Add more sweat sets / baby tees!!!

  • i played this game with friends that have been in my life for ten years, and we still ended up learning new things about each other. this game helps you cast an insightful kind eye on the world and yourself and challenges you to become even more 'you'. relationships of all kind could benefit from a round of this game and that even means your relationship with yourself. this game made me think about things i hadnt even considered and i just love the care and gentleness that is put into this game. just be sure to bring some snacks and tissues once you start.

  • Great game for date night.

More card option packs when you finish the original pack.

  • I bought the self-care edition last black Friday. I had wanted it for a while and after a long period of being Out of Stock, it came back in time for me to use the 25% discount. The card deck is very high quality and the design is very pleasing to the eye. I used these cards every now and then to do a bit of self-reflection. I will be getting the core deck of cards next to use with my boyfriend.

The only thing that is jarring is that for anyone outside the US, shipping can be expensive and take a while

  • SO beautiful. I love everything about it. Has been so helpful for fueling meaningful conversations with people I love.

  • great game but harder to play the first round if you've known people for awhile. but then if you don't know someone well the 3rd round isn't really doable either. still teaches people a lot and id say the lesson in this is to ask your friends more questions and pay attention better.

  • such FUN game for a bigger group to play. biut also I like plauyong with just me and my husband. Its is much better than sitting around watching tv for hours.

  • I love the self-love pack for journaling and general mood-boosting. I recently gave the relationship pack as a wedding gift and it was very well received. Buy-in from all parties is needed to get the full effectiveness, if you don’t have it up front it can feel like artificial vulnerability

  • I'm lucky to have a career and disposition that let me skip the small talk. I've been in therapy for years and having meaningful conversations is one of the things that's most actively important to me. But many people aren't like that. It is really difficult for some to open up or even think to share these kinds of things with others without being prompted. I've played this game with more emotionally reserved people, and it really was a testament to the effectiveness of game — they committed to opening up while playing. I think this is a great concept and valuable tool to connect further with people. I don't think I would purchase one for myself, but I've always enjoyed my experience while playing.

  • I have all of the we're not really strangers products. I love this game- you get to know those around you at a deeper level. I have the expansion packs and it's amazing. It sparks great conversation.

  • I would recommend this game to be played with two people who are REALLY open to answering all the questions. It can be very fun and interesting with the right person!

  • Loved the idea of this. Loved playing this with friends and family... questions are really good at getting people to open up.

  • Loved playing this with a friend over quarantine back in 2020. We were both alone in our apartments and this was a really good way to get to know each other better. The questions and prompts are thoughtful — but only work if both parties are willing and honest about their answers. I think it works better in a more 1:1 setting as it lets both people be more comfortable and honest, but I've also tried this in a group setting and it seemed to work there as well. We shouldn't need these, but hey, in this day and age of socializing, I'll take it.

  • Have played this game multiple times with groups of varying sizes / levels of "closeness". Really do think the questions are thoughtful and prompt good conversation. Great if you want to get to know people better (whether you've just met them or have known them for a long time).

  • Love the concept and the mission. I bought this game as a gift for someone and played it thinking it was really going to be an interesting journey but I felt it actually fell a little short. I feel like their branding is better than what the actual game lives up to. That being said if you're having a hard time communicating with a loved one maybe someone of an older generation or different background who doesn't typically engage in this level of conversation this kind of intimate honest talk, this could be a really sweet way to open that door.

I think this game can be great for people who have a hard time expressing themselves or looking inwards or listening with compassion. For those of us who already engage in deep connection with our friends, partners and family I don't think this game is really doing anything you can't or haven't already done for yourself.

  • Played this frequently during a weekend away recently. Such a great way to connect in a more meaningful way and give purpose to our conversation. Also led way to some feel-good moments from people closest to me 🥰

  • I really loved We're Not Really Strangers as it asks questions that you wouldn't normally think of and helps you continue a conversation. I loved the clearness of the font and the quality of the card deck as well. I also loved the ease of putting them back in the box.

  • I loveeeeee this card game. It is the perfect way to have easy fun conversations but also gives you the opportunity to dive deeper. I have the card game & the couples edition. You can play this over and over again and still learn something new about you & others!

  • Would play again/recommend to friends who want to get deep with a partner or friends. Do not recommend with exes 😂
