Fellow earns strong reviews as a design-forward coffee gear brand that largely delivers: kettles heat quickly and hold precise temperatures, and the Ode grinder is quiet with consistent, flavorful results. Reviews also flag weaknesses—slow pour from the gooseneck for tea, grinder mess and limited espresso range (Gen 1), finishes that chip or fade in dishwashers, and occasional durability quirks like sticky buttons or vacuum canisters losing seal—making the brand excellent for pour-over devotees but imperfect for all use cases.

I got into Fellow early when I discovered them in San Francisco. I got the OG Stagg kettle (no electric) and still use it today. It’s become a bit battered from the gas stovetop use but still works well and looks well all things considered. I also got the pour over set which is gorgeous and works well. Most importantly it lets me brew delicious coffee!
Sexiest. Tea kettle. Ever. The sleek design, the matte black, the unique and non-obnoxious whistle! I love it. The only issue is that the whistle broke after a few months - I have a friend who had the same issue.

Wish the whistle didn't break.
Fellow is by far the most innovative American brand when it comes to home coffee gear. Their kettles feel super premium and are designed to consistently give a great flow rate for pour over coffee. I also have a couple of vacuum canisters for storing beans and they are amazing.
My kettle from Fellow is a piece of art in my kitchen. It’s well made, looks sleek, and has great features. If you have the money, I’d buy a Fellow kettle over Smeg any day.
The stovetop kettles are great! Especially the ability to tell the exact temperature.

Amazing looking and feeling products. Overall love the aesthetics and are a staple in my coffee setup. High build quality while really recognizing the needs of coffee enthusiasts.

I absolutely love my fellow kettle and carafe. It has changed the way I consume coffee (rarely do I ever get coffee out anymore), while being a sexy statement in my house.
I have the kettle, travel mug, and tried the grinder but ended up returning. Everything feels very geared towards brewing a single cup at a time, which didn't work for me re: the grinder, but the kettle is lovely and the travel mug is just really well designed- functional and aesthetically pleasing!
I ordered one of the fellow mugs. It is so sleek and keeps my coffee warm all day. I also really appreciate that it fits into my cup holder.

I have several products from the Fellow line! Their glass tasting cup is my favorite mug to drink hot coffee from! I have two travel mugs that are completely leak-proof and are so cute. I have the gooseneck electric kettle which is probably my favorite of their products. I also have two coffee bean containers, one of which stopped sealing airtight about 2 weeks after I got it unfortunately. The other one works perfectly! Lastly, their electric grinder works great and looks aesthetically stunning but it cannot grind finely enough for espresso and it spits out so much staticky coffee dust that it almost seems not worth it.

These products make my kitchen look stunning! Please make your grinder compatible with espresso fineness!
I have the carter move mug and the electric kettle and use both every day. I bought the kettle because its simple, easy to use and looks good on the counter. I have zero complaints and have since purchased my mom one as a gift as well. I love that I can set the exact temperature I want for my pourover coffee and my partner can set it to the exact temperature they want for their black tea. It also has a timer so the water is ready when I wake up in the morning. The travel mug I was using before this one had the typical sliding plastic lid, which are hard to clean and always eventually become discolored by tea or coffee so I appreciate the carter mug's snap-in metal splash guard. The color options are a big plus for me as well.
The travel mug started leaking after the second use. Considering one of its main selling points is to prevent spillage, the mug is unremarkable.

The electric kettle looks beautiful and easy to use and control the water for hand drip
I am a Fellow loyal gal through and through. I have the electric kettle, grinder (first gen), the staff pour over dripper (x), the carter thermos, and an atmos canister. As a brand, they’ve been very consistent with providing quality products. I’ve had the kettle for 3 years and the pour over, grinder, thermos, and container for 1. Everything is holding up really well so far. I do rate the brand a 4 stars because I do wish the grinder didn’t leave so many crumbs even after using the lever to shake off excess grinds. The head of their plugs attach to the cord so that the cord is always sticking out on the bottom, which means you’ll have a hard time plugging 2 of their appliances in a dual vertical socket. Sometimes the atmos vacuum container pops up if you don’t swivel the top enough times and it can get cumbersome trying to swivel it constantly. Overall though, I will always be interested in what new things this brand puts out and will always expect nothing but the best.
As a former coffee professional there is so much to love about Fellow. Thoughtful design but still functional. Looks great on a counter and will yield great coffee. Do you NEED a counterweighted gooseneck kettle? No, probably not really. But does it feel great? Absolutely. Do you get more accurate pours? Probably. Additionally the Ode grinder is such a welcome addition to the home grinder market. Small. Compact. Relatively quiet after switching from a different home grinder. Hits a great price point and will be able to grind for any non espresso brewing!

The ode grinder is great. It can be a static-y boi at times. So a little mist of water (I know I know) on your beans will help remedy. Customer support is responsive
I have the Corvo EKG and have not had a better kettle, ever. I don't think I'll have to get another one for I'm hoping the next decade.
I love fellow products!! I have their grinder, atmos containers, kettle, and often purchase beans from fellow drops. This brand is great if you appreciate third wave coffee, they know what they’re doing. The only thing I don’t like that I got from them is the immersion brewer but that is just a matter of preference for how I like to brew my coffee.

This brand is pricy, I wouldn’t buy their kettle again because the flow rate is pretty slow and I would like to have more control for my brew. The products are great quality and beautiful though so it feels worth it. I love the atmos containers but every one I have has broken over time with no user error (no longer vacuum seal).
I love the design, you can tell they put a lot of attention to detail. I have the Corvo EKG kettle and I love how you can see the temperature and also set it. Excited to purchase more from them.

I think it would be cool if they started to add different colorways even if it's a limited edition.
We have the bean grinder and it is so close to greatness. I like how it allows us to fine tune our beans for however we are preparing our drinks. We usually switch between espresso and french press, which are much different grinds. The design is clever and easy to use. But! Our grinds keep getting stuck. We've had to take it apart to get it cleaned out. It's frustrating but we are working around it.

Interior grinder gets coffee grinds stuck in it too easily.
