Native earns praise for clean ingredients, standout scents (Coconut & Vanilla, Cucumber & Mint, Lilac & White Tea, Citrus & Herbal Musk) and comfortable, non-irritating wear for many, but reviews say performance is inconsistent: the deodorant often fades by midday, struggles in heat/workouts, can leave white residue or shirt stains, and some experience rashes or gritty texture. Reviews of body wash and hair care skew positive for gentle lather and pleasant aromas, though a few find body wash drying and shampoos underwhelming. Overall, Native is a good natural option if you don’t sweat heavily and will reapply; heavy sweaters may need stronger protection.

Native has a great mission and great scented products but the texture of the deodorant is not for me.
I use the Native Body Wash and I won't be switching any time soon. My skin tends to get dry and itchy from soaps, but has yet to do that with Native. The fragrance is not overbearing either which is nice. It lathers good, and leaves my skin feeling clean and soft!
I tried over 15 different natural deodorants and had issue after issue. I got rashes for the first time, my pits smelled, my pits were itchy, nothing was working right for my body. Then I tried Native and I have never gone back. I have been using Native deodorant for over a year and now my fiance has finally transitioned over and loves it too. He was using mine (bc i get a more neutral scent) and I saw him sneaking mine and so I got him his own and now he only uses Native too. They have awesome scents, my pits don't smell for several hours and very minimal white deodorant stains get on my clothes (which is more of a user error than) Ocean scent, Sea Salt and cedar, Jasmine.. are some of the best scents.
To be honest, this is far from my favorite “clean” deodorant brand. I only would use the unscented. That said, it works really well for me, so I’ll give it 4 stars.
I am not 100% on the deodorant yet - some scents work for me and others don’t. But I love the scents you can find, especially at Target! Worth a try if you are looking for natural deodorant. Their body washes smell so good too!
Never reviewed deodorant before but I really like this brand. Loved the scents and does it’s purpose
As a natural product person since birth, I have spent half of my income trying to find a nature deodorant that works, this did not. At all. I appreciate the ingredient list, I just wish it was effective.
I started with Native when I was looking to go a more natural and healthy route with my underarm care. It's a decent product the smell is pleasant ( I believe they have unscented as well), and it worked pretty well.
Feedback
Not sure why I didn't stick with Native. I ended up going with a crystal deodorant stick.
Love love love this deodorant! Works like a charm in any weather. Great scents and they have one for sensitive skin which is a must for me.

Will keep buying
While I liked the smell of the products and really liked the idea of the product, it didn’t work up to snuff and I’ve moved on to other natural deodorants. Did like the travel size and variety or sample packs.
Not my favorite product. Gave me a massive rash under my arms for about a month, even after I'd been using natural products.
I love so many of the deodorant scents that Native offers and love the clean ingredients, but I have noticed that if I wear any dark clothing along with my deodorant the pigments in the clothing transfer to undergarments. As for the deodorants effectiveness, it definitely lasts all day and keeps you smelling great!
Feedback
Definitely be mindful that some clothing items made with darker pigments may transfer onto your undergarments!
Terrible deodorant it smells good but makes you sweat and smell worse then if u used no deodorant

native has been my least favorite natural deodorant. Did not work on me at all sadly.

I have tried this deodorant multiple times and I always end up smelling worse after a few weeks. Not sure why it isn't working. The scents are good, packing is ehh - the stick will end up making a mess when you close the cap. I have tried quite a few natural deodorants over time and have found some that work, but its just not Native.

I think the normal deo can be irritating if you have sensitive skin, and at the end of the day the product just didn't work for me.

I have tried a few cleaner deodorants now and unfortunately Native didn't do the trick for me. It smelt great and applied well, but as a sweaty person I didn't feel like worked well enough.

The products were fine and worked alright. Nothing spectacular but nothing terrible.
Feedback
I would say that the products are pretty nice. If you like the smell or the feel the you wouldn't be wasting your money if you bought this brand. I just think that the brand is nothing spectacular.

I have used this deodorant for over 5 years now. I definitely personally prefer the men's scents over the women's. I only use the deodorant, and not their other products. It works just as well for me as any other deodorant, and I have only ever noticed a BO odor on an extremely hot day. It applies smoothly, doesn't clump or leave a lot of residue, and doesn't irritate my skin. I would definitely recommend!
Feedback
I wish they released more seasonal men scents. I don't want Rose, or cupcake scents.

works well for a natural brand but not my favorite product
Initially I loved using Native deodorant. I was looking for a healthy alternative and this brand comes highly rated. The coconut fragrance was delicious and light, however, after about 3 weeks I started having more severe oder than I've ever had whether I was wearing the deodorant or not. I'm unclear whether it changed the Ph and thus the type of bacteria growing or perhaps clogged my pores. In any case, it took about 2 weeks after discontinuation for the issue to resolve.

May not be a great fit for all skin/body types.
