Liquid I.V. reviews and discussion

These things are amazing and they do prevent a bad hangover. Whenever I know I will be drinking alcohol, I make sure to have a pack of this with me and take it before I go to bed. Even if you're not a drinker, you can enjoy the fast hydration Liquid I.V. provides as it is packed with electrolytes. The tangerine flavor is my favorite, but other flavors are worth trying as well.

I have used these regularly while fighting off infections and illnesses, and I think they both work great and taste great. I have bought Liquid IV multiple times and have shared them with others who were in need at the time.

Where can I start on this product it has helped me soo much when I am under the weather and feeling nauseous to help get my hydration levels up. This profit has also helped me cut my hangovers in half They have very tasty flavors

A staple in my household. I take these with me when I am travelling and often take them before or after a long night of drinks. It's great to have in warmer weather when sweating is a non-negotiable.

do not like the taste. Too salty for me

This product has saved me more times than I'd care to admit. The harsh reality of hangovers after 30 have slowed down my alcohol intake dramatically but when I do want to have a night out I make sure the liquid IV is stocked.

I bought these to take to our destination wedding. They helped a few friends recover. Some from upset stomachs & one from the party the night before. I didn’t personally live the flavor, but my friends sure appreciated them.

Great hydration! I have only tried the watermelon flavour but was spot on… just slightly too sweet for my liking and not a fan of natural flavours.

These are great, and as a migraine sufferer, a real lifesaver. I bring these everywhere, and even let my son drink some now and then. Easy to pack in a bag for a flight, or any travel.

Noticeably great re-hydration! I don't use it often but when I do, it's almost always a "wow, these work" moment, and the whole fam agrees! Saw some reviews pointing at the higher sugar and lower electrolyte levels compared to competitors... the formula liquid IV uses is meant to deliver hydration and nutrients to the system faster, and the sugar + sodium concentrations are a part of that formula. Copy-cats came in and said let's strip the sugar and 5x the electrolytes without paying attention to the "how?", a pretty standard copycat practice in CPG. Reminds me of a brand that used a digestive enzyme in their gut relief capsules (which worked very well), and within a couple of years, copy-cats popped up stating they used 5(!) digestive enzymes and were better because of that reason, without talking about efficacy at all 😂

Life saving hangover cure!! I wouldn't recommend the matcha flavor but that's my only complaint overall.

This is great. Very comparable to Pedialyte, but I would say the flavors are much better. These are VERY flavorful, so I would suggest combining with more water than they suggest (unless you like it really loud).

I LOVE Liquid IV! I buy them in bulk from Costco which saves on per use cost. These little packets are so handy for traveling, hiking, and high heat environments. When I travel, I drink a packet each morning before coffee, and feel the travel grogginess disappear. I drink a lot of water, and am not usually a fan of sweet drinks but this is the best hydration supplement/drink out there. It's a must have for me!

Wanted love it but its such a high price and sugar content. I'll just dump some salt in some water.

I love LiquidIV, they taste great and seem to work really well. I feel better almost immediately after drinking one of these.

I love Liquid IV for a long time, it's saved me when exercising a ton in the heat and surfing and when I was hungover. I don't love the amount of sugar in it - I prefer LMNT - they have way less sugar (very salty though, but salt is good for you!) and cost less overall

The best thing about liquid IV is that it tastes so good, you want to drink more water. The sugar content is a bit high for me to commit to this product long-term. I also think you can split each packet in half, the flavor is SO strong. In terms of extra hydration, it seems to do the trick, just watch out for the sugar. There are other options out there with a bit better ingredients it seems.

As an electrolyte and hydration solution this gets the job done. I think the flavors are just ok and the packets are actually almost too large. I prefer Nuun for their flavors as well as the size of the tablet and the ease of transport
