Brooklinen earns mixed reviews: many praise the sheets (especially Classic Percale and Luxe Sateen) for crisp, cool comfort that softens with washing and improves sleep, plus standout towels, pillows, and down comforters. However, reviews also flag durability issues—tears at seams, thinning, discoloration, lint/shedding, and flimsy duvet buttons—along with stiff break‑in for percale and limited style options; buyers seeking long-term robustness may want to weigh these trade-offs.

I bought the duvet cover and the cover itself is awesome. Feels good on my skin with a crisp clean feeling. The only complaint I have is the buttons that keep the duvet inside. I have had the sew these buttons back on at least once for each button. They also tend to slip out of the button holes.
Feedback
Buttons need better reinforcement and a better way to keep the button from falling out of the button hole

I'm obsessed- customer service is great and they make high quality linens. All my towels and sheets are from brooklinen and every gues I've ever had asked about the towels because they're so soft.
These are my favorite sheets! I LOVE that I can order a fitted sheet and pillow cases without the top sheet that we don't use with our duvet. The sheets are soft, the colors are lovely, and they seem to get more silky with each wash. I recommend these ALL the time.
I love my Brooklinen sheets so much, I have two sets! Easy ordering online and I was able to use a discount code thanks to my favorite podcast. They're cozy, soft and I like the design of the patterned ones I have. I In addition to the sheets, I adore the candles. I bought the sample box and from there determined which scents I enjoy most and have been purchasing those regularly for the home. Brooklinen has great loyalty points and I've received a hand towel which I like, but not as much as the other two products.

Tread lightly when signing up for their email list. I was getting far too many emails from them to the point of annoyance that I unsubscribed altogether and now order the candles when I need to replace them.
Love the loyalty program (make sure to sign up). Fabulous magalog. Soft, high quality and well priced. Easy shipping.

Luxe sateen duvet cover is comfortable but they have really limited styles.
Mediocre product. Overpriced, their budget clearly goes to their influencer and digital marketing ads and not the production quality. My fitted bed sheet ripped after 6 months and they did not replace it.
Have Brooklinen sheets, pillows, duvet and towels and overall have been satisfied with all of the products. -Lux Sateen sheets continue to get softer over time -Pillows are great quality and very comfortable -Duvet is the perfect weight and great quality for the price -Towels are lush

I have been a customer for several years and over time I feel the quality of the sheets has gone down. More prone to holes/wear and tear.
The all season down comforter is high quality and warm. We always use it with a duvet cover on, but I like how soft the exterior fabric is, it's a luxurious touch.
I bought a sheet set from the staple collection and the cotton has a nice feel that gets softer every wash and keeps me cooler than blend sheets. They felt really high quality for the first year and a half. The warranty is good on the products as I’ve already claimed my pillowcases when they randomly split and got brittle at the seams, but now my top sheet has done the same thing and it’s a pain to try and go through ANOTHER warranty claim after less than two years of having them and washing them as instructed. They shouldn’t just randomly rip so easily! They also tend to stain easily if you have skin or hair that’s oil-prone.
I'd give it a 3.5. I think I fell for the marketing and was anticipating some kind of life-changing bed sheets. Oof. That did not happen. The classic sheets are fine enough, a step up in quality compared to our usual Target threshold sheets. Perhaps the transformative sheets are the sateen or linen ones?

I think the printed designs can be fun but mostly very loud. I wish the printed designs were available in more muted colors.
I’ve had my Brooklinen sheets for over a year now and they have held up well. Very soft and have a luxury feel to them without being outrageously expensive.
They’re okay. I bought a silk pillowcase and the recommended detergent. Their website said this detergent had a mild scent. Wow it was so strong. I had already started washing my pillowcase in it before I realized how strong it was, strong enough to give me a headache. Customer service said there was nothing they could do because the detergent was non-refundable. Maybe it’s just my fault then, but it was a bad enough experience to not shop there again.

More thoughtful product suggestions/pairings on their website.
I love my Brooklinen robe! So cozy to put on after showering and super high quality
Got a set of white King bed sheets, duvet cover, and pillow cases and felt like the unboxing was fun but the sheets didn't feel any different than what I've purchased from other retailers before at a lower cost.
I was really excited to get Brooklinen sheets last year for Christmas, but these only lasted 8 months. The fitted sheet tore right down the middle. Such a shame considering they are pretty pricey and felt amazing/slept cool. I know that Linen sheets are typically much more delicate than cotton so I didn't expect them to hold on forever, but 8 months just isn't long enough to justify the cost. I was especially careful with my wash/dry cycles (delicate, no heat-air tumble). Also, these had a major shedding/lint problem. I thought it would tame itself after a few rounds of washing but nope. Went into a Brooklinen brick-and-mortar and asked them about it/if there was anything that could be done and they weren't surprised and said people complain about the shedding all the time. No offer of exchange was available and the store salespeople recommended we just "buy a new set and maybe it won't be as bad." I definitely don't plan on buying more sheet sets in the future especially when LL Bean sheets last 10 years.

I love the linen sheets from Brooklinen. They are so soft, even before the first wash. They hold up well to cats scratching them. I've had mine for years. There seem to be some quality control issues. One of the linen fitted sheets suddenly became thin and started disintegrating after a couple years, so we had to replace it. I'm not sure why that sheet disintegrated and none of the others did. I like that the fitted sheet is labeled long side and short side, but I got one where 2 adjacent sides were both labeled long side. The Percale sheets are very soft and cool to the touch, but my cats tore holes in them with their claws, causing the sheets to tear. I don't care for the Luxe Sateen sheets. They're too heavy and get too hot. The lightweight down comforter is still VERY warm. I live in Dallas and I only needed it in the winter when our power went out. Otherwise it's too warm and heavy.
Brooklinen sheets have become an absolute indulgence in my quest for a perfect night's sleep. These sheets not only exude a sense of luxury, but they also have the remarkable ability to get softer and more comfortable with each wash. It's like wrapping yourself in a cloud of coziness every time you slip into bed. The durability of these sheets is truly impressive. Despite multiple washes, they retain their shape and texture, maintaining their original quality. This speaks to the high craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into the production of Brooklinen sheets. Investing in these sheets is not just a short-term luxury; it's a long-term investment in comfortable and durable bedding.

My Brooklinen sheets feel luxurious. My only complaint is that they wrinkle easily so they don't always look as nice as they are. I've had them for three months now and they have held up well so far.

Their towels were great in the beginning - it was plush and soft. Now that I have washed a couple of times it doesn’t feel the same
