I do like that the products are customizable to your needs. I used Prose for 2 consecutive years but canceled this year after cutting costs. I just didn’t see that much difference in my hair for the amount I was paying for the product. I also wished they had better fragrances or would send out sample “swatches” of the fragrances. The customer support was amazing and that is why I give them 3 stars. I just don’t think it’s worth the price.

I love the made to order aspect of this brand, but didn't really notice many results.

I liked it enough. Not enough to spend the kind of money they want. I have hair down to my butt and the bottles of shampoo and conditioner are so expensive and so small. The dry shampoo was great but the rest is fine. I wish I liked it better.

I like the products and the eas of delivery. I just don't wash my hair enough for these products

I love everything from Prose. It is inexpensive and has made my hair so soft and beautiful .

Loved my experience with Prose - I used and tweaked customized formulas for over three years and have put friends and family onto their products. Their customer service is also lovely and responsive!

Wanted to love it but didn’t :( Probably fine for those with straight/not textured hair, but definitely not well suited for curls. I tried tweaking the formula but the customization is somewhat limited. Customer service was also dreadful when it came to troubleshooting.

Prose has completely reformed my dry, frizzy hair! Organic, smells amazing, and my hair has never looked better, even my stylist was impressed. Threw out all my other hair products.

I love a customized anything. Once I tried this product I couldn’t go back to a label without my name and customized ingredients especially for my precious hair. This is a 10/10 if you haven’t found the right haircare this is the one

I purchased a set to begin with and enjoyed most of the products, but didn't think they were that great compared to other brands I've purchased. The branding is gorgeous, but I found that some products I never used at all that I got (i.e. the pre-shampoo). I also had a difficult time with CS there. However, I do like their dry shampoo a lot.

Great shampoo! I use this about once a week to deep clean my hair and get out the built-up dry shampoo and hairspray. The product cleans well and also has the most pleasant smell.

Complimentary from Prose. I'm really satisfied with this product. I got a shampoo, conditioner, and curl cream. my hair is a very kinky natural texture as well as colored, so i was very interested in trying prose. the quiz was super in-depth, more than i initially expected (which is good!) there were so many questions i never even had personally considered as factors to my hair progress. i like that the shampoo cleanses my hair without over-stripping, and the conditioner has pretty good slip for detangling. i will have to keep playing with the curl cream since it's honestly a new kind of product for me (i tend to do a lot of protective styling and foam sets. all in all, i am pleasantly surprised and love that this was custom made for me!

I absolutely love my new custom haircare routine. I received custom shampoo, conditioner, and a leave in conditioner. First, the packaging is so cute with my name and zip code. Second, the products smell amazing and left my hair feeling so soft and renewed. The shampoo lathers so nicely with a small amount and the conditioner feels great. The leave in keeps my hair smooth throughout the day. Complimentary from Prose.

Gifted by Prose. Prose haircare is great. Having customized haircare is super worth it, however i’m not sure if this specific formula worked for me, maybe that’s my own fault. it’s not like it doesn’t work, it’s just not PERFECT.

I’m absolutely obsessed with how prose is customizable it’s so exciting to get to create your own blend and feel like you’re a part of it and the products are amazing it’s been about a week and I feel like my skin has really been loving the routine it’s simple and straightforward and smells nice but not too strong I recommend so much. I love prose! I have noticed an amazing difference in the texture of my hair, the thickness, and the volume and body it holds for days at a time! Not to mention, it smells incredible!!!

I tried it a few times and loved it. Great quality shampoo and conditioner, and the scents were fantastic! I didn’t notice any magic effects on my hair, but it was definitely enjoyable to use their products. Currently I prefer to use simple soap-shampoos, but will probably use Prose again, as a nice change in my routine.

Subscription management and discount was good. The product variety as someone with curly hair it was a big miss. I think that it’s worth it if you haven’t figured out what your hair needs but you can get better products that solution your hair more from other brands for less.

I used Prose shampoo and conditioner for about 6 months. Overall I enjoyed the experience but did not see a huge difference in my hair. I have not continued and instead am experimenting with other brands.
