This is not for the faint of heart! The flavor is so good but is incredibly spicy.

I’ve been using Fly by Jing’s products for several years. It’s by far my favorite spicy crunch topping, especially when added to Asian food. Sometimes I will just drizzle the oil on rice for a more mild flavor, while other times I want more of the crunch so I’ll grab a big scoop. Or adds a nice salty/umami flavor and can perk up an otherwise bland dish.

Love this product. Top notch compared to other chili crisps that I've tried. Good spice that is not too overpowering and had a great flavor too. I put this stuff on everything!

I love the Sichuan Chili Crisp on everything, from pizza to rice dishes, to salads. It's just a nice extra added flavor and texture that works in harmony with all the other flavors in each dish. Cannot get enough and I would love to try the extra spicy chili crisp next.

One of my favorite chili oils around! It has a very distinct and bold flavor that goes very well with many dishes. There are two downfalls: 1) is the price, as it is on the spendier side for chili oils, but I have purchased this item several times despite that fact; and 2) the packaging tends to be on the oilier side, so when I grab it from the shelf, I immediately get a strong scent on my hands (even when it was fully sealed and unopened). Overall good product.

This chili oil is delicious!! I can’t wait to go back and try the other flavors. As soon as I brought it home my siblings instantly opened it and said it tasted really good. I love that the company uses high quality ingredients as well. Can’t wait to buy more!

I love the ingredient lists of the Zhong sauce but I thought it would be more spicy. I guess I should have tried the sichuan sauce. I'll be sure to go back and pick up some. Bought at a great value! Definitely will stock it in my pantry.

Crispy and good

I've been a fan of the chili crisp for a long time, but I recently tried to Zhong Sauce and it is actually life changing. I put it on eggs in the morning, salads in the afternoon and grain bowls in the evening. I have yet to find a food pairing that doesn't work with this sauce! It's the perfect combination of sweet + savory. I have unfortunately finished the whole jar in a week.

These are excellent! So far I have tried the Fly By Jing Sichuan Gold oil and it was a great addition to my vegetable curry. It gave a nice kick with just a little sprinkle of the oil. These aren't cheap but they were on sale this week through Whole Foods and I think around $10 is reasonable for a really nice tasting and high quality spicy oil.

Pretty flavorful. I still think that Lao Gan Ma is better.

Wow, impressive. I have always heard good things about these products, but never took a moment to try them. Now after trying, I am a huge fan. The flavors were fantastic. I loved the blending of spices. I completely enjoyed adding the crisp and it's oil to the sauce I made. I thought it would be too spicy, but I put it on my tongue and wanted more. I am so excited to make more things. Will be great with a green onion pancake, yummy.

Love this Fly by Jing product. I’m not suited for super spicy crunch sauces, and this Zhong one is perfect. Perfectly balanced spice, umami, and sweetness. Chef’s kiss.

Maybe this was just over hyped too much for me. Maybe I just like more traditional Chinese flavors ? I love chili crisp a lot ! But this one was not my favorite. I would rather get the more traditional brands, although I did finish my bottle of this.
