I have been using the acupressure mat almost every night before bed since 2020. It’s high quality, easy to clean looks nice and actually seems to help me with stress and ease my chronic TMJ symptoms. I have also tried their adorable Swarovski ear seeds. I can’t be as sure that those are doing all the things they say but they certainly have never made things worse and they look great when worn with an earring stack.

I ordered an acupuncture mat set back at the beginning of August. I received a shipping notification but the kind that says the label has been created but UPS does not have the package. That is still the case. I have sent probably....7 emails to the generic customer service email address (the only way to contact them it seems), and received exactly 1 reply with, "we're checking with our warehouse!" after my first attempt. I have received no follow-up, no refund, and I have sent a complaint email every 3-5 days for the last month. I still would really like the mat set! +1 point for being FSA eligible!
Tried the ear seeding which was a unique experience
The sleep supplement worked really well for me, but ultimately, they were just priced a little higher than what I was willing to pay.
