed. I am the type of person who takes forever to fall asleep. Nothing really helped me until I had a friend recommend recess. I figured I would give it a try and I love it. I can't wait to try other flavors. Absolutely recommend it!!

Love the cute packaging, but beyond that, I don’t see or feel much with these. I feel zero of the CBD effects and the taste isn’t anything special. For the price, I feel like I’m just paying for cute packaging

My doctor's office stocks Recess drinks and I always look forward to drinking them. Most of the flavors I like, but there are a few (usually cherry or some of the more black tea-forward ones) that I don't love. My favorites are from the Mood series, especially Strawberry Rose. I don't notice a huge difference in how I feel, so I wouldn't drink these if I specifically wanted something to make me feel more calm.

I really love their new craft mocktail line! Perfect for when you want a drink but aren’t looking to get buzzed. Calm, cool, canned perfection.

I've tried a few different Recess sparkling waters over the years and there's a few I love and a few that I'm not a fan of. I originally wasn't really a big fan, but once you find your flavor.... you found your flavor! Love the Blackberry Chai and the Blood Orange. I like how they are hemp infused options along with other adaptogens. Truly is a calming beverage. Only downside is that they are fairly expensive and can leave a weird aftertaste.

I'm not sure I'm in love with the flavor I chose but it was in fact calming and a great alternative to soda with a meal.

I really like the flavor Blood Orange and I felt like I slept better. They can be slightly expensive but still cheaper than alcohol so it will be my go-to party drink alternative. Also great when just relaxing on the couch! Love the packaging-that's what drew me in in the first place.

Great flavors & bubbliness level, and cute Instagram aesthetic. I'd give it 3.5 stars because the ombré is fun to look at! I didn’t feel any of the effects but would still pick it up again. The black Cherry is a nice flavor.

Pretty tasty but I wouldn't say they're a huge stand-out. I purely picked it up for a picnic because of the packaging, but the price point isn't worth buying it often. Great way to make your picnic more aesthetic though.

For a while this was literally my water consumption - I was so obsessed, but I think I overdid it (I tend to do that with things I love- classic), so I started trying out the other fun brands popping up. As ridiculous as this sounds, when I became obsessed with Cloud Water after, I went back to Recess because it's cheaper in West Village. Now I'm happy to say I have a nice rotating assortment of beverages in my fridge 🤣 Anyways- I've tried all flavors & my favorites are: blackberry chai, peach ginger, blood orange (in that order). I love that they come out with limited edition flavor "drops" too (bummed I didn't get the v-day strawberry rose- but I'll get to try it in the new "mood" product hopefully soon). Stoked about the product expansion. Ben Witte & team have been killing it with the partnership collabs, which keeps things extra fun & engaging. Eg: the most recent giveaway with Coming Soon, the PoolsideFM game, the dog treats... innovative! No idea if it works vs placebo effect but either way I am so here for this brand.

the flavors are slightly hit or miss. blackberry chai is my favorite. i genuinely feel the calming effects, i attribute it to the L-theanine. drinking one of these after work is so much better than a glass of wine. i'd give anything to find these in stores near me! ordering soda online just feels over the top.

Have been trying a bunch of fiber sodas/alternative sugar sparkling beverages as of late and eventually decided to purchase Recess. I got the Peach Ginger flavor. The price was a little hard to accept vs the others on the shelves - it was 3.99. But the look and feel of the can is exceptional so I was hoping my experience with it would be too. I really like how it tasted, not too strong, not too sweet. I can't entirely blame Recess for this but I do have a headache currently and am pretty stressed about things going on in my life so cant say my mind was calmed but it was good. Probably won't be a repeat customer due to the price.

loved every single one I tried! love that they are an alternative to drinking! they are subtle but really do help boost your mood, before you know it by the end of the drink you notice a signitifact change!

I love these, very tasty and really help me feel calm. I like to mix them with my champagne too lol the blackberry chai is probably my favorite, such an interesting flavor

I tried my first recess one evening after dinner and that night I had the best sleep of my life. I have a toddler and I struggled with insomnia at night and this drink has changed my sleeping habits. I am obsessed!

We love these in my house! Favorite flavor is the hibiscus it’s so tasty! Super effective, does exactly what it’s supposed to. Feeling calm and airy after I drink one of these!
