  • Gorgeous, modern glass packaging

  • Inconsistent vinaigrette flavor balance
  • Occasional bitter ramen concentrates
  • Shorter dressing shelf life
  • Proxies lack wine complexity

Acid League impresses in reviews for inventive vinegars, sauces, and dressings that elevate cooking—standouts include Meyer Lemon Honey, Strawberry Rosé, Garden Heat, and Spicy Serrano Mayo—yet consistency varies. While many praise bright, complex flavors and striking packaging, others find certain vinaigrettes waxy or too sweet/acidic, ramen broths bitter, and Proxies lacking wine-like depth, with some noting short shelf life.

  • I just tried my first bottle from this brand, the pink peppercorn honey yuzu vinaigrette and its my new favorite. I've made roasted veggies and drizzled this on, perfect for salads as well. The balance and uniqueness of the flavors made it a quick favorite in my kitchen.

  • Man, I'm the odd (wo)man out here but their dressings did not do it for me. They were just way heavy on the vinegar (I get it) and I just couldn't vibe. That said I'd try their non dressing flavors.

It's only an "OK" for me.

  • Obsessed with this brand! I have tried the strawberry vinegar and one of the salad dressings. The strawberry vinegar is my absolute favorite and I need to repurchase! The taste was unique and a much better price point than brightland vinegar!

  • My sister got a few bottles of Acid League acids for my partner for Christmas this year, and so far we've really enjoyed it. The flavors are suuuuper strong, so they go a long way in flavoring whatever you add them to, which is great and means you don't need to use a ton at a time.

The one I've had the most of at this point was the Allium acid and while I really do like it, it was a little less acidic and a little more deeply flavored than I was anticipating. I've found it to be better as a flavor add than to replace another acid component in a dish. Would still strongly recommend!

  • As someone who is always on the lookout for the next big thing, I was excited to try the Acid League Sushi Shop Carrot Ginger Dressing With Living Apple Cider Vinegar. And let me tell you, I was not disappointed. This dressing is spot-on in terms of flavor - it tastes just like the ginger dressing you can get at your favorite sushi spot. Plus, it's perfect for a quick salad when you're short on time. In terms of packaging and branding, Acid League definitely knows what they're doing. The bottle looks great on the shelf (or in the fridge once it's open, like in my case). I haven't tried their living vinegars yet, but I'm already a fan of the brand. I'm excited to dive into their other product offerings and see what else Acid League has to offer.

  • Incredible range of products. Love the publication as well. Great on their own, or as ingredients in homemade dressings and sauces.

Wish these had a longer shelf life.

  • The icy pops are some of the best products I've ever had. All the flavors are delicious. Sometimes I'll let them melt and make mocktails or cocktails with them!

  • Really liked the vinegars I've tried and have ordered them for others! Super interesting flavor profiles.

  • Acid League seems to offer many fun/innovative flavors that aren't common in the market. I'm also a fan of the packaging/branding (I won't lie, this definitely was a large part of why I've purchased some bottles from them).

While the branding and mission is lively and fun, the flavors I've tried so far fall a bit flat for my taste. I think I was expecting to be wowed because of how fresh and innovative the brand presents itself, but I'm underwhelmed.

  • I did not receive the product. Two weeks after order the product, I received an email letting me know that they were cancelling my order and "refunding" me. I was to receive the product as a SuperTester for free so the refund doesn't mean much. A substitution of product would have been a better substitution.

Everything. The brand should not be able to offer products on ThingDrops without knowing if they'll being able to fulfill the order.

  • Absolutely love the flavors! Do unique and they make a wonderful gift.

  • Proxies! So good! But it's a bit of a gamble if you're going to love them all, given the $$.

A layer of choice within the subscription re: flavor profiles, etc.

  • The best vinegar and overall amazing brand. Products are amazingly made and the brand itself has such a strong , clear vibe.

  • I love the garden heat!! It's so good when I add it into my bone broth.

  • Gorgeous bottles of fermented sauces with creative flavor profiles. The versatile varieties are a source of dinnertime inspiration. I want to collect them all. Only complaint is price- they are pretty premium. Please bring back the seafood hot sauce! (with a different name- the seafood thing is a barrier to some customers. This sauce goes with everything!)

  • Absolutely phenomenal packaging and brand presentation, with great products in unique flavors. Try this if you see it on shelves!

  • Love this brand! creative flavors and uses of vinegar. Adds great flavor to dishes. Also love to combine the tonics (especially passion fruit flavor) with some sparkling water for a great drink.

  • The Saffron Gold sauce is great. Some of the others blend together in my mind. Packaging is nice.

  • Genuinely one of my favorite brands. Everything they put out is amazing. I pour the Garden Heat vinegar on everything, it's so good. Love the experimental editions too.

  • The acid league vinegars are an essential in my everyday. I HAVE to add them to my water at all times, it is the perfect level of acidity with the right amount of flavor. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
