Reviews mention

  • Compliment-magnet signature fragrance
  • Seamless, buildable cream blush
  • Natural, defining brow gel
  • Gentle, lightweight cleanser
  • Inconsistent shade inclusivity
  • Sheer, short-lasting formulas
  • Fragile, leaky packaging
  • Variable scent longevity

Glossier earns praise in reviews for effortless, no‑makeup makeup staples like Boy Brow, Cloud Paint, Lash Slick, and the universally complimented Glossier You fragrance, which many call a signature scent. However, reviewers flag inconsistent makeup payoff and longevity, polarizing skincare efficacy, packaging flaws (leaking body oil, cracking lipstick caps, messy Cloud Paint tubes), reformulation disappointments (Balm Dotcom, You perfume), limited shade range, and some products feeling sheer, basic, or short‑lasting.

  • The perfume is beautiful, I get compliments every single time 🤗

  • I love the simplicity of their products and the scent. The products of theirs I use the most is their candle, perfume, and solid perfume which all have the same scent. I love how easy the solid perfume is to bring with me wherever without the fear of it spilling in my bag although it is pretty heavy.

  • I live and die by lash slick, boy brow and cloud paint. Glossier continues to be the best option for those who want an elevated, effortless, low-maintenance 3 step routine.

  • I had an amazing experience from this brand. The packaging is pretty smart i can place it anywhere even the smallest bag I have. It’s all in one product and good for in a rush makeup.

  • I love this and will keep using it, i look amazing.

  • The Cloud Paint has been my go-to blush for years. It's not insanely pigmented, but that's what I like about it. It produces a light flush of color for that coveted no-makeup makeup look.

  • I love Glossier! They have amazing packaging, and the products are really lovely for everyday! They work really well for my dehydrated skin. I also find their products pretty goof-proof, so they're great to use on days when I'm doing quick makeup. My favorite product is the concealer, which I use for spot concealing and as a foundation. It does crease on my under eye because it is so radiant, but it's so so good for the face. Their brand has a reputation for being too sheer for to cover acne, but I find that the pot concealer does a great job if I apply with a brush and set it. I have also liked everything else I've tried except for the Generation G matte lipstick, which was more "just okay" for me (a little too drying).

  • Love the perfume. Just got the new foundation and have been loving the brush, but wish the coverage was a little lighter on the foundation.

  • It’s no secret this scent is absolutely gorgeous. While I wish the premise that the scent changes based on the wearer was more true — I don’t mind much and am still obsessed.

  • Gorgeous products, super natural look. Both are in my every day routine, even on light makeup days. Balm Dot Com smells delicious.

  • I've purchased many products from Glossier over the years. The one product that I continue to rebuy is Boy Brow. It is excellent. Overall, I'm not impressed with the other products but Boy Brow is incredible! I do think this is good for entry level makeup.

  • I’ve just tried the brow gel (clear and brown). I absolutely loved them! My brows had never stayed in place so long. It’s unlike any other brow gel. I’m obsessed.

  • I got the mini rollerball, the scent is nice, but doesn't last very long

  • Simple products, good packaging, great marketing. I’ve repurchased the mascara and boy brow gel. Its easier to buy now that there are physical stores open/ they are carried in Sephora.

  • consistently underwhelming despite not promising a lot-- i always feel like i want to like the products more than i actually do

  • I went to the IRL store in LA when visiting and it was great experience! I bought the mascara in brown and I think its a good one and done mascara for no makeup days. It's not the best for holding a curl and lengthening on my short straight Asian lashes. However, at the store it felt so personal and about you because they write your name on the bag when they give you your order. I can see why people love the mascara as their target is for a natural look! I just throw it in my bag for quick makeup.

  • Love the packaging and they have a lot of shades to find the perfect foundation match. Love their in store experience in London too!

  • My go to perfume is glossier you! Perfect scent for daytime. Wish the staying power was a little stronger though cause it’s so nice.
