Lego earns strong reviews as a creative, well-engineered brand that consistently delights—from Technic and Harry Potter to the adult Botanical Collection—thanks to clear instructions, sturdy bricks, and display-worthy designs; it’s good for both play and decor. Reviews also surface drawbacks: small parts pose choking risks, plastic sustainability concerns linger, and complexity or obsession can escalate, with some calling sets too expensive.

  • This was a simple and fun first build for my 7 year old niece. She enjoyed all the cute little props and flowers, and she was able to follow the instructions very well. It's a very cute series and would be neat to have in a Japanese restaurant as a bit of décor.

  • We have bought a lot of LEGO over the decades - just as fun today as it was when we were kids. Still sturdy. Cute figurines and licensed sets. Love the LEGO stores in malls also - they sometimes have cute events. There's a documentary on how they almost folded and had a great come-back story, if you ever want to watch.

  • Always love, love, love. LEGO is one of those things that naturally bonds people. I have memories of building it with my siblings not just as kids, but also as adults — meeting up, drinking wine, and building unicorns from LEGO together. True story. And honestly, some of my favorite memories.

  • I grew up as a Lego kid. The designs are so fun, and now the botanical collection that targets adults is so beautiful! I know they have a commitment to sustainability, but it still pains me to buy it new since it’s plastic.

  • Hard to have much to complain about when it comes to lego. They make products that are sure to interest everyone from your toddler to your grown adult looking to tackle a challenge. They are excellent quality and it is fun to see all the new products they come up with.

  • Legos are a nostalgic part of my life and many others. I love the vast range of models and sets for all ages. One of my favorites is the Harry Potter set. Legos are fun and well made, so they stay in good shape for years. While there are other brands that offer similar products, none match the quality of Lego.

  • I enjoyed Legos as a kid, but the sets I always wanted were always out of reach because of the high price. These little Lego Pokemon that come in these Pokeballs are way more affordable. They are of great quality of course because of the Lego brand.

  • I fall under the category of couples who buy their botanical sets. Fun to build and looks cool to have displayed in your house afterwards. The set instructions are easy to follow and just take an hour or two; it's a good activity to just sit down and make a date out of.

  • I’ve played with Legos all my life. The stuff when I was a kid was simple. It was space or knights or pirates or city. Those are around, but every possible collaboration seems to exist. And the art pieces. Wow. I’m elated to share all of this with my kids. Everything, like the song from the movies says, is awesome.

  • As a child and even to today as an adult, I LOVE LEGOS!! Legos foster creativity and help build fine motor skills. Over the years, I have build and personally designed have fun and creative objects out of legos. As a child, I would lay on the floor of my bedroom and play with my legos. My imagination was let loose and it went WILD!! Recently, I built the lego treehouse that Ive wanted to build for quite a while. MY DREAM FINALY CAME TRUE!! I built my treehouse and it came out fantastic. Legos allowed me to not only focus my mind on the task at hand, it also allowed me foster my motor skills with those little tiny pieces that came in the package. Legos over the years have really improved. The designs have gotten more technological advanced. With step by step directions, you can build anything that is on the market. You can even redesign a product if you wanted to. I would highly recommend LEGOS to any child or adult. With too many LEGOS on the market to name, these products are interactive, imaginative and intricate while allowing anyone of any age to work on their fine motor skills. Just keep in mind that Legos pieces can be small so they can be a chocking hazard. So PLEASE keep away or an eye on your young children.

  • I purchased an embarrassing amount of Legos for my two boys when they were young. As they aged out, we donated every brick to a family in the neighborhood that had three kids ages 5-8 who LOVED Lego! Recently, I was gifted two sets of Lego 'Flowers". I wasn't sure what to think, and as I put them together, I loved the kitsch factor I also liked the decorative surprise on my office shelves

  • Over the past ~5 years, Lego has become my go-to gift. I love both giving Lego sets and receiving them. I love that you can find literally any set for anyone within any budget! Even my husband, who was very skeptical, fell in love with the Technic series. If you're out of gift ideas for the upcoming holidays, a Lego set will save you. But be careful because you can get obsessed!

  • What can I say about Lego that people don't already know? This is THE premier building block producer. They have so many amazing products and kits. I would love to buy them all. In the kits, the instructions are clear and it's easy to figure out where the Legos belong I also like the ability for my kids and I to be able to just create whatever we want. You're never too old for Lego.

  • My son who is 6 is into legos. We have a big bin of legos which was passed down from our friend and he digs into the pieces to put together his own vehicle or flying objects. It is a great tool to elevate the child's moto skills as well as creativity and dimensional cognition.

  • I adore legos, the building experience is unmatched. The builds have a lot of easter eggs and are very fun to complete. The instructions are easy and they have a large variety of sets. The problem is that they are way too expensive

  • My fiance is obsessed ! I recommend some of the more complex sets to any man in your life who is hard to shop for. It is a great way to spend time and be creative.
