I recently gave Immi's low-carb, plant-based, high-protein instant ramen a try after snagging it on a super sale from GoPuff. Overall, it was an okay experience.
The ramen had a slightly chewy texture, which felt a bit raw even after cooking it according to the instructions. Flavor-wise, it was decent but didn't quite hit the spot like traditional ramen does. As someone who's always on the lookout for healthier alternatives, I appreciated the plant-based, high-protein aspect, but it fell a bit short in taste and texture.
Given the hefty full price for bagged ramen, I’m glad I got it on sale. I wouldn’t pay the regular cost, but if you’re curious and find it discounted, it might be worth a try—just don’t expect it to fully replace the classic comfort of traditional instant ramen.
