Fellow earns strong reviews as a design-forward coffee gear brand that largely delivers: kettles heat quickly and hold precise temperatures, and the Ode grinder is quiet with consistent, flavorful results. Reviews also flag weaknesses—slow pour from the gooseneck for tea, grinder mess and limited espresso range (Gen 1), finishes that chip or fade in dishwashers, and occasional durability quirks like sticky buttons or vacuum canisters losing seal—making the brand excellent for pour-over devotees but imperfect for all use cases.

I love the look of the electric kettle - modern and quick! However, users need to be really, extra careful about getting water on the product and caution users to only ever place the kettle on the base, and otherwise, keep it off contact with any surfaces to prevent malfunction. It seems obvious, but it can be a step forgotten during busy mornings or busy food preparation. The carter mug is also a great mug - easily giftable, the many lids that are being released are great - they're just not the greatest thing to "carry" and would appreciate a multi-use lid of some sort. I do love the Fellow brand enough that I am planning to continue purchasing from them! I just bought their pourover set and looking forward to replacing my Chemex with it.

I've had the Fellow Stagg EKG Electric Kettle for the past 4 years and love it. It definitely takes a little bit longer to boil water now compared to when it was new 4 years ago (about 4-5 min now), but otherwise it still works perfect. I just wish for the price you could preset what time you wanted it to turn on so you could fill up the night before and have hot water ready to go in the morning.

huge fan of the Stag X dripper, their electric kettle, and their Atmos vacuum container. It might seem pricy, but it's worth the money. I have personally tried the three products in the previous comment, but I have heard great things about the revamped version of their grinder, especially the one with the upgraded burr set.

I just have their coffee storage thingy but I like it. Keeps my beans fresh.
I use the kettle and the French press every single morning. It’s part of my routine. The kettle doesn’t whistle which is essential in the morning in a small apartment I share with my partner. I bought the black ones and they look great and are easy to clean.

Pricey but worth it

Felt expensive but works well and looks nice in the kitchen compared to the competition. Didn't last long, difficult to clean

I love my Fellow Stagg EKG Electric Kettle. It was pricey but overall worth it since I use it several times each day. I think this is the sleekest electric kettle on the market and I'm excited to try some other Fellow products in the future
I've had my Stagg Kettle for about 2 years now and it's one of my favorite kitchen appliances ever. It's gorgeous, easy to use, insanely accurate for specialty teas and coffees, and just all around very functional. A few month's into owning it, there was a bit of malfunctioning, and I reached out to customer support. They were incredibly accomodating and offered to replace my kettle without hesitation if the suggestions didn't work. Their troubleshooting did in fact work, and I've been using it since.
From the design to the performance, everything is always high quality. I own the move mugs and the grinder, and they both look incredible on my counter and work SO well!

More products and more colors, I'm excited to see any new launches!
Fellow is the brand I’d buy if money didn’t matter. Every product looks like it belongs in a design museum and performs like it was engineered by coffee-obsessed perfectionists. The Carter Mug is the best company swag I have ever received. The Stagg kettle feels balanced and controllable the second you lift it off the neuroticly precise, temperature controlled base. 10/10, no notes.

I have two products from Fellow-- the Carter Mug and Stagg EKG Kettle. I'll start with the Kettle. It's incredible. 5/5 at least! Works like a charm every time, keeps coffee at temp for seemingly hours on end, and looks good on the counter. My only gripe is the metallic section of the handle gets pretty hot when heating water. The Carter Mug is, aesthetically, the best thermos I've found to date. Functionally, I don't love it. I dropped it once and it now has a massive dent in the corner-- but hey, that's on me. I also find the smell of coffee just tends to "linger" in the mug no matter how intense/frequently I wash it. Oh, and pouring into another vessel from this mug is virtually impossible to do without spilling a bit.
I have the fellow goose neck kettle and the coffee grinder. Both are incredible products. I have them in the matte black and it makes for a visually appealing set of appliances on my counter top. The quality and aesthetic are top notch. Would recommend highly!
I have the Fellow kettle, and I love how it features temperature control. This allows you to adjust the temperature based on the beverage you’re making.
Husband broke three glass french presses so we needed a non-glass option and this one is so stylish. He got it for Christmas and we love it! It matches our kettle too.
I use this grinder to grind coffee for my moccamaster. I bought it because it had good reviews and honestly, it is the best looking coffee grinder I have ever seen. I'm very particular about the appliances that I allow to take up permanent residence on my counter space, and this is one of them. It is very easy to use, and is actually pretty conservative in size. It does tend to get some coffee grounds around the base of the cup and on the sides, but that doesnt bother me too much. I have also only ever had one issue where suddenly it wouldn't grind. I reached out late at night to the support team and they got back to me instantly, and thankfully unplugging it and turning it back on fixed whatever weird moment it was having and that has not happened again since. I have also purchased the kettle as a gift for my mom and she is obsessed with it. My dad is also fond of the "snake game" it has on its tiny little screen, which is so random but seems to make him happy. All in all an awesome brand and excited to see more from them.
Their Opus Grinder is easily one of the best grinders I've seen at this price point and was a huge upgrade to my coffee routine. Its ability to handle everything from espresso to cold brew seems like they're trying too much at first, but each grind level keeps the same level of consistency and quality. It's also super quiet and has a sleek look that doesn't hog counter space and looks good in your kitchen, which is a nice bonus.
The kettle is worth the money for both coffee and teas because the water heats very quickly and it keeps your water hot for the preferred amount of time. No more waiting for hot water.
We have the kettle, ode grinder, and pour over that we use to make our daily coffee. As a household of two that doesn't always make coffee at this same time, this setup makes more sense for us than a coffee pot and the taste is far superior. We have used them daily for a few years and no issues so far, other than a few small paint chips coming off the grinder catch cup but fellow was kind enough to replace it. We also use the kettle for tea and other applications and it is so useful to be able to control the temperature with precision. The grinder is a bit messy but it doesn't bother us. We also have some of the carter mugs, which are nice but nothing groundbreaking for a travel mug.
We're a Fellow household! We have the kettle and the grinder. The kettle is amazing in both form and function, I wouldn't change much there! It's amazing to be able to control the temperature so easily. We also have the grinder which is super easy to use and yields good results, it just gets really messy — messier than other grinders we've had. The grounds seem to get all over the counter after pulling the bin in and out. Other than that, their products are great and we love having them on our kitchen counter.
I have the fellow coffee grinder and pour over. The coffee grinder is superb - unlike other ones I’ve had, coffee beans never get stuck and it’s so easy to clean. It’s quiet enough and makes the coffee making process fun!
