Banza earns strong reviews as a high‑protein, gluten‑free swap that often tastes and chews close to traditional pasta and even delivers standout frozen pizzas, while many note it can overcook quickly, turn mushy or sticky, and some cuts feel fragile. Reviews of Banza praise the satisfying, protein‑dense pasta, kid‑friendly appeal, and tasty mac & cheese (notably White Cheddar), but flag inconsistent texture across shapes, occasional bitter/chickpea aftertaste, and spaghetti/linguine that clump or stay too firm.

Banza is amazing! I’m always so impressed by the quality of their products and how good they taste. I’ll always have a box of Banza pasta on hand!

For those with gluten allergies, Banza is a great alternative. I wish their prices were a little lower, but keep an eye out at grocery stores and you might find good deals. The chickpea pastas I've tried so far are delicious. The texture is different from regular pastas of course; the texture is less chewy, but still delicious.
Once you get the cooking down, this pasta will become your fav. I have this multiple times a week. The most difficult part is figuring out how long to cook the passes for. Done trial and error so it doesn’t get over cooked. Once you nail it, it’s incredible!

I'm someone that usually likes to stock up my pantry with healthier items and Banza is alwaysssss in there! I love their pastas and whenever I am not in the mood to cook something fancy, I make a box and add my fave sauce. Delish!

Hearty texture but the pastas often left me feeling heavy and gross. Some of the best gluten-free in terms of taste, but texture and mouth-feel is a bit odd
Could taste a bit better, but its perfect for hitting my protein goals.
Great way to sneak more protein in. I’ve mostly had their pasta and Mac and cheese; I’ll pick their Mac and cheese over Annie’s any day.
I would highly recommend the banza Mac and cheese! It is delicious
A great alternative to regular pastas. You feel healthy eating this product, it has more protein and less carbs. My only complaint is the texture gets some getting used to. Ready great for a cold pasta salad.

good pizza but is a little pricy for the size - but it has its place.
Literally the best. All of it. They nail each and every product and it's the only thing I crave in the pizza pasta department. Plus it's just so much better for you.
Love love love. Full of protein and we love this for us and our toddler!
The pasta is great. Wasn't crazy about the pizza.
Banza is a great alternative to anyone who does not want to eat traditional wheat pasta or rice or pizza. It tastes the same to me!
Banza is a GAME CHANGER!!! As someone who is gluten free and struggles to find a pasta that doesn’t taste off, Banza changed my pasta game. The taste and texture is amazing. It’s a staple in my home now and many of my friends are now using it in their dishes too! Never turning back.
Good tasting pizza. The sauce and cheese are definitely high quality but I have to admit the crust just doesn’t do it the same way as a normal pizza does. If you’re looking for a healthy option it’s good but if you’re craving a pizza just get a real one

I love the pasta! Sure it’s not exactly like traditional pasta, the bite to it is not as chewy. A big plus is that, when plain, it tastes similar to regular past so it tastes great with whatever you add to it.
I really like Banza as a healthier, protein-packed pasta alternative. It tastes good and is filling, just don't expect it to taste exactly like regular pasta. Price point is a little high but I think it's better than other gluten-free options I have tried.
I can only speak to the Banza pasta as I've not had their other products. Overall, the taste of it is fine. I do feel like the noodles are less firm/hearty than regular noodles. And I don't mean in terms of how long you boil it. It's more that they seem to fall apart easily even if you try to keep them cooked on the tougher side of al dente. To be fair, depending on your sauces and other ingredients (meats, veggies, etc) the pasta's firmness may be significantly less noticeable. In those situations, Banza pasta is perfect. You can get the nutrients of chickpeas with the comfort of eating a pasta dish. However, if you're only using a small number of ingredients where the pasta's strength and flavor stand out more, you may want to look elsewhere.
Love banza products! The pizza is so good
