I'm a big fan of Arket. Every time I'm back home in Europe, I stock up on their basics: tees, jeans, underwear, PJs, and honestly I could bring home the entire kids section too. The price-to-quality ratio is genuinely great, especially compared to other brands at this price point. Their kids' clothes in particular have been some of the most durable I've purchased. Alongside COS, it's the only H&M family brand I shop from now, and I think they've nailed a sweet spot that's hard to find: elevated basics that don't cost a fortune but don't feel cheap either.

I'm in love with Arket and it's become my go-to staple since living in Copenhagen. Their ethos of selling higher quality clothes that are designed to last instead of being discarded after a season really appeals to me. They have a fantastic selection of really high everyday clothes. Their t-shirts fit well for me and are particularly high quality lasting way longer than the typical high street alternative. Their style is also bang-on for Scandinavia with many muted colors and styles that push the boundaries a little, but never over-step the line.

On a trip to Amsterdam, I purchased a work coat in navy and two sweatshirts in black and light grey. They have held up well over the past three years and are timeless-styled pieces.

Ship to the US!!!!!! So many things I want but can’t get my hands on. Online shopping experience is superb. Find a lot of the items I have on Pinterest are from arket.

Got several of their garments. I like the design but sometimes the quality is not there, especially for everything that is made of wool.

Really like the quality you get for the price here. Great fabrics, nice cuts, timeless designs. If you're looking for a new basics, you won't be disappointed with these. My new favorite classic fit white t-shirt!

I love the simplicity and elegance of the Arket products - from the basic shirt pieces to the underwear that is also super comfy. I wear these pieces all the time and plan to purchase more as they become worn out (there are some small holes in the sleeves with time).

I have a lot of things from Arket because they provide a very good quality along with simple and calm design and fair prices. So it's easy to mix a nice look. Also stores are very friendly and stylish.

Horrible customer service. I would never order again simply because I don't want to deal with people like that, unprofessional , rude and disrespectful who supposed to be representing the company as first line of contact with customers. Poor poor poor

Arkget has a classic sense of style for both older and younger, and at a good price point. As a male shopper who wears XL to XXL, I find Arkget to be on the smaller side. And, their men’s shoes, while stylish, tend to be uncomfortable with weak arch and sole support. I’ve had to return all the shoes I ordered, for this reason. Two main issues I have with Arkget is their return process (not policy) and shipping delays. For returns, the time it takes to get a response for an authorized return is the longest and most dragged-out process I’ve ever experienced. The communication is also often delayed, albeit customer service has responded to my following up, almost every time. Shipping is another issue. I’ve ordered about $2K of clothes, and most of those items arrived far past their shipping due dates - a few even over a month. The reason each time was “shipping delays”. If you’re looking for a “smart” sense of style at a great price with a good return policy, then try Arkget. Just anticipate that shipping is likely to be delayed, and should you need to make any returns, expect the refund process to be slow.

Very comfortable and premium clothing that's very much in line with my love for minimalism and monotone color palettes.

I love the Nordic minimalism in Arket's clothes, and it's really become a go-to brand for many essentials. Most items are elegant but not too formal which makes them really versatile, and they also last well. Arket also has some really nice sales on several times during the year which I always am excited about.
