  • Effortless, natural makeup effect
  • Beloved, compliment‑magnet fragrance
  • Lightweight, comfortable textures
  • Iconic, chic packaging
  • Sheer, low‑coverage bases
  • Inconsistent scent longevity
  • Occasional packaging fragility
  • Sticky gloss, drying lipstick

Glossier impresses in reviews for delivering easy, natural-looking makeup—standouts include Boy Brow, Cloud Paint, Lash Slick, and the much‑praised Glossier You fragrance—while drawing criticism for ultra‑sheer coverage, inconsistent longevity, and packaging flaws. Reviews say the brand is good for “no‑makeup makeup” days and everyday scent, but skincare feels basic and shade range and recent reformulations (You, Balm Dotcom) disappoint some users.

  • I really enjoy the simple packaging and like that it comes in smaller volumes since it's pretty rare for me to get to empties. I shaved off 2 starts because it is pricey and I didn't really "love" any of the things I bought.

  • Glossier, a beauty brand synonymous with minimalism, has curated a collection that celebrates natural beauty. Their skincare and makeup products, like the iconic Boy Brow and Cloud Paint, effortlessly enhance without masking. The emphasis on dewy, fresh-faced looks is reflected in their lightweight formulations. While the range may be limited, Glossier excels in providing a no-fuss, chic approach to beauty, making it a go-to for those who appreciate simplicity and a touch of everyday glam.

  • I’ve used multiple products from Glossier - Cloud Cream, Super Dew, Boy Brow, Balm Dot Com and all were very nice. The balm smells very much like an inexpensive product I used to get when I was a little kid but it is very functional and does what it should. The colors are rich and highly pigmented. Cloud Paint is easy to use. I didn’t care for the skin tint because it was the wrong color for me with a yellow undertone but it did feel nice and provided buildable coverage. Super Dew is very nice and makes your skin look hydrated and bouncy. I LOVE Boy Brow! Perfect color for me with just the right about of easily useable color. It totally polishes your look. Overall, I enjoyed almost everything and would recommend these products.

  • Used a few of their balm.com lip products and they’re lovely!

  • I walked into the store in Soho and it’s an immediate vibe. I’m not much into makeup but the You perfume is so nice. I sprayed it and left thinking I didn’t NEED it, only to end up going back after I couldn’t stop obsessing over the smell. I purchased it and have used it for daily wear and have been really pleased.

  • Love the makeup (cloud paint, boy brow, eyeshadows, bronzer). Used to use the skincare but have moved onto other things. The branding has always been beautiful to me too

  • I had gotten the shade "Zip" and it's a very flattering red (context I have light olive toned skin). I loved that it applied matte with sheer, even layers. One issue I had was that it wasn't very moisturizing and I would have to apply another lip balm every time before an application. Making the product more moisturizing might compromise the matte finish, so maybe a fast-absorbing, hydrating ingredient might be the solution.

  • I would buy the cloud paint and the boy brow again. I liked the scent of the perfume, I had the solid perfume, but I found it didn't wear that well and after a few hours you couldn't smell it at all.

  • I try the lip balm from this brand and the color is quite nice. The issue is I would have to constantly be replying it in order for it not to dry out my lips. I’m looking for a lip balm. Most people would like something that hydrates my lips for a longer period of time.

  • Glossier is litteraly such a pretty brand, packaging, the smell, it feels luxury, the price it worth it so much, glossier products form part of my daily body and skin care routine.

  • innovative and "fresh" a few years back. now it's basically the same as all the brands available at sephora - merit, rare beauty, rhobe...etc. unless you really LOVE a product, wouldn't repurchase again as the price is not the most affordable recent reformulations has been a bummer too

  • I love everything Glossier! I have tried nearly all of their products and the one I swear by the most is their perfume. It is my signature scent and I get compliments every time I wear it. I have recommended so many friends to try it as well, they all love it!

  • Really like the minimalist look of the brand. Also obsessed with their signature scents.

  • I love this fragrance. It’s a clean, strong smell that is good for any time of year. I used Dolce & Gabana ‘Light Blue’ for years and ‘You’ gives a similar smell.

  • I have been using Glossier for years, but their stretch concealer is so worth the hype. Blends so well into the skin and lightweight but buildable coverage.

  • Glossier is one of my favorite brands. I own a few products but Boy Brow and the Cloud Cheek Paint is my favorite and I cannot do my makeup without it.

  • The balmdot com lip product has great flavors and feels nice. It’s not as hydrating as other product though if you have severe dry lips. Definitely feels more of an every day hydrating lip or a nice shine for a no makeup look

  • I love glossier for basics. I have always loved their milk jelly cleanser and have been using it since I was 16-am now 22. The glossier perfume I get compliments on at least twice a day. It smells completely different on everyone but always amazing. I use the lash slick when I want to look like I’m not wearing mascara, but want my eyelashes to no be the normal blonde color they are. Some products are a miss but these three are amazing!

  • I love these products. Always smell good and are applied easily. I only wish they lasted longer for me--I seem to go through a given product very quickly. Especially boy brow--I was having to purchase it SO often. But I really liked the product.
