I use liquid IV almost every day, and find it to be what I need for someone who worries about not drinking enough water + energy levels. I’m strictly a water drinker - I don’t like sodas, Gatorade, or other extremely flavorful drinks. liquid IV isn’t overly strong with flavor, and if I find it is I can always add less powder. My favorite is the Energy multiplier, which I use when I want a break from coffee with added boost of electrolytes. I’m not even a huge ginger fan and still the lemon ginger flavor is my favorite, it’s not too overpowering. It’s my go to lunch time drink, and especially usefully before a night out.

I’m not one that enjoys drinking water at all. One of these babies a day and I have never felt better in my life!!! The taste can be off putting at first, but once you find your flavor you’ll be golden!

I’m always on the go and it’s hard to remember to drink water or even stay hydrated! Using liquid IV it betters the flavor of my water and keeps me hydrated! I even give it to my kids when they don’t want to drink water lol

I tried this product and it was fine, but high in added sugar.

It works! I usually keep this ready to drink after a night out and I never have hangovers. However, it does have a lot of artificial ingredients and a lot of sugar making the taste a bit artificial. There are better alternatives with better ingredients out there!

Liquid I.V. is a pretty good product, especially for hangovers or if you're just dehydrated. The single serving premixed formula makes it easy to take on the go or stash in your purse. It dissolves well in room temperature water, not quite as well in cold water but it works. I tried the lemon flavor and although it wasn't the greatest, the results outweigh that; plus it comes in a lot of flavors now. i do recommend this.

Liquid IV is the best electrolyte drink mix because it’s reliably tasty, perfectly salty, and cost effective. I love buying mine at Costco in the mega packs to make it even more cost effective! You can’t go wrong!

I absolutely love Liquid IV in the Lemon Lime flavor! It’s the perfect way to stay hydrated, especially during long days or intense workouts. The flavor is refreshing and not too sweet, giving it the perfect balance to keep me coming back for more

I do like the rapid hydration but I wish they had more options made without sugar that I could chug in the morning without a sugar spike. It is on the salty side compared to Nuun, but I am an athlete so I need that salt replenishment. Yuzu pineapple with caffeine is my go-to pre workout for when i need gentle energy because I can’t handle normal pre workouts since I don’t consume caffeine outside of this. Love the tangerine vitamin c flavor when I want a little extra vitamin C. Lemon lime sugar free is fine but it’s not may favorite flavor and it still has 5g of carbs. Watermelon is like drinking a liquid hand soap. Lol. Yuckkkk. Those were hard to choke down. Strawberry is fine. It kinda reminds me of those so sour strips candy flavor. Not a real strawberry flavor. Wish they would take note from Korean strawberry flavoring! Golden cherry and tropical punch are the biggest letdowns. Golden cherry tastes like cough syrup and tropical punch has like this pukey smell I can’t get over.

I’ve been using this hydration product for about two years now and I love it so much and I would love to try more from this brand

I really used to enjoy Liquid I.V but I found out they used a lot of unsafe chemicals and sugars in the product. I canceled my subscription. It was a bummer to find out because I really enjoyed the flavors and everything.

These now comes in so many flavors, so you never get bored. Make it in chilled water or over ice for a better flavor. I also freeze these to make popsicles for my kids when they are sick. Buy these im bulk from costco

I originally won some liquid IV pouches at a concert this summer and they were total life savers! I suffer from chronic migraines and these have been so helpful for staying hydrated! I ended up purchasing two bags! Totally recommend to anyone looking for flavourful ways to get their electrolytes!

Pina Colada is my favorite flavor of Liquid IV, with Yuzu pineapple energy multiplier coming in a close 2nd. I love coconut and was looking for a way to stay hydrated without forcing myself to drink flavorless water that I didn't want to drink. I know that liquid IV actually works because I had to get blood drawn and they couldn't get it because I was too dehydrated. So I went and got a bottle of water, mixed my packet in and was able to drink it very quickly because it tastes so good. 1 hour later they were able to draw, no problem!
