These are good! I hate all of the added sugar but I get that some people prefer sugar to sweeteners and so I get that. I like the variety of flavors that they offer and they are certainly healthier than a Starbucks drink

love liquid IV and if you don’t like super sweet things and maybe get the no sugar versions I like putting these in my Stanley cup with 40 ounces of water instead of what they recommend because it does have a lot of flavor and is very sweet these always make me feel nice and hydrated

Liquid IV is the electrolyte of choice for me. So tasty and convenient. I love that they offer a sugar free version now.

I like the convenience of this product and take several packets with me when I travel or to sporting events on hot days. They prevent me from fainting in the heat. I like the flavor options and that you can purchase a large pack from Costco. I wish they had less sugar, and am looking forward to trying the sugar-free option.

These drink packets are so convenient to take on the go. I often bring them to work and on vacation. Just add one packet to a bottle of water and you have a delicious drink filled with electrolytes. Highly recommend!

I’ve tried many products in this category and this one has to be my least favorite. The flavor was hard to stomach vs others I’ve tried. This is my personal taste and it might suit others but not for me.

Way better electrolytes out there like LMNT

my mom absolutely loves these so it's always ending up in my pantry but im not the biggest fan. the taste is a bit off but it is a good alternative to gatorade if i have a migraine coming on or need hydration

A must for any trip when I’m exposed to the heat for long amounts of time. Can be pricey but I get mine at Costco in bulk. The pina colada one tastes the best.

Three stars because each packet is so intense! I recommend the lemon-lime flavor, the strawberry is too strong. I end up using half a packet per nalgene bottle. I wish they sold the packets in a smaller size so I wouldn't have leftover/throw out product when drinking it on the go.
