The shopping experience was super weird. The default was a subscription that I did not want. And to cancel the subscription felt like it took a few emails and a dozen clicks. The products were fine, but no better than anything else out there. It just wasn't a customer friendly experience at all, hence the low rating.

A better customer experience, better UX, and more clear customer service.

Ipsa has been super handy to have while parenting two kids under two. High quality food, well-priced, and saves us a ton of time. Nearly everything we had tasted good and is worth the price.

Almost everything needs a little more salt. But I suspect they reserve the salt in an attempt to manage sodium levels.

I really like my Allbirds. I wear the Wool Runner Mizzles and they're great. Comfortable, and their weather-proof claims are true. I wear them in the snow and rain all the time with little to no issues.

    Feedback

They are maybe breaking down a little more quickly than I anticipated. But I wear them often, and hard, so it might just be my fault.

Lord Jones' bath salts are fantastic. Very relaxing with a slightly buzzing/tingly feel. Pricey, but worth it as a once-in-while treat.

They're almost too aromatic. But really, that's a small knock.

I have the Colugo Baby Carrier and it's great. I love it, and my daughters did/do too. It's really comfortable for both of us. I particularly like the flap that covers the baby's head in the sunlight or when they're napping.

Lovevery is great. We love getting new sets of toys and books and info every two months. Our daughters love them too. An awesome mix of educational and fun. And everything is really well built too. Very high quality.

BAGGU is the fricken best. I love the Standard BAGGU and carry one in my backpack at all times. It takes up so little space when I'm not using it, yet fits so many things when I do. Love love love it.

I'm a big fan of Warby Parker. I like their mission, their products, the customer experience, and customer support. I've used them for eye exams in person, and recently for the online eye exam. That was super cool, period, but especially helpful during the pandemic. Really innovative, really easy. Also, every time I shop in one of their stores, I feel like I always get knowledgeable help, info, and feedback.

    My wife works there

I love Supergoop!'s sunscreen. City Serum is my favorite. My skin is rather sensitive, and I'm particularly sensitive to fragrances. But wearing City Serum is like wearing nothing at all - it's super light and fragrance free. City Serum is my daily go-to. I also like the Play Everyday Lotion when I'm doing something more active and know I'll be sweating. We use the mineral sunscreen on our toddler and it's excellent. It's pretty thick, but I think that's a good thing because we can see where we actually applied the sunscreen, and it's often good enough for all-day protection for her. Full disclosure: my wife works at Supergoop!. But I wouldn't write this review if I didn't really love their products.

Nothing. Once I found the product that was right for me, no issues at all.
