Spicy Red Miso Cup Ramen

  • Immi is a wonderful solution to the ramen craving when you are trying to stay healthy. The low-carb, high-protein aspects truly make this the best ramen option available. While the price is higher than traditional ramen, the health benefits and delicious flavors make it well worth the cost.

  • The noodles are tougher than al dente, and I like that they're higher in protein, but there is a good amount of fat to tag along. Likewise, there isn't a ton of flavor. This cup version has much more flavor than the bagged versions, but it could still use more.

  • Immi products are not bad but they are really only good because they are healthier. I don’t think someone who is not health conscious would ever choose to reach for them. I however will keep reaching for them because I am a plant based lazy girl that needs quick convenient options that keep me full while helping me to get enough protein.

  • I think that this brand is doing its best to add a gourmet note to what is known as pretty much the cheapest and easiest meal, Ramen. The spices and seasonings are really nice, but you just replicate The role of fresh vegetables, and acid

  • As someone trying to eat healthier without giving up comfort foods, I was excited to try them. But they turned out a bit hard to chew and the broth is a little bland. But after adding some protein and more seasoning, it didn't taste that bad. It’s a bit pricier than usual instant noodles, but has a lot of protein in each pack.

  • These are delicious. I love the flavors, and I am crazy about the texture of the noodles. They are toothsome, chewy and substantial. I cook them for ten minutes and they are wonderful. I am especially appreciative of the high protein value. I’ve been a vegetarian for many decades, and these meet my needs for flavor, quality and nutritional value perfectly. There is no artificial aftertaste whatsoever. I enjoy adding different chopped veggies like spinach, carrots, scallions and mushrooms. Thanks for making my day a bit easier with these simple and healthy noodles.

  • We love lower carb options, especially noodles. Very tasty option. They are a little pricey at $6 a pack. Also the only place I was able to buy them was Whole Foods or online on their website. If they were more affordable and readily accessible that would be better.

  • I enjoy ramen noodles at home every now and then and I was really excited to try this brand for the first time. I thought Spicy Red Miso sounded unique and delicious and the broth itself was, but the noodles tasted so incredibly bad. They tasted exactly like cardboard. Unfortunately, I would never buy Immi ever again.

  • I love this ramen!! Great flavor, and super high in protein especially compared to other brands. I like to cook it in bone broth for even more protein. I would recommend this brand to any friend or family member!

  • I recently gave Immi's low-carb, plant-based, high-protein instant ramen a try after snagging it on a super sale from GoPuff. Overall, it was an okay experience. The ramen had a slightly chewy texture, which felt a bit raw even after cooking it according to the instructions. Flavor-wise, it was decent but didn't quite hit the spot like traditional ramen does. As someone who's always on the lookout for healthier alternatives, I appreciated the plant-based, high-protein aspect, but it fell a bit short in taste and texture. Given the hefty full price for bagged ramen, I’m glad I got it on sale. I wouldn’t pay the regular cost, but if you’re curious and find it discounted, it might be worth a try—just don’t expect it to fully replace the classic comfort of traditional instant ramen.

  • i like it a lot actually, packaging feels a little gentrifieed but.

  • Clearly in the minority here but I really like immi and reach for it often when I want something quick and protein-forward that also scratches the "comfort carb" itch. The texture of the noodles doesn't bother me as I always prefer my ramen noodles on the chewier side and I find the flavors - while not necessarily true to what they are named after - still satisfying and robust. For someone who doesn't usually seek plant-based foods.
