Reviews mention

  • Reliable lengthening mascaras, clump-free application
  • Long-wearing foundations, natural finish
  • Lightweight tinted serum, seamless layering
  • Instant-smoothing hair treatment, glossy results
  • Messy dropper packaging, product waste
  • Inconsistent shade range nuances
  • Occasional foundation oxidation, cakey finish
  • Fragranced skincare, sticky textures

L’Oréal Paris earns largely positive reviews for dependable makeup—standouts include Voluminous and Telescopic mascaras, Infallible foundations, and True Match Nude Tinted Serum that wears lightweight, layers well, and lasts. Reviews also flag drawbacks: limited shade nuances, occasional oxidation or cakey finish, messy droppers, sticky or scented skincare, and some haircare causing buildup or greasiness, though EverPure and Wonder Water impress for smoothing and clarifying.

  • These two products are always in my makeup bag. This is one of the best mascaras I have tried so far. I love the formula. It's not too liquid or dry, unlike other mascaras from L'Oréal. The Telescopic one lasts a long time, and the best thing is that it doesn't dry out like Paradise. The brush is one of the reasons why I always return and buy it again, as it is easy for me to make my lashes look longer and fuller. I don't really wear foundation that often, as I found that they tend to look quite cakey or fake or they're just too thick. I love a natural look. So when I tried this one, I looooooved how it looked and felt on my skin! You can build up the coverage, and it will still look and feel natural. It reminded me of MAC Studio face and body foundation. The fact that it contains hyaluronic acid makes my skin look glowing and healthy. I honestly feel like I've found my foundation.

  • In July 2023, I was on the hunt for an affordable oil/milk cleanser to replace my current one. That's when I stumbled upon the L'oreal Paris Fine Flower Cleanser. I have combination skin, so choosing the right cleanser is crucial to avoid irritation. It's been two months since I started using the L'Oreal cleanser. Initially, the scent bothered me a bit, but I've grown used to it, and the cleanser is super gentle on my skin. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable cleanse option.

  • Have a large range of products, in the past, I have used their shampoo and conditioner which made my hair feel greasy and ultimately not very clean. I have also used their mascara in the past which i switched out for more cleaner options.

  • I love their home hair color. I've used it many times when I wasn't able to get to the salon. I also like their foundation and eye liners. Pretty good products at a reasonable price.

  • L’Oréal Paris has some good products, but I just didn’t love them. While they offer a wide range of options at a reasonable price, I didn’t see any standout results with the ones I tried. Some products felt a bit heavy or didn’t work well with my skin. It’s not a bad brand, but it didn’t wow me as much as I expected.

  • Low quality and tests on animals so they are not cruelty free. I don’t like the effectiveness of the products. I wouldn’t ever buy this brand

  • L’Oréal products are widely available, but I’ve had disappointing results. Many of the skincare items contain heavy fragrance and feel more cosmetic than effective. The hair products leave buildup, and the makeup oxidizes on my skin. The one truly great product they've discontinued.

  • Their True Match Tinted Serum is SO good if you are looking for a foundation that hydrates whilst providing light coverage. It lasts all day and doesn't leave me looking oily. I find products layer really well on the top of it, too. My only negative is that I wish they had more shades for in between skin tones.

  • While my favorites usually fall to other brands, LOreal does have decent skincare and certain makeup items. Mascara is usually a hit and the nail care products are excellent.

  • I have just tried their hair care products but they are so good. The smell and the quality of the products help me recover my hair after curls are so smooth.

  • This brand will be here forever and it definitely iconic. I love using it. It’s definitely tried and true and very dependable reasonable price as well.

  • Out of all the brands carried at grocery stores, I think Loreal is the go-to beauty line. I especially love their hair color line!

  • Great, steady brand - have been using L'Oreal products for years now. My most favourite thing though for years has been the Volume Million Lashes mascara. It's one of the best drugstores mascaras of all times, gives you beautiful fanned lashes and doesn't budge or smudge. Highly recommend.

  • I mean it’s a basic drugstore makeup brand-I really don’t see any point in spending real money on it

  • This review is specifically about the L’Oréal Paris Makeup Double Extend Beauty Tubes Lengthening 2 Step Mascara, the tubing mascara of my DREAMS. It stays on all day, absolutely no flaking, and rinses off with hot water easily and doesn't irritate my sensitive under-eye area. It's my new everyday mascara holy grail!!

  • I use the L'Oreal Paris Infallible 24HR Fresh Wear Foundation with SPF 25 during the summer months. I typically have very oily skin and don't have greasy issues with this foundation. I don't like to wear it during the winter months only because I feel like it's a little too much coverage during those months (personal preference)

  • I've used a few of their products and though many of them work, I was never blown away by anything. My favorite product is their powdered foundation; it's easy to toss into my bag and is a good way to touch up whenever I need it.
