immi earns polarized reviews: the brand delivers convincing plant‑based broths (notably Black Garlic “Chicken,” Tom Yum “Shrimp,” and Spicy “Beef”) and high protein, low‑carb, high‑fiber noodles that satisfy health‑minded eaters, but many find the noodle texture rubbery, grainy, or tough and the flavors occasionally bland or overly salty. Reviews indicate it can be good when customized with add‑ins and longer cook times, yet recurring critiques cite small portions and inconsistent seasoning versus traditional ramen, making immi a thoughtful alternative rather than a universal crowd‑pleaser.

  • It’s nice that this has protein and all but it was unquestionably the worst ramen I’ve ever had. Would rather eat cup noodles. Just an awful, tough, not bouncy or chewy at all texture. The soup was fine, I guess.

  • I know it's not for everyone, but I actually love the texture of these high protein noodles. I'm vegan, so it's a bonus to try all the different flavors. So far I've had the garlic "chicken" and "beef." The chicken flavor is my favorite. The broth is really flavorful and salty so I add a little extra water. Be careful if you follow the microwave directions, I had noodles exploded all over. Cover your bowl or do stove top. At work, I add hot water and let it sit and then micro for a minute to warm it up. I'm not really a sweets person, so protein bars and shakes aren't very appetizing. I love having a quick savory high protein snack or meal (add tofu and veggies). It's not a ramen you buy for a cheap meal, they cost quite a bit more than standard ramen, but if you just need convenient protein that tastes good, it's worth it.

  • I like the idea of a lower carb high protein instant ramen, especially since this category is lacking more options. However, the texture of the noodles is nothing like the real deal and it doesn't really satisfy the craving for regular instant noodles either. At this price point and flavor, it's a miss for me personally, but I do hope they can improve the product cause the idea is great!

  • Immi is a wonderful solution to the ramen craving when you are trying to stay healthy. The low-carb, high-protein aspects truly make this the best ramen option available. While the price is higher than traditional ramen, the health benefits and delicious flavors make it well worth the cost.
