Reviews mention

  • Exceptionally comfortable cushioned footbed
  • Lightweight, waterproof construction
  • Easy, quick slip-on design
  • Playful, customizable jibbitz options
  • Divisive, bulky aesthetics
  • Traction can be slippery wet
  • Vent holes invite dirt, sand
  • Platform styles risk ankle rolls

Crocs earns largely positive reviews for genuine comfort, easy slip-on convenience, water-friendly durability, and playful customization via Jibbitz—many convert from skeptics to daily wearers. Reviews also flag downsides: divisive aesthetics, foam cushioning that compresses with heavy wear, slickness on wet floors, debris entering through vent holes, occasional sizing inconsistencies, ankle-roll risk in platform styles, shrinkage in heat, and limited long-walk support, making them better for errands, beach, or work shifts than distance walking.

  • Bought for my 11-year-old and she LOVES them.. Great gift idea you can personalize

  • I’ve never worn the standard Croc, but I gotta say: their huaraches are one of the most ride-or-die shoes I have ever owned. I bought a pair out of desperation in an airport in 2013, and they only died when I finally wore them clean through the soles in 2018. I immediately went and bought two more pairs. They are waterproof, quick drying, and virtually indestructible. I can walk up to eight miles in them with no foot issues, and I’ve tested literal hiking boots that haven’t made that grade. I hate that they are plastic, but there are some cases where you need a plastic sandal, and better these than some foam flip flop that only lasts one summer. The other major downside is that if you somehow do break a Croc, it’s not reparable, but I don’t know how you would break one of these with normal wear. Consider permanently replacing your flip flops with a pair, but ultimately try to invest in more sustainable shoe options.

  • How can you go wrong with a pair of Crocs? The real answer is, you cannot! I have been wearing Crocs for years and I even have a pair from their professional line. These clogs are great for healthcare workers as they do not have holes, they have full-backs, and are easily wiped away clean.

  • I have never gone back to sandals or slippers since buying crocs. Super comfy, lots of colors and styles to choose from. Good for any outdoor activity and they last a while! Perfect for kids too!

  • I love my crocs! They're so comfortable and easy to slip on and off. Great every day shoe.

  • freaking love my crocs. i will say, i usually only wear them with socks or else they leave a cut on my ankle. but! they're available in so many fun colors ( i have yellow and pastel purple) and are easy to slip on.

  • i love crocs, i prefer their flip-flops to the normal clogs but both are still great

  • I hated these shoes when they were first made and now they're everywhere to the point where I was gifted a pair. I wear them mostly around the house and they are comfy. I do see the better purpose of being great as water shoes or to help people who are on their feet like nurses or store workers who often have to run around on a tight schedule. I have to give it to them for going along with the kitschiness of their brand and look, and it's been a hit to the everyday person or ironic fashionista.

  • I have been a croc lover for years. As time goes by they have made a variety of shoes that don't look like their classic crocs.

  • Bought them ironically, and now I can't take them off my feet. While I still don't think they're cool-looking shoes, I do find them incredibly comfortable. Put them in sport-mode and you can tackle just about any terrain.

  • Crocs are obviously amazing. Shoes that promote decorating shoes, what can get better than that?

  • I love my crocs great for water sports great for road trips great for house shoes

  • This is silly. Do we really need more reviews on Crocs? Let's just agree they are hideous and the only people who should be allowed to wear them are nurses, chefs and other people on their feet all day. Not your middle aged neighbor taking his large and obnoxious dogs out to pee and "normal" shoes don't work because the grass is wet and no other shoes in the history of shoes have solved for such an issue I guess?

  • Because I really don’t like the way the crocs look. Other than that they’re great. They are comfy and affordable and they last forever.
