I love the variety of products that Chewy offers and their regular discounts and deals. However, I can't order from them now that I live in PR. Hoping they expand to include more shipping locations soon!

Chewy has everything we need for our cats. The usually have the best price for cat food. I just don't like that you have to spend so much to get free shipping. The shipping can be costly. We typically recieve our shipment within 3 days, so there is very little waiting.

I love the convenience of Chewy and I do think you save money ordering through the website and setting up the auto delivery options!

Their auto ship service is seriously a life saver! Customer service has always been great when I reached out. And I love that I can get flea and heart worm meds shipped and even approved through my vet automatically on the site.

I have to admit, sometimes I can find better deals then whats on chewy.. what I can't find, is the amazing customer service that they continue to bring to the table. In the 4 years I've been using chewy I've only had 2 mishaps (user error) and customer support was so friendly and helpful. Instead of returning what I had bought, they sent me the correct product I wanted and told me to donate the product I didn't want. So not only are my dogs happy, I get to bring a little happiness to the dogs at my local rescue!

Selection is great and shipping is always super quick. Customer service has also been great too. The website is kind of a mess (tons of inventory so feels a little chaotic) but I tolerate it because the service is so good. My go to website for my dog.

I rely on Chewy so much for all my pet supplies. Fast shipping, huge selection and amazing customer support team.

They have a great variety of products. They are more expensive than most pet stores but they do offer good coupons.

I have ordered a number of things from Chewy for my dog, including food, treats, toys, grooming essentials, etc. I love that they're very clear about their timelines and their deliveries are always very prompt, timely, and courteous in that they always bring the boxes all the way up to my apartment door so that I don't have to lug the heavy dog food, etc. up myself.

I can’t say enough good things about Chewy. Have never had a bad experience with them. They are quick to remedy any issues that may arise. And each time I have had a problem they always say to keep the product or donate it to our favorite kitty rescue. Speaking of rescues, we have a Chewy distribution center locally and they donate so much to our local rescues. Chewy is definitely our favorite online kitty needs store.

This food has been great for my dog! He has a sensitive stomach, and this is one of the only brands that doesn’t upset him. His coat looks shinier, and he has way more energy now. He also really likes the taste, which is a big plus! It’s been a game-changer for his health, and I’m so glad we found it.

Chewy is a great service. Almost anything you need for your pets can be delivered in just a couple of days, even prescription meds. They are a bit pricy so lookout for coupons

I called the support line tonight about trying to get the Vetsulin shipment rushed. They gave me a song and dance as usual. First, they said that I don’t have a prescription on file. The email below shows I do have a prescription on file. Then they said the order is on hold until I can call my vet. Why do I need to call my vet when y’all have the prescription? Also, if I needed to call my vet, why didn’t someone call me to let me know? Instead, I have to find out last minute when my order was placed more than two weeks ago. After this conversation, I canceled my Vetsulin auto ship account. Trying to get the Vetsulin from Chewy is a royal pain in the ass. It’s not like I’m ordering a toy or a treat. My dog is diabetic and needs the Vetsulin. I get the feeling that his need for his medicine is the last thing that Chewy personnel care about. I’m going to find another place to get the Vetsulin. Hopefully, they will care more about the needs of the patients.

Chewy canceled my order just because they didn't like that I used the promotion code they sent me on email! I spent two days emailing them and finally bought the dog's food in another shop. I will never return to them, and will talk about these greedy people to all my friends. Choose another seller, these guys are just awful, don't trust them, your pets will never receive what they need. Customer service also didn't help. Just AWFUL.

I love love love chewy. Twice fedex has screwed up my delivery.. I called chewy and they were on it and fixed the problem. Ad by on it I mean I got an email back within an hour. Love this company

I love chewy it has praticly evrything I need my dog likes the treats they sell and they like yhe toys the sell as well there stuff I'd good quality too.

Chewy has amazing customer service! I've used them for years. When my cat passed away, I called them to ask them to stop all my shipments and emails. The customer service rep did so immediately and was super kind on the phone. I then received flowers from Chewy, with their condolences! Well, years later, I finally got another pet. A dog this time. I spent lots of time with different customer service reps, who all answered my questions patiently and quickly processed any returns I needed. They then sent me a little toy and kerchief as well as a card to congratulate the new arrival in my family! Finally, they also have pet insurance! As soon as I got my puppy I had ordered pet insurance. I then learned from Chewy that they also had insurance and could offer better terms and service. So I obviously switched. I can't recommend Chewy enough. I've used them for prescription foods, toys, treats, crates, etc. Their shipping may not be as fast as Amazon, but their service cannot be beat. And I value being able to talk to real people and getting real help. P.S. I also really like their in-house Frisco brand. The quality is good and the price often much better than the competition. I've used Frisco dog crates and doggie bags. And my puppy loves the Frisco tennis ball.

My humans thought that it would be easier to have my food delivered to me. I also got some cool treats too. They were delicious and easy on my tummy.
