  • love banza pasta! you can not even tell you are eating a healthier version! i usually blend 1/2 and 1/2 with traditional pasta to reduce stomach upset from all the chickpeas.

  • As someone who grew up familiar with garbanzo bean flour, I was ecstatic to try pasta made from chickpeas. I am always trying to add more protein to my diet and minimize my gluten intake. It has a nutty taste, with the texture of pasta without being too sticky, soft, and tough like other alternative pastas. I enjoy it best as penne in cream and vegetable-forward dishes. My favorite dishes I've made with it were a summer squash pasta salad and a kale and blackened chicken Mac 'n Cheese.

  • If you are gluten free, these are great places to start with finding replacements. The pizza and rice are great, the pasta is also delicious but just a little bit more difficult to make because of the foam.

  • I really like the pastas - I don't eat meat and this is a great way to feel like I'm adding a little supplemental protein to an otherwise normal meal. I've talked to friends about this, I think to hit the sweet spot texture-wise you should cook according to the low end of the minute range they provide in the instructions except for the denser pasta shapes.

  • Yummy vegan/gf products but the chickpea pasta gets mushy very quickly and the mac is quite salty
