Acid League impresses in reviews for inventive vinegars, sauces, and dressings that elevate cooking—standouts include Meyer Lemon Honey, Strawberry Rosé, Garden Heat, and Spicy Serrano Mayo—yet consistency varies. While many praise bright, complex flavors and striking packaging, others find certain vinaigrettes waxy or too sweet/acidic, ramen broths bitter, and Proxies lacking wine-like depth, with some noting short shelf life.

Fun variety of products that are generally keto friendly. These have helped give some variety to our salads. I like that they use glass bottles as well.

Offer smaller trial sizes.
I bought this off the shelf because the bottle caught my eye... I got the Strawberry Rosé flavor! It's amazingly versatile, I've used it for salads and for drinks.

I'd love more flavors! When I was hunting for a vinegar I was really hoping to find a pineapple one... Otherwise a miniature set would be amazing for a gift!

favorite consumer food brand of all time
Delicious, versatile, unique and interesting. Picked up the Meyer Lemon from Wholefoods and used it across Salads, bowls and drinks. Headed to the website and bought a few of the range - these vinegars are used daily.

Could do with a few more recipe recommendations, but low-key, very little. These folks are great.
I have loved everything I have tried from them. They add great depth of flavor to all of my dishes. I can't wait to try the proxies.
Stunning branding and the product offerings are so unique! I even love reading their newsletters and get excited for their new product launches. I personally love the Proxies the most, as someone who doesn't drink alcohol often. I love that it gives you the experience of drinking an expensive natural wine, the flavours and notes are super unique and interesting. Potent and flavourful enough to sip along with alcohol drinkers over dinner. I recently purchased their vinegar packs as a house warming gift and I felt so ~cool~ to bring something elevated into something we use day-to-day.

I tend to cut mine with some soda water for the fizz - if there is a carbonated option would be super delicious!
Tasted absolutely vile.

amazing vinegar brand. I love using it for a variety of cooked and uncooked foods. Adds such a rich light flavor to my dishes. Also very healthy to cook with
In the age of fancy oils and vinegars, Acid League shows up with bells on. Their packaging and ingredients are lovely and easy to read, and the flavors will super-power any chicken and rice you have in the fridge. I love their alliums and fish sauces. Be advised, they're closing their online store this month (january '24), so you may have to stock up.

I use Acid League products in a daily basis. A stir fry is a little bland? Hit it with All the Alliums. Roast chicken brushed with Caramelized Fish Sauce? Divine. I love trying their experimental products too– they don’t always hit but it’s super fun to try new ferments. I’m devastated that they’re closing their DTC shop!
Maybe I didn’t like this that much because I had over hyped it in my head. It sounded so good ! But there is something off about it. I was able to finish the bottle if I mixed it with more oil or a different salad dressing. But it has definitely turned me off of the brand. It also didn’t taste like coconut to me at all…
I am obsessed with the lemon honey vinegar. It’s been a fan favorite in our home for months. It reduces my time making dinner which I love. I can’t wait to try more!
High quality fermented vinegar with great taste that really level-up veggies.
So far have tried the Strawberry Rosé vinegar and the Tangy mayo. Interested in trying more vinegars and LOVE the mayo. I don't even really like mayo but the tangy stuff is good. Great with tomato. The packaging is also bright and pretty.
Extremely interesting and complex flavors. They make great gifts. They don’t have a long shelf life like most vinegars, just something to keep in mind.
Pretty good but a little pricey. ACV is my fave

I love all their vinegars, salad dressings, and sauces! My favorite is the hot mustard and pink peppercorn dressing. Balanced flavors with great ingredients.
I bought the Strawberry Rosé and Garden Heat vinegars solely based on the cool packaging. I was pleasantly surprised by both of the flavors! We love using them to brine chicken and to make salad dressings. The bottle says to try it on ice cream or yogurt... that sounds intriguing!
Was super excited to try these when I saw how beautiful the packaging was. Have tried the Cesar and the Yuzu dressing. Really impressed at the ingredients they are able to incorporate while still getting a good flavor pay off. Unfortunately, they expired what felt to be fairly quickly and so we didn’t finish the bottles before that time, which bummed us out. I definitely enjoy the brand but will likely stick to making dressings at home!

Sometimes it takes awhile to get through a bottle since the flavors mean I don't use it everyday.
