I got my prescription glasses entirely through their website, trying a few pairs at home before picking the style I really loved. The process of uploading my prescription and getting them fitted was also really simple, and they even let me know when I had to reupload a picture since it was too dark. It also worked seamlessly with my insurance, which was awesome.

Exceptional customer service!

I love all the styles, and it was such an easy experience. I went to the store (spent way too long trying frames on) and placed my order and it was shipping within a few weeks. They don't fit perfectly on my ears and my sisters have had the same issue so I'm not sure if it's just us or a common theme.

i wanna say for the last several years or so i’ve been getting all my glasses exclusively from warby parker. they are affordable, luxurious, and fun at the same time. with seasonal color ways coming out for a limited amount of time, it’s easy to find a fresh new pair when you need to update your prescription lenses. i’ve even taken my dad to get his glasses from there. he loves them and is always shocked at how much money he saves. his end up being a little more expensive due to the nature of his prescription, but he enjoys being able to find frames that fit his wider face and that they can easily adjust the frames in store if the glasses are too loose or too tight upon arrival.

I've had a pair of frames from here since 2014, and they're still in amazing shape. They hold up well, are stylish, and most importantly, custom fitted to your face. The in-store experience is unbeatable and the quality of the product and service you receive is definitely worth the price.

Frames are excellent for the price! They ship frames to your home to try on for free. I’m indecisive about glasses so I love this feature because I can take my time deciding. 🤓

I have been using Warby Parker for a long time now, online and in store. The employees are always extremely friendly, and they have a style of glasses for everyone.

I have 2 pairs of their glasses. I love that they throw in the blue light protection ( that should be the standard these days!). Easy to use app to try on pairs, easy to mail back. And they have a lot of locations now so if you prefer in person, you can do that too. I really appreciate that they have such a good curated selection and helpful staff. I feel like it takes the pressure off me to know "whats a cool style for right now". I know all their stuff is high end and relatively trendy.

Probably my favorite place to get glasses and sunglasses from. I went in person to the Mpls MN store. The staff made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I got two pairs of eye glasses and one pair of sunglasses. I wear all three all the time.

I've bought one pair of Warby Parker glasses. I went to their store in soho and tried on a few pairs. Overall the designs are a bit too plain for me, but I like the delicate light-weight frames they have. I still have the pair today and like to wear them in the summer. The frame is light and made of high-quality materials. The ear piece is comfortable for long periods of wear.

Their home try-on feature is great because I find it really hard to find a pair of glasses that'll look good on my face without physically trying them on first.
