  • These now comes in so many flavors, so you never get bored. Make it in chilled water or over ice for a better flavor. I also freeze these to make popsicles for my kids when they are sick. Buy these im bulk from costco

  • I originally won some liquid IV pouches at a concert this summer and they were total life savers! I suffer from chronic migraines and these have been so helpful for staying hydrated! I ended up purchasing two bags! Totally recommend to anyone looking for flavourful ways to get their electrolytes!

  • Tasty, easy to carry in my purse and mixes well. I enjoy the fresh, not too sweet flavor. Easy to add to my water bottle before a long walk in the Arizona heat and keeps me from feeling lightheaded with low blood sugar or dehydration headache. I nice change from plain water. Will try the Golden Cherry next.

  • I’ve been using the Sugar-Free Lemon Lime Liquid I.V. and really enjoy it as a daily hydration boost. The flavor is crisp, refreshing, and not overly sweet, which makes it easy to drink compared to other mixes. I appreciate that it’s sugar-free but still gives me steady energy without the crash. It dissolves quickly in water with no chalky texture, and it’s great for travel or workouts. If anything could be improved, I’d love to see the packaging made more eco-friendly, since I go through a lot of single packets. Overall, it’s a convenient and tasty way to stay hydrated, and I’d definitely recommend it.

  • I am following a weight loss plan and need to stay hydrated and maintain my electrolytes. I never enjoyed an electrolyte replacement until I tried DripDrop. I love the taste, and the convenience of the individual packets. I look forward to my daily DriDrop!

  • I just recently bout the new liquid iv immune support. I got the tangerine hydration multiplier flavor and it was outstanding, I would definitely recommend giving this one a try the next time you get liquid iv.

  • I ride horses daily, so I need to replenish and stay hydrated. These are great for people on the go such as myself as well and all of my ranch hands. And they come in handy for my son that skateboarding. Strawberry is my favorite flavor. I just put them in my saddle bags, or backpack and ride or roll out! 10/10

  • Liquid I.V. is hands down a staple in my household, and honestly, I don’t know how we’d survive Arizona summers without it. With the brutal heat out here, staying hydrated isn’t just important it’s essential. From hiking days to running errands under the blazing sun, Liquid I.V. helps keep us feeling our best. I love how easy it is to mix up a packet, and the flavors make drinking water feel like a treat instead of a chore. It’s perfect for post-workouts, long days outside, or even when you’re just feeling a little run down. I’ve noticed such a difference in my energy and how quickly I bounce back from the heat since we started keeping Liquid I.V. stocked in the pantry. Plus, it’s something the whole family enjoys, which makes it even better. If you live somewhere hot like Arizona or just struggle to stay hydrated, I highly recommend giving it a try. It’s honestly one of the best choices we’ve made for our health and wellness routine. We won’t go a day without it!

  • AI’m a hiking girlie and just did a 14er (Mt. Bierstadt!). I was this close to cramping up the last 200 feet, but Liquid I.V. honestly saved me. The hydration hit fast, and the flavor was perfectly balanced—not too sweet. Only thing is, it can be a little sticky if it leaks, so shake + seal it tight!

  • I’ve been drinking liquid IV during my workouts and outdoor excursions and I no longer have headaches after being outside in the hot sun. I used to get wiped out from being in the sun for only a few minutes but now I realize I was just dehydrated and in need of electrolytes. It tastes great and it works.

  • Personally I am not a huge fan of Liquid I.V. and its nutrient profile. Its not that it is bad per say, I just think it leans on the expensive side for electrolyte drinks (I am willing to pay more for a quality drink) but honestly I think there are products out there that are the same price if not cheeper and have more of the electrolytes I am looking for as a distance runner.

  • I am writing a new review for this brand as I have recently discovered an option that doesn't have the thick taste I felt a majority of these powders have. The kids' version tastes a lot better and has a lower sodium content. For me, this is a win-win, as I need to watch my sodium intake for health reasons but also sometimes need the electrolytes after working out or other physically active days.

  • I love this brand because it offers a way to help me to stay hydrated while having a great-tasting drink. I like that the brand offers multiple different types such as a variation that adds immunity support. These are pretty expensive, but I think it's worth it because these always work.

  • This is my go-to hangover helper. The lemon-lime is my favorite flavor. **Editing 2023, This used to be my go-to hangover helper but I realised how much sugar was in each packet. I have now switched over to Waterboy. Liquid IV works, but in my opinion Waterboy works better & faster.

  • I love Liquid IV. I received a sample in a GQ box and pretty much tried every flavor. The limited editions and sugar free items are top notch. The immunity ones are good too. If you are okay with added sugar the cherry, grape, and passion fruit are all recommended.

Are all electrolyte brands the same? I tried 7 brands to find out.

  • Super effective + easy to use on the-go (thanks to the single sachet packs!). The flavours are pretty good and true to naming i.e. critic flavours are critic forward and not too salty. The pricing is pretty standard for running-related hydration packs, but I definitely plan to sign up for the subscription to save $$$ when I hit peak training season.

  • Taste is great but they really mess up my stomach (assuming it is the amount of Stevia used in this) I would keep that in mind if you try these and you don't feel great. If they don't though, passionfruit I think is the best flavor in the lineup

  • I resisted trying Liquid IV for a long time because I really enjoy some of their competitors, and the price felt a little high comparably. However, I just moved down to Austin, and in the heat, you kind of need all the help you can get with hydration. A few fitness influencers I follow love the brand so I decided to give the watermelon flavor a try. I really actually love the product- it dissolves easily, the flavor is good, and you can immediately feel the impact- whether you have been in the heat, are feeling hungover, or just want some precautionary hydration!

    Feedback

As recommended by some influencers, I only use HALF a packet in a glass of ice water at a time- this cuts the sweetness and makes the flavor light and enjoyable. Again, my only other qualm about this brand right now is the price point which is about double that of some of their competitors (like Nuun) and its hard for me to tell a substantial difference.

  • My husband and I love liquid IV! There are so many delicious flavors that we have tried. There have been a few flavors we didn’t like but that’s personal preference. It keeps us super hydrated which is amazing!

  • I don’t go without! I drink 1 a day. It’s great for someone who works out, or someone like me who has mad migraines & autoimmune issues… along with absorption issues with vitamins due to an autoimmune disease in my stomach. This brand has saved me! Through the flu, migraines, etc. I’m so grateful for this product. I absolutely love the cotton candy flavor & watermelon, although they are all tasty! Sugar free is likely best for me but I prefer the sugar. Reasonably priced on the website, ships fast, customer service is FANTASTIC, & worth the price. I drink it daily but if you are not like me, a little goes a long way.
