I know it's not for everyone, but I actually love the texture of these high protein noodles. I'm vegan, so it's a bonus to try all the different flavors. So far I've had the garlic "chicken" and "beef." The chicken flavor is my favorite. The broth is really flavorful and salty so I add a little extra water. Be careful if you follow the microwave directions, I had noodles exploded all over. Cover your bowl or do stove top. At work, I add hot water and let it sit and then micro for a minute to warm it up. I'm not really a sweets person, so protein bars and shakes aren't very appetizing. I love having a quick savory high protein snack or meal (add tofu and veggies). It's not a ramen you buy for a cheap meal, they cost quite a bit more than standard ramen, but if you just need convenient protein that tastes good, it's worth it.
