Fly By Jing was one of the first big DTC disrupters during early COVID, and they’ve really written the playbook for how a brand can go from niche to mainstream without losing its edge. I’m a total convert. I buy in bulk, I’ve got their merch, I gift their products to friends, and I keep the minis at my desk at work. The flavors are bold, addictive, and completely elevate even the simplest meals. It’s not just good marketing (though they’ve nailed that too); the products truly deliver.

Fly By Jing's Sichuan Chili Crisp has officially ruined all other condiments for me. It's complex, addictive, and somehow makes even the most basic meals taste gourmet.

Love the crunch on these

Their chili crunch is absolutely to die for I love the flavor and spice is just right. It’s really high-quality and you can taste a difference. I like the brand and its values. The size is a little small for the price, however at least from sprouts.

This chili oil is very savory and good with putting on top of meat or vegetables. I really like the kick without it being too spicy. It is more flavorful than anything. I like to put in on top of eggs too.

The spicy umami flavor bomb. I got a discounted set from Costco and I couldn't get enough. It adds instant richness to any stir fried dishes, whether it's poultry or veggies. Just authentic Sichuan cuisine in a jar.

All three in the variety pack are delicious. Sichuan is the spiciest, with incredible flavor. I love biting down on the soy beans. Zhong has sweet notes that are subtle instead of overpowering, with just the right amount of mild heat. Chengdu is delightfully crunchy and can be a snack on its own.

I've tried a lot of different Sichuan chili crisps. Laganma and the others included. Fly by Jing is really good. It's a surprising blend that is very tasty. But it is also a bit pricey comparatively which is not surprising for newer brands.

Innovative, Asian flavorful products. I love their crunchy chili oil. It’s a must staple condiment put in your pantry and enjoy and really elevating any meal. Chance of flour and spice, not too spicy and a nice drizzle

The best flavors but the chile crisp is on constant rotation in my kitchen. Elevates every meal by giving it the perfect kick.
